  The crowded waited in anticipation for the upcoming match. They didn't know exactly who it would be, just glad to see people beating up each other. Yet the arena was still empty, no one has arrived yet. Until a ripple in space with a distinct sound echoes as a colorful jester now stands center stage.

"And so I make my surprise entrance like a twister heading towards a trailer park! Master of Dimensions, Pleaser of Crowds, Dimentio is here once again to give you folks a real showstopper!" he proclaimed before giving a bow to the audience.

 The crowd cheered, not for the jester exactly but that the fight was about to start. Dimentio didn't care if they were or not as long as eyes and adoration was coming towards him he was fine with it. He then floated in a lounging pose in midair waiting for his opponent. As he faced towards the entrance to the opposite end of him. About to give the audience just what they came for and then some.

The sound of a small propeller reverberated through the air as a very familiar combatant to the arena flew into the stadium in his personal craft. Bowser Jr had shown up to do battle with...well, whoever was here. And this time it was a bit of a familiar face!

"Aha! Dimentio, right? I remember you!" Jr called out. The chunky Koopa Prince squeezed himself out of the Clown Car and sitting on the rim in a similar lounging position as the jester was in. "So you're my opponent for this match, hm?" The crowd around them cheered louder still. Seems that Jr had a few fans in the audience already. Made sense, with how often he appeared here. "Well, let's see what you got! I'm not gonna hold back either!" Jr leaped off the rim of the Clown Car as the contraption flew away for the time being, landing in front of Dimentio with a thud (and a slight jiggle). Looks like Jr was ready for business. But could Dimentio meet his expectation?

"Ah if it's the Koopa Prince himself. I'll admit this is a surprise. I hope you managed to do what we talked about. If not yet then it's fine no need to rush things. Though this neither nor the time nor the place to talk about it." Dimentio said with a wide grin.

He turns his body to be floating straight up as he crosses his legs.

"Though it's no surprise why you would be here of course. After all, we did talk about you getting exercise as well. I didn't expect the manner of exercise you have chosen to be so barbaric. But as they say no pain no game. If you're not going to be going easy on me," Dimentio said.

And with that, he was gone with another ripple in space. In just a few seconds behind him, he would Dimentio say "I am not going to go easy on you"

And with that, he begins his assault by enlarging his fists to about as big as Junior's head before preparing a combo attack to wail on him. Before creating a strange magical shuriken-like object and tossing it the Koopa's way. But the jester is not done tormenting them yet.



"I think it's about time you use those stubby little legs of yours cause you don't want to be caught in one of these." Dimentio warned.

Before various boxes begin to manifest through strange outlines that try to surround Dimentio.

"I hope that hasn't entertained you folks enough already, cause the show is just getting started," Dimentio said.

Quicker then his eyes could follow, Dimentio had disappeared before Jr's eyes. Before he could figure out where the jester had gone, Jr felt an enlarged fist connect with the back of his head! "Oof! Ow..." *Jr complained, tumbling to the ground and rubbing the back of his head. But he had no time to complain about getting hit. This was a stadium match after all! As a second fist headed toward his snout, the Koopa ducked into his shell and spun out of the way. However, as soon as he poked his head out of his shell and stood up, a third fist ended up colliding with his nose. Yelping in pain, Jr staggered for a bit and landed flat on his rear.

Still a bit dazed from the shot to the kisser, Jr didn't even see the Starburst attack coming, and therefore, didn't even attempt to get out of the way. The Starburst attack hit him straight in the gut, sending him onto his shell as he attempted to roll back to his feet.

As he did so, however, strange outlines started appearing around him. Growing concerned, Jr at last managed to stand up once again, and ran as fast as he could to get out of the outline. But his stubby little legs just wouldn't move fast enough, and he ended up plowing gut first into a clear barrier. The same thing happens he tried the other four sides. He was trapped. "Hey! Let me out of here!" Jr shouted to Dimentio, his voice a bit muffled. Why would Dimentio trap him in a box when he wanted to fight? Was he setting him up?? Jr was starting to get really mad about this, breathing a steady stream of flames toward Dimentio that halted in mid-air just as they reached those strange outlines.

The stream of flames continued until Jr started running out of breath, but he certainly didn't run out of anger, because as soon as he caught his breath again, he ducked into his shell and slammed himself against the barrier, trying to break himself out!

That doesn't manage to do anything either. At this point Jr was getting really frustrated. Taking a deep breath again, he launches another stream of flames toward the barrier in a fit of rage!

(Jr's Fire Breath again! Third verse, same as the first. Total damage to the box done: 50%. Jr has broken out!)

And that's when, under the constant pressure from Jr's flames and his shell, the barrier surrounding him shattered like glass, leaving Jr standing slightly out of breath in the middle of the arena again. "*huff*....*huff*....W-what's the big idea, ya masked weirdo? What's with the box?" Jr irritably asks the jester.

It's Showtime!


Dimentio was surprised that no one was applauding his performance at the moment. Maybe he used too many of his best tricks in the first act. No matter, as Junior is now trapped in the box. And now the light show is about to begin. But before he is able to snap his fingers he watches Junior manage to break out.

"You...you managed to break out of that? This...this never happened before. I may be not as powerful as I used to be when I first came to on this planet but have I really gotten so weak that one of my most spectacular tricks have been rendered fragile?" he mused.

Still though at the very least Junior wasted all of his attacks getting out of the box so there is some use to it still. He then starts another one of his iconic tricks as from behind Dimentio, comes another Dimentio.

"Surprised? What would a magician be without his own lovely assistant? Of course, there is no one lovelier than me so I found a way to make a copy of me to fill that role. And so we tango like two saucy rival couples in a ballroom blitz!" he declared.

With that two Dimentio's float opposite from each other at both ends of the arena. Each one throwing another one of those magical shurikens towards Junior. With a snap of his fingers, the original Dimentio would cause an explosion to erupt near Junior while the other Dimentio would snap but instead cause a makeshift fireworks display as the air above the stadium lights up with a brilliant explosion.


"That's right folks no special effects for this magician, all one hundred percent pure real magic. I also do Birthday parties and weddings." Dimentio quipped.

As Dimentio and his double launched some rather sloppy projectiles toward Jr from both sides, the Koopa Prince just managed to dive out of the way of the magic stars. Now, he wasn't the most agile person around, however, these magic blasts were slow, and pretty easy to get around, so Jr managed just fine. However, as he landed a few feet away, the Dimentios both snapped their fingers, and Jr felt energy building up beneath him. Jolting a bit in shock, Jr ducks into his shell, mitigating most of the damage!

Peeking out of his shell to look around, Jr sighed in relief as the explosion died down. "Whew....that was close" he sighed to himself as he got to his feet. "Those are some pretty neat tricks, Dimentio! But two-on-one's hardly a fair fight, is it? Time for me to summon my own assistant!" As Jr said that, the Clown Car flew into the arena with what looked like an oversized paintbrush sitting in the cockpit. Jr grabbed the brush as the Car flew off again, and waved it around. "Feast your eyes on my own magic trick!" Jr swept the brush in front of him, and rainbow colored goop shot from the bristles, landing on the ground in front of the Koopa Prince with a splat.

The Stadium rumbled as a gigantic squid erupted from the puddle of ink, before landing on the arena floor with a crash. A glare settled on its bulbous eyes as it stared Dimentio down, before puking up a wave of sludge toward the evil jester!

In all the commotion, Jr had scaled Gooper Bloopers body, and as the sludge washed away, Jr jumped down toward Dimentio, attempting to land on them and disorientate them as the Gooper Blooper dissolved in to sludge once again!

Whether or not Jr landed on Dimentio or not, he hopped up again to turn and face the clown. Giggling to himself, Jr waved the paintbrush again, and more goop flew from the brush's head. Fortunately, the goop didn't summon any more familiars, however, this goop surrounded Dimentio where it stood, glowing a sickly green. Probably shouldn't touch that stuff...

Dimentio was surprised to see Junior capable of dodging his attacks. Even managing to shield himself from his explosion by retreating within their shell. They are definitely tougher than he anticipated. Especially now that they used their fancy paintbrush to create a giant squid monster. Dimentio responded by putting a hand up and from his palm, a shield is formed eerily similar to the magical box Junior was trapped in. Though it almost broke in the process, and Dimentio's clone vanished after its use.

As Junior tried to slam onto Dimentio from above he tried to dodge.

As Dimentio was flattened like a pancake before unflattering himself. Somehow he felt his magical capabilities be weakened as he is unable to levitate now. He then watched as Junior littered the arena with dangerous goop.

"You are definitely a much more intimidating foe than I ever anticipated, but like all great magicians this one has their very own disappearing act!" Dimentio said.

He then blew a kiss to the audience before disappearing into the second dimension.

He then tried to carefully tiptoe around the goop before making his first attack.

And slips into the goop and loses his chance. Poisoned in the process from the toxic gunk even while in the 2nd dimension. Though at the very least he is still a flat 2D line for Junior's perspective, though appears to be a two-dimensional figure from the perspective of some of the audience from other angles. Upset he tries to fling another Magical Shuriken at Junior.

As Dimentio disappeared, Jr just kinda...stared at where the jester was. Hey, that was cheating! "Come on, I can't fight you if I can't even see you!" He looked around the arena, searching for the clown intently, but he just couldn't catch sight of him. Just as Jr was about to give up looking and wait for Dimentio to become visible, again, the clown reappeared for a split second to toss another ball of magic his way!

Luckily, Jr saw the jester blip into existence a split second before the magic bolt started flying towards him. Tucking his feet against himself, he rolled out of the way, but by the time he got up again, Dimentio was gone.

"Come out and face me instead of hiding like a coward, you clown!" Jr called out. Seriously, disappearing like that in the middle of a match was the height of cowardness!

"I am not as quick as my body appears to be, and I am not quite invisible I am right here. All I did was make myself two-dimensional like I was back in my home dimension so from your perspective I am quite lacking in depth at the moment. Though only from your perspective I can see that the audience can see me just fine." Dimentio said.

  From some angles, the audience sees Dimentio but as a paper flat version of his usual three-dimensional self, though this in actuality his true and original form. As he starts to wave to the audience, gives a wink, and puts a finger to his lip to urge them to be quiet.

"After all why shouldn't I take advantage of using my dimensional magic to gain the upper hand? Especially cause I have a much easier time avoiding your attacks this way. Though just for you I will come to the 3rd dimension in a bit and not use this spell for the rest of the match if it upsets you so much, before I do so," Dimentio said.

With another teleport, he appears near Junior and flings two more magical blasts at him, and snaps his fingers to summon another magical explosion.

Jr was still in a foul mood due to Dimentio's trick, even if the clown had agreed not to do that again. He grunted in agreement as Dimentio gave him that pass. Like Jr needed Dimentio to go easy on him. He just wanted a fair fight, that was all!

Speaking of, it might be time for Jr to switch things up a little bit. While fighting on his feet certainly had it's advantages, the truth was that he just didn't have the firepower to stand up to Dimentio's magic without help. As Dimentio started throwing even more magic bursts at Jr ducked into his shell again, though as the first blast of magic collided with it, he could hear it creaking slightly. Jr didn't think it could take that many more hits

Quickly pulling himself out again, Jr stood his ground to meet the other Starburst, jutting his belly out and pushing forward, bouncing the magic projectile right back to Dimentio!

Using the momentum from the reflected shot, Jr knocks himself backward just as the ground around where he was standing cracking, erupting in an explosion that just missed roasting Jr's nose as he flew backward

As Jr rocketed toward the stadium wall, he let out a shrill whistle that echoed throughout the whole stadium. Just as Jr was to collide with the wall behind him, the sound of very quick propellers was heard as the Clown Car autopiloted itself into Jr's path, catching Jr in the cockpit. Taking a moment to right himself, Jr smirked at Dimentio as he took control of the hovercraft. Oh yeah, now they were cooking
A few moments later, and Jr rushed toward Dimentio, attempting to plow straight into the 2D clown!

  Dimentio's time in the 2nd Dimension was up, he was cocky at first. Seeing his first attack hit his shield. But was caught by surprise to see his attack be reflected by Junior's gut. As it hits him square in the face. And he sees him dodge anyone one of his attacks. He then sees Jr. using his clown-themed aircraft as it speeds toward him. He can't Shield the attack and he can't be able to dodge it as he rammed and skid across the stadium.

  To make matters worse he is still covered in the strange goop that appears to be hurting him. Though Jr.'s use of a machine gave him an idea. As he summoned another clone of himself to replace the one he lost earlier.

"You should be careful riding that thing here, I think the weather reports said that there was a storm brewing," Dimentio said.

  And behind his back, Dimentio prepared a spell as lightning came from the sky to strike down on the Koopa Clown Car and Junior along with it. Before beginning to juggle his Starbursts with his clone before throwing them towards Junior.

A satisfying thunk reached Jr's ears as he ran over Dimentio with the Car. Now that was a sound that he liked to here. Meant he was getting things done. But he wasn't done yet. Swiveling around to face Dimentio again, he prepared to hit the gas for a second shot. However, as he rocketed forward, he barely missed getting hit by the lightning bolt that was thowrn down from on high. It was so close Jr could smell a bit of his hair getting singed. That was a close one! But he couldn't stop himself now. Taking hold of the controls of the car, Jr attempted to weave around the Starbursts that Dimentio was tossing his way.

Unfortunately, Jr wasn't fast enough to avoid the first shot. It made a head-on collision with the Clown car, sending it into a spinout. Fortunately, it was enough of a spinout to cause the second Starburst to sail past him completely. 

"Oorugh...." Jr groaned, gripping the sides of the Clown Car and trying to stop the stadium from spinning. That spinout left him pretty dizzy. It took him a couple minutes to get his vision straight, but once he did, he gave his head a shake. "Nice trick...But I have a few hidden in this thing too!" Hitting the gas again, Jr rushed toward Dimentio as boxing gloves sprouted out the sides of the Car, prepared to give the Clown a beating!

While Jr had Dimentio close, the boxing gloves retracted into the Car's hull, only to be replaced with two rotating drills! Jr shoved those drills into Dimentio quickly, trying to catch him before he could escape, before follwing up with a heavy shove to get him away

  Finally, he managed to get the goop off, and at least one of his attacks managed to hit the Koopa prince. But still, he is losing the crowd's adoration and the fight. And if there is among the list of things he absolutely despises it's losing and not being the center of attention. It's time to rethink his strategy. Though first things first, he needs to do some dodging.

  As Dimentio sees Jr.'s clown car pulls out some boxing gloves, Dimentio mimics a boxer's stance as he tries to dodge each one by swerving left and right as a boxer would.

"I swear people here have no taste," Dimentio angrily murmured to himself.

He then points to Junior.

"And now I shall unleash my own onslaught of punches at you like a sandbag being pelted by a bodybuilder," Dimentio announced.


He then got back into a boxing stance and enlarged his fists. As he teleports in front of Jr. before throwing the first punch.

As Dimentio started throwing hands at Jr, the young Koopa tried to duck into the Car's hull, but he was just too slow. A punch to the nose, shoulder, and gut all sent Jr spinning in his chair. Which left him a sitting duck for...

Just as Jr's vision started to clear, the Car was blasted with a burst of magic, burning Jr along with it. "Yeowch!" Jr yelled, attempting to manuver the Car away from 2D magician.

But his efforts were in vain, for another thunderbolt crashed down to earth, striking Jr as if the young Koopa were a lightning rod. Dazed, and charred, Jr groaned as he sat up in his seat. Aight, now he had to kick things into gear! "Urrgh.....gotta say, nice tricks..." Jr complimented, as he started hitting a few buttons on the Clown Car's control panel. "Guess I gotta take this seriously now, huh?" Finished with fiddling with the controls, the mouth of the Clown Car popped open, revealing a large cannon, aimed right at Dimentio! However, instead of a Cannonball, a large blast of air aimed to blow Dimentio away!

"Or you weren't playing seriously already yet? Good thing too cause I wasn't either," Dimentio boasted.

Dimentio then watches as Junior is about to blast highly pressurized air to send him back. As he tries to gracefully dodge it.

And dodges the air cannon gracefully and easily while dancing around in the air. Though came the trickier cannonball.

Dodge Roll 2: p_1d20 (Failure takes 25% damage)

Unfortunately, he assumed it was just as an air cannon at first and when it suddenly switched to firing cannonballs he wasn't able to dodge it in time and gets hit in the face by it. Then came the spike ball heading towards him. He needed to dodge it quick.

And is hit by the spiked ball as well and as he checks to see if it didn't puncture anything important.

Luckily not though he seemed to be almost down. Though he did not want to give up. Was it stubbornness and pride or was it just he didn't want to be weak in front of everyone.

"I must admit the apple doesn't far from the branch. You're almost as formidable as your father King Bowser. He gave me quite a thrashing when we first met but even then you still have a long ways to go. Before I go down let me teach you a lesson from Dimentio's School of Hard Knocks. A lesson...in pain!" Dimentio said.

He would enlarge his fists again to go into a combo to punch the child's lights out.

As he would slam his two big meaty disembodied fists onto Junior to end his combo. He would then begin juggling some of his Starbursts projectiles across his hand before throwing them up to the air and volleyball spiking them towards Junior before kicking the other one towards the Koopa Prince like a soccer ball. This serves no other purpose than just making the attack extra fancy.
