As the gargoyle shifted its attention to Haseo he could tell this would not end very well for him, that was until Miah showed up and healed him. This made things definitely better as he recovered a good amount of health and had some temporary shielding as well. "Thanks, that will help a lot." Haseo said with a grin as he then noticed the gargoyle shift into what seemed to be a different form, had Haseo not used his Bst Form earlier he'd show this thing one of his best forms. It's a shame that his transformations worked differently here though. Enough about that though some incoming debris was headed his way from a huge gust of wind that drew them upward.

Haseo bobbed and weaved out of the way of the debris with ease as he then noticed that the gargoyle was aiming to do a slam attack on him this time. Haseo moved to dodge out of thee way of that as well.

Back-flipping out of the way of the Gargoyle's slam attack, Haseo breathed a sigh of relief as that looked like it would hurt a lot.

Haseo would charge at the thing with his Twin Blades and go for a combo attack on it.

He needed to get some of his health back, even more than just the kind he got from Miah. Moving his arm upward a large circlet appeared around his wrist, it was golden in color and started to form into what looked like a large cannon of sorts.



"Take this you flying toaster! Data Drain!"

As he readied up the wrist-mounted cannon he would fire what seemed to be a large golden orb from it, akin to like a cannonball, as it shot out toward the gargoyle.

With Swords, and Crystal's Dropping upon the Gargoyle's head, The Machine raises its red eye and looks forward, Systems frizzing out a bit due to the Data Drain hitting it, Stalling for just a moment, Before the Gargoyle's eye locked set on Pertisia, As Gargoyle suddenly rockets forward at the Girl, It's Two Taser-Blades Extending from it's palms as it attempts to slam them both into Pertisia from both sides, to unleash a massive volt of Purple Electricity onto her!

Following this, It turns its sights to Haseo, Dragging the two Tesla-blades across one another, Generating a gigantic ball of Purple Electricity, before blasting it at Haseo to try and electrocute him from a distance!

Haseo had no time to dodge as the electric ball of energy fired its way toward him! So Haseo would use this chance to block the attack with his shield instead of trying to dodge it.

45% - 10 (Activation) - 25% = 10% shield left. 

Haseo couldn't risk his shield being destroyed now so he would try to dodge out of the way of the metal storm fragments.

Haseo was pelted by some of the metal fragments as he took 10% damage! 

Taking this chance to retaliate with some of his own attacks Haseo moved in with his twin blades to attack the Gargoyle.

Pertisia looked over at the Gargoyle. It seems as though it was the only enemy left for the group to defeat before they can move forward and try and find Samus. Pertisia glared at the Gargoyle, since it was attacking the group again and more so, it was looking at her. "Uh oh." Pertisia prepared herself for the incoming attack. It was obvious that it was going to attack her now that she had gotten it's attention.

"Yeah I'm targeting you. You're in our way after all!" Pertisia taunted at the Gargoyle and watched as it charged towards her. She was expecting for it to try and charge into her and sent her off of her feet.

However Pertisia didn't expect it to shoot out a burst of purple electricity towards her. "That's unexpected." She thought as she tried to get out of the way, as well as the incoming metal that fired towards her and everyone else in her group.

Pertisia, simply moved to the side when the electricity was shot towards her and watched as it landed at the spot that she was previously standing. She also took a step forward to avoid the magnetised metal before turning towards the Gargoyle. "Nice try, but my attacks will definitely hit!" Pertisia then began her own set of attacks by summoning three large crystals that she tried to slam onto the Gargoyle's head using the magic of gravity!

Miah would grimace as she felt her muscles seize up from some of the remaining electricity in her body. Causing her to halt in place just as she was about to dive out of the way of the shrapnel headed her way. River proving himself no better as he was suddenly blindsided was by a good chunk of metal, leaving several slashes across his rubbery form. His voice hissing out as he stomped the ground in rage.

Miah wasted no time in resuming her duties as the resident Healer. Her body starting to glow a bright green as she began uttering several phrases in a bizarre foreign language. A series of glyphs forming in front of her which she promptly grabbed and raised above her head. Causing a large wave of bright green light to shoot out across the battlefield. The energy healing both her own wounds as well as those of her allies and providing some more protection for those that had yet to receive it.

(Miah's Succor. A two action ability that Heals the entire party for 1d5+Cha and grants half the amount healed as Galvanize

As the wave of light filled the air, Miah would swiftly dash over to the side. A set of Nymian words flying from her mouth as a pearl of pitch black magic shot out and struck at the Gargoyle. Her trusty steed, River dashing alongside the blast before it suddenly leapt at the robot. His teeth gnashing as he threw his entire weight at the construct. A shocking amount of strength fueling it's brutal assault.

Successfully taking damage from all of Pertisia and Miah;'s attacks, It was only Haseo's two gale blades were the only of Haeo's Attacks that strongly hit the Gargoyle. However, The Arrangment of Crystal blasts and Magical Strikes had caused some form of effect on Gargoyle, as the Machines Jet Boosters suddenly exploded from the Damage, Causing it to Sputter out a few electrical sparks, and then eventually fall to the ground with a thunk, Rising up as a Purple Explosion burst from it's side, leaving a show of the amount of damage it was under. 

However, It seemed the Gargoyle was not going to go down, Not without a Fight! And so, the Gargoyle, With it's Jet Booster's suddenly turned on, Launches into the Sky and Spins in a Bright Purple Spiral, Several Glowing Purple Lights shining from it's spinning spiral form, as it Launches out a Barrage of Missiles across the field, Each Miniature Missile unleashing a purple electrical bursts as they hit the ground!

Following this, the Gargoyle would spin around, Locking into it's Jet Form, and ram itself directly for Haseo, And unleash a Massive Explosion of it's self, Self Destructing to try and take him out as a last ditch effort!

...Once that occurs, Chunks of Hard black metal lands, strewn across the field, and leaving the group only with one destination ahead. The inside of the Storage Facility!

Pertisia saw the Gargoyle heading down towards the group once more. It seems as though it's preparing for one last attack against the trio before they can go further and reach the Storage Facility, where hopefully Samus would be. "Prepare yourselves, it looks like it's going in for another attack!" Pertisia warned Miah and Haseo as she tried to jump out of the way for the attack that was aimed at everyone.

Like Pertisia, who barely noticed the attack and tried at the last second to get away without getting hurt or paralysed.

Pertisia bounced out of the way and landed on the ground as she dodged the Gargoyle's attacks and turned towards Miah and Haseo. "Lookout!" She warned to the two before watching the Gargoyle finally go down after delivering the attacks. Pertisia was relieved that the battle was now over.

Of course, the mission wasn't just yet, there was still a place that the trio needed to go in.

After looking at the Gargoyle's remains. She turned towards the rest of the group. "Are you two alright?" She asked as she waited to see what Haseo and Miah would do before the group made their way towards the Facility.

Haseo noticed as the Gargoyle was getting desperate it seemed as it first fired a barrage of missiles at everyone which Haseo intended to dodge at first but he had a better idea instead. "Okay you big bucket of bolts bring it on!" Haseo said as he took a different sort of stance. "Let's go, Sparrow Counter!" Haseo cried out as he would attempt to counter all the attacks thrown at him.

More than succeeded the DC of the missiles as Haseo used that stance to deflect the missiles back at the Gargoyle for 22% damage. 

Next was the ramming attack that looked like it was headed right toward him with a desperate attack to take him down.

Haseo easily redirects the ramming attack of the Gargoyle as it was about to explode on him, he instead sent it flying backward from its own attack making it take the damage meant for Haseo and exploding within a safe distance away from the party. 

"Okay that was definitely worth using that this time." Haseo said with a sigh of relief before making sure there was no one else willing to try them around. "I think we're good to go everyone. Let's get a move on." Haseo said as he was ready to head toward the next destination, hopefully to find Samus too.

As the group enters the facility, They would come to find the insides of the area was like that of a Factory, Perhaps even that of a Forge, that surrounded the group, as hot steam rose through the grates upon the ground, as Massive shipping containers were placed automatically upon magnetic hooks, and then carried off elsewhere. However, the group, After all of there journeying, would finally come upon the center of the facility, and furthermore, Into a Wider Area.

Grates surrounded a hard metal floor, conveyor belts moving blankly with no  contents they were carrying from side to side, as the three would walk upon the hard steel floor. Looking around, Several tanks lined the walls, Each made of tin and iron, and each also empty, as various lights flicker on and off around you all. That was, Until suddenly--



CRASH!

A Gigantic Monster of a Mech lands before Haseo, Pertisia and Miah, Aiming  it's Gattling Cannon and Missiles at the group, as a Smug Voice emerged from inside of it. "Hah! Too Slow, Punks! The Absolutionists have claimed this facility, and with the contents inside, were finally gonna start taking control of the Life Sphere, And get off this doomed planet!" The Mecha announced, As it readied itself for combat.

"Those Space Pirates were just a Ploy to help get Samus here. We've achieved our ultimate weapon! But, We cant leave just some petty survivors laying around, so im afraid it's time to kick off!" The Mecha would declare, Laughing aloud. "You, And that Pathetic excuse for a Leader named Samus, are gonna die tonight!"

"W..W...W-why?! W-we...We worked together! We agreed to be a team?!!" A Call from the  Mecha would shout out, as the group may notice a slight figure above the mech stabbing into it's cockpit, before  suddenly, the entire machine was yanked up into the Darkness Above!

"Why? Simple. No one insults my army by calling them a mere 'Ploy'...Among other things you've insulted."

R I I I I P!

Suddenly, There is a crash, As two halves of the Absolutionist Mech land upon the ground, Torn in clean half, as next what would follow would be...Blood? Blood, Dripping upon Haseo, Miah and Pertisia, As a glancer up would reveal a Human male, Torn in half himself, Organs strewn about the Pipe Work surrounding the Facility, As it seemed almost instantly the Soldier was eviscerated. The Source of this attack was seemingly unknown, Until a voice echoes throughout the darkness.


"Poisons. Mind Control. Such....wastes of attempts to kill. I refuse to let that be the end of her-- No, No no...It will not stand. You three wish to see Samus? She is in the Shipping Container 45. Back side of the building."

The Voice starts to move throughout the darkness.

"...However, I had come expecting to cut my teeth on some kind of toy today. Mmm...And i expect that in a few moments, The Life Sphere's Defence Team, And the rest of these Absolutionist Fools will come. I expect a Small Gang War, Kehehe..."

"...Five Minuites. Yes. I expect that will suffice. You three will be my playthings for Five Minuites. After that, I will have to leave you all once more..."

The voice suddenly stops, As the Light flickering in the facility flicks once more, A Large Shadow Moving past the darkness, as the lights cur out once more, Bathing them in darkness.

"What a Delectable Scar you have, Little one. Scars tell a story. I will imprint a Legacy upon your skin." A Voice echoing seems to say to Pertisia.

"What a Precious Race you seem to be...You remind me of one i slaughtered time ago. I wonder if your flesh broils just as well." The Voice Continues to Miah.

"Wait...Ah, I believe i know you...Terror of Death, they call you? Terror is a Mere Emotion, Boy."





"What is Emotion...To a God? Kehehe...Let me show you True Terror."

There is a Momentary Heart Beat. And then...Death.

Suddenly, The Massive Monster Lunges from the Darkness, Diving to Haseo and attempting to Smash him into the Ground Below, The monsters brutal grip looking to crush his skill as he drags him across the metal grates, then, Throwing him into an Empty Container, Before Charging for Haseo with a Plunge of his Tail!

((Haseo! You've been targeted by Death Drag! Roll a 18 in DEX to avoid the Drag, Or else, take 60% Damage, And be immediately hit by the Tail Plunge. If you avoid the Death Drag, Roll a 16 to Avoid the Tail Plunge, or else, take 100% Damage, And Mortal Wound. If you are reduced to 0% HP this way, you are not Trophified, But instead are left at 1% HP, And are Disabled in every stat, Effectively Paralyzing you.)

Following this, Pertisia would be Targeted, as Ridley vanished under the Grates below them, A Silent rumbling coming from below them, as Pertisia would suddenly be assaulted by a Ferocious Array of Tail Spikes lunging from the ground and attempting to Lash and Scar her across her body! Then, Just as she imagines herself safe, Ridley would burst from the ground, Ripping a Pipe open to spray a sudden burst of Acid onto her!

((Pertsia! You'vd been targeted by a Lashing of Ridley's tail! Roll Three DEX Checks of 16 each, or else, take 50% Damage for each one that hits. Following this, Make a DEX check of 18, Or else, Be covered in Acid, Taking a 50% Damage, And being afflicted by Blind! If you are reduced to 0% HP this way, you are not Trophified, But instead are left at 1% HP, And are Disabled in every stat, Effectively Paralyzing you.))



And lastly, for Miah, Ridley would Fly toward her while unleashing a Blast, An Array of 5 Fireballs launched at her, as he Rises up, and proceeds to finish off the blow with a gigantic Plasmic Laser from his Mouth directly onto her, Which burns through the Metal and Immediately melts it molten from the sheer heat of it!

Haseo just defeated one robot guy and here came another one. "Just great I have to fight another one of these?!" But before he could even prepare for the next fight the robot mech thing got torn in half and it turned out someone was piloting it. How could he tell that someone was piloting this mech? Well it was pretty easy to tell considering the man just got cleaved in half as his organs and blood started to spray everywhere.

Enraged in seeing this the one behind the voice mentioned that terror was just an emotion, something of which he would make happen for true terror. "Yeah do you really expect me to go down without a fight?!" Haseo shouted at the disembodied voice before it appeared in front of the party. His roar seemed to echo so far that it made him feel fearful for his life, If seeing the man being cleaved in half wasn't enough for that of course.

So close but not enough! Haseo is now stunned from fright as he cannot react to the very next attack as he was grasped by his head and dragged across the containers of the building then thrown against the wall. Blood just left his mouth in pain as he felt the need to get his revenge. But as the tail attack threatened to end his life Haseo would try to dodge it with little results.

Haseo just got impaled straight through his gut as he was run through with it as he started to bleed out from his stomach, or rather where it used to be given the giant hole in his gut. Coughing up more blood Haseo felt like he was going to die. But for some reason he didn't. "I....I am still standing!" Haseo cried out in pain. Blood was gushing from him like a hose but he kept his hand in place of where the hole in his gut was to cover the bleeding. Taking something out of his pocket he would produce a Heart Container.

"Didn't think I would need this yet." Haseo said as he absorbed its energy giving him some health back. The hole in his gut regrew into place giving him his gut back but Haseo was still bleeding profusely, It wouldn't be enough to stop this monster, not yet.

~Action used to heal himself with a Heart Container: 38% health recovered from it.

He needed to stay alive for everyone's sakes. "I refuse to give in now. Everyone with me; Beast Awakening!" Haseo cried out as black Japanese Kanji symbols appeared next to him then the whole party started to glow with a brilliant crimson aura that boosted their power and speed!

~Action used to use Beast Awakening: Haseo and all his allies gain a boost of STR and DEX stats by a modifier of +2 for 3 whole turns! 4 turn cooldown afterward.

Taking out another item Haseo would produce a Full Heal item and use it on himself to stop the bleeding of the Mortal Wound and stop the Paralysis.

~Action used to use a Full Heal on himself: Mortal Wound and Paralysis have been Cured.

Breathing heavily Haseo knew that he just used his whole turn to heal himself and buff his party but this had to be done. "Okay so you are tough, but you won't stop us. You can count on that!" Haseo said in a pained grin. He wouldn't give up yet.

Pertisia soon approached the facility with everyone else in her team. She stopped at the edge of the area that she and her team had found herself in as a new threat quickly approached the trio. It appeared to be a mecha, but Pertisia assumed the worst, especially since it was revealed that one of those Absoulotionists was controlling the mecha and was intending to use it to cause chaos in the Life Sphere.

"Like we're going to let you do that. You're going to be done for before you can even step foot outside." Pertisia warned to the man inside the robot before flickering her hair.

"I don't even know why you like Sonic, he's too cocky for his own good. Someone like him as a leader would surely lead a community like the Life Sphere to it's downfall. I'm glad he's not even considering taken the role ever since that clone guy tried to destroy the planet." Pertisia had... Heard about the events regarding Mephilies through the news when she arrived on Li, as well as some history classes in Hylia Grace.

"We can't let him leave guys. Think about the destruction---However before Pertisia could finish, the mecha was already defeated by someone else and the man and robot were ripped in half. 

"Huh, wha---" Pertisia quickly saw the remains of their enemy, having been killed by a mysterious new foe in the area. Pertisia looked away at the remains of the man in disgust, before looking around to try and find his murderer.

"Where are you, show yourself!" Pertisia yelled, the voice instead taunted her about her eye.

Pertisia was terrified by what the voice had said, especially when it was revealed to be Ridley soon after. "Wh-Wha, no, I'm not going to let you!?" Pertisia moved back, terrified of Ridley.

"C-Can we even defeat it!?" She turned towards Micah and Haseo, doubtful over this next fight, especially when Ridley attacked the group, but Pertisia was too stunned to move from her spot.

Which quickly caused her to get hit in the face by Ridley's tail, which caused her fear of  him to suddenly drop. "Ow, you will pay for that!" Pertisia yelled. She tried to get out of the way for the next two attacks, which, thanks to Haseo's ability, she will be quick when dodging Ridley's next three attacks.

Unfortunately Pertisia was whipped again by one of Ridley's attacks, but she had managed to dodge two of them thanks to Haseo, especially since the acid had almost blinded her too. She ended up high in the air when dodging Ridley's acid attack and summoned a glass shards, which she proceeded to fire a shot towards Ridley, hoping to pierce him with it before landing near Haseo and Miah

"Take this you ugly space beast!" She yelled towards Ridley before firing a shot.

After landing, Pertisia fell to her knees and gasped loudly over the wounds Ridley had given hear during the attack, but quickly stood up and waited to see what Ridley will do next. "At this rate, he's going to finish us before we get to Samus or anyone else arrives to cause him to leave, maybe we can freeze him until then or paralyse him!?" Pertisia turned towards Haseo and Miah, wondering if they had any ideas.

She touched her eye and growled at Ridley in anger over what he said.

She wasn't going to be defeated, even if she nearly was.

She was going to live.

Ridley gave a crooked looking smirk as Miah was bathed and steeped in depth's of Fire, as the massive dragon turned around to see Haseo and Pertisia, Holding on by Mere Thread's each as Ridley smiled to them. "You two have quite a bit of nerve surviving, Kehehe..." Ridley would say, as he steps forward, Opening his arms. "Very well. Come forth. Strike me once more." Ridley would speak, Grinning bright flashes of his teeth. He made no attempt to dodge Pertisia's attacks, as Glass shards smashed against Ridley's rough, harsh skin, As the Magic Blasts turned into a cloud of glass and mana. 



However, in the Next moment, The Gigantic Crystal Spike that Pertisia had thrown at Ridley would emerge from the Smoke cloud, now thrown at Haseo!!

Following this, Ridley suddenly blasts through the distance, Closing in on Haseo and landing before him, Grinning brightly, Before Ridley's Claws extended forth, and began to rapidly slash upon Haseo's Body!

Following that, Ridley suddenly blasted back, Rushing into Pertisia and Attempting to Grab her face and drag her down upon the ground and drag her across the ground! Then, Stopping himself upon the ground, He Launches an array of fireballs at Pertisia once more!

As Ridley Raised his tail, As if prepared to Pierce through Pertisia's Eyes...When suddenly, Ridley Stops. "...Damn. Our Playtime is up, It seems...Kehehe."  Ridley would say, Before stopping and turning. "I hope next time i come into this little bubble, I have more time to play...Kehehe." Ridley would say, Stepping back...Then stopping, Looking back to Haseo and Pertisia...And performing one last lash of his massively bladed tail upon them both, To Gut them and tear out there Stomach's, To leave one last known scar!

Samus awoke from her Nightmare with a gasp, Falling out of a Containment Pod and onto the ground, Gasping for air as she shook her head, throwing her helmet off. She looks up, Looking around to see the Heavily wounded Miah, Haseo and Pertisia. "Oh god...Oh god-- No!!" Samus would say, Running forward in her Armor, Looking to them in Horror...She recognized the Wounds. The Pain. The Fear...

She Recognized Ridley. Samus tapped her helmet-- "Life sphere Police, We require all troops, and a Medical team at this location, Now!"

. . . Pulled from the Brink of Death, The group was healed, and the events of this space pirate raid were known. There was a Hole in the Defence, Where Ridley came through. And furthermore, a Message was sent as a massive gang war broke out across the Black Market. 

This was the mere calling card. This was where it would begin.

"NO!" Pertisia shouted, but it was too late, she watched as Miah was bathed in lava and was almost killed by Ridley, who was surprised that her and Haseo had made it this far in this battle, but he was going to finish them now. More so, one of the glass shards that Pertisia had fired soon came back out through a purple cloud of smoke and fired upon Haseo. Pertisia turned and quickly yelled out to him.

"LOOKOUT!" She shouted towards Haseo, warning him of the impending attack that threatened to impale him, before turning over towards Ridley, who was targeting her now.

And gasped.

Pertisia had managed to get away before Ridley could grab and start dragging her. She took a few feet away from Ridley as she prepared to fight him once more. "Ha, is that the best that you can---And then she was hit by his three fireballs, sending a few feet forward before getting slashed by Ridley in the stomach. She screamed as she fell near Haseo, near death.

Before she fell and darkness overcame here, she began to think about everything that had happened. "This was, my second mission, and how can I fail it so bad and let everyone down. And, now, two people are going to die, other then me. And I never got the chance to see my friends again, or Mariette." Suddenly she came crashing into the ground, and was knocked out for the rest of the mission.

Pertisia thought that this was it, unaware that Samus had called for help just now, and that Ridley has escaped.

However, she's unaware of Miah and Haseo's fates, and the last thing that she thought about before losing consciousness, was the thought that Ridley had managed to kill everyone.

Haseo was getting close to death but he was never afraid of anything right? Well dying in this place would certainly be scary that was for sure but he needed to stay up no matter what. Everyone was counting on him to stay up and alive for the team.

As Ridley fired a glass shard at him Haseo would use the rest of his shield to block it. The force of the shard breaking through his shield as he tried to block it all. Reducing him to 19% HP.

But Ridley was not done as he tried some claw attacks to hit him with it. Haseo could barely move as he tried to dodge the attacks. No more shield left to help him.

Haseo is inflicted with dying as all the remaining hits dropped him to the ground afterward. All the other attacks hit but did not kill him, he was on the verge of death though. 

Spitting out blood from his mouth as he struggled to even stand through sheer force of will he said only one word and that would be enough to at least get him in better health than what he was before. 

"Repth." Using his healing spell on himself he would try to recover some lost health. He was still in critical condition either way though.

Restoring himself for 14% HP using a non combat action to make himself at least able to walk. His sight was blurry and he felt faint but he saw Samus in the distance.

"I...I'm...fine..." He could barely say as he struggled to stay standing. He was the only one that was able to stand out of all of them and he was conscious but still in critical condition. 

As the medical team arrived Haseo struggled to move but was able to make it back safely thanks to their help. He was the only one conscious though so it would be up to him to tell everyone what had happened, but only after he got some needed rest of course.
