You see a strange and fairly large poster stuck to the various stores and stalls of the Black Market and pasted with saliva and tatters of blood all over the buildings around you, what do you do?

Padding through the darkened allies the white wolf was taking in the new experience, adventuring and familiarizing herself with the other citizens of the Life Sphere. This area seemed very... different, but she received much initial attention with everyone trying to talk with her but as she trotted around in her exploration fewer and fewer crowded her. Soon a faint tangy scent caught her attention and led her to a somewhat tattered poster.

She stood on her hind legs, fores resting on the stall of which the page resided. Suddenly realizing its existence the others around the area stood out like sore thumbs. Curiously she read the sheet, becoming impatient rather quickly which lead to more of a skim read. What she got out of it was a request for aid, soldiers. This place seemed like it could use some help in that respect, and with her still recovering from the toll of her recent experience out in the forest she could at least help around the Sphere if not go out on missions.

Amaterasu's tail began a slight wag as she stared at the poster for a few moments. Soon a scrawl of ink brushed across its surface to spell out 'Ammy' in the bottom corner. She had begun to like that nickname, especially so since parting from Nippon. The white wolf then stepped down to stand on all fours, staring up at the poster in a bit of wonder tail still swaying lightly.

!EVENT TRIGGER!

As the ever curious fox wagged its tail at the poster upon signing full of joy and an uppity patience, the sound of a squawk is heard behind the creature. Another sound soon followed, which was the flapping of wings. A few feathers here and there fell upon the wind and landed on the dog warrior's nose. In a short amount of time a bird carrying an egg dressed up as a pirate of some kind showed itself to Amaterasu and didn't seem pleased.

"What is this some kinda joke? Aren't you that poodle that got rescued from the jungle by that Shadow douche? SQUAWK! You're very adorable, but why don't you run along. Not many survivors are found these days, so it's not hard to hear about rescues around the Life Sphere, especially you, I don't wanna be involved with anyone that hedgehog heathen is allied with. He's a pest, and that means you are too."

The bird was already acting very hostile to the sun goddess giving her lip and showing signs of dislike. But it was however, intrigued as to why it showed interest in the poster anyway.


"I ought to call the boss and have him send me some goons to deal with you right here and now for having the SQUAWK! Gull to be here. But...somethin made you wanna sign that poster, and now I'm interested. Tell me why."

The bird wasn't sure whether the fox could talk or not, but he was sure it would get its message out somehow to communicate.


"And I don't got all day to wait around for your answer either! Besides, I doubt you'll even like the stipulation of initiation for our crew SQUAWK! And that's IF I even let ya try out. Let's say I did, and I tell you how to join us, which I will, for the sake of seeing your shocked face upon hearing what I am about to ask you to do, then you'd have to do as I ask without a shadow of a doubt! Squawk. No pun intended."

The bird slightly chuckled at its own joke but then it turned into a cough and a hack, and he cleared his throat for more of an explanation.

"Simply put doggie, your gonna have to attack and assault ONE hero of the Life Sphere OUTSIDE the Life Sphere while their distracted on their mission. And you need to make sure you at least wound them. Fighting until they turn until a trophy is an added bonus, but not entirely required. I doubt you're that twisted to take the task on, but if you do wanna do this, then SQUAWK! I guess I better let ya, it'll show me you actually have loyalty to the gang.""

The bird couldn't tell what the dog was thinking or reacting to upon speaking, it made him rather nervous.

"But if you are too good hearted to do it...YUCK! Then don't waste my time and get gone!"

The bird screeched at the fox creature in detest at the very sight of the four legged mutt.

"But if you do as I ask...squawk. Then I will be pleasantly surprised, and you'll have to meet me back here at this same spot for your rewards. That's right, you'll get some booty! Ya better decide soon, before I change my mind and knock some sense into ya right here doggie."

The bird waited for his answer, rather impatiently, wanting to get back to his dirty deeds elsewhere than deal with Amaterasu's indulgences with King K. Rool's recruitment efforts. He still felt he needed to give the fox a chance at joining at least, to see if a being of a lighter side, can dwell in the dark.


Mission Objective: Find one mission topic to join with heroes involved, and ambush one of them on the attack until their wounded.

With a snort the canine removed the fallen feathers from its nose then took to resuming a curious stare, but this time at the odd bird that had come into view. A tilt of her head was the reaction the bird received upon the opening script, Ammy still intrigued by how this would proceed returned a happy bark at the egg carrying bird before sitting on her haunches and continue listening. Once the task was revealed however she mimicked her earlier head tilting. Attack someone? That seemed an odd thing to do... a soft noise escaped her as she thought perhaps this was not the kind of recruiting she thought it was.

As the bird continued to speak Amaterasu gazed back up at the poster in a new light, assuming the complete read she should have done earlier. With the vocalization of 'doggie' the goddess turned her gaze back onto the hovering bird and resumed a standing position. Following this Ammy snarled, her hair bristling, and a seemingly echoing slash across wood permeated the immediate area. Which upon inspection one would find that a good portion of the posters around had just been torn in half by a clean strike, bottom parts folding over themselves to fall to the ground. Amaterasu then turned and raised herself to tear down the poster next to her with claws extended, digging into the wood of the stall as she did so.

A cry from the shopkeeper could be heard as he hurriedly made to see what the noise was but Amaterasu ignored it, proceeding to snap at the carrier bird. She missed, of course, the bird easily ascending out of reach. The canine watched as the pirate squawked curses and laughed at her failed attempt.

She may not have taken the offer of this King K. Rool's flunky, but the white wolf had still received a mission. There was some work that needed to be done about these criminals and surely she could find someone to help her stop these recruiters.

Figuring that the dog would be unwilling to partake in such a foul ordeal, the bird screeched at the fox creature in a violent manner. The canine had ruined its chance at joining the army, and now must pay the consequence for its actions.

"Well that's too bad my furry little friend, looks like you get option B. A beatdown of a lifetime! SICK EM BOYS!"

Seconds afterwards 3 crocodile like creatures appear from the shadows of the market and surround the canine with their teeth showing and ready to strike.


"Next time I see you tearin down our property and screwin around our turf, your fate is gonna be far worse. SQUAWK! Cya later wolfie!"

Once the bird saw the wolf was taken care of, he flew off into the darkness leaving the minions to deal with her.

The three Klap Traps started to circle around the canine snapping at it left and right to mess with it, but it was obvious it would only be a matter of time before one of the biting motions hit its mark against the fox and wounded it. But they weren't aiming for just a wound, they were aiming to kill the poor four legged fighter. Escape wasn't in the cards as the fox was trapped by the circling enemies, it was an outnumbered fight, and one that would not be easy.

The shopkeeper had poked his head around the corner only to immediately disappear from Ammy's sight upon seeing the snapping alligators and aggravated wolf. The rest of the area seemed to clear out as well in a surprisingly orderly fashion which hinted toward a familiarity with this sort of thing. It would hopefully make things a bit easier for her though, not having to worry about any accidents. As for the small lizards before her they reminded her of the small creatures she met in the jungle, except these ones a bit more coordinated.

The wolf bared her teeth and assumed a rolling growl, but kept her stance close so as to not give their toying snaps anything easy to grab without some reprimands to quickly follow. Plans flooded her thoughts, trying to keep in mind that her body still recovering from the onslaught by the giant ape, and her divine retribution began firing up. Their limbs were short as was their tail, making their snouts the best range they had; however she had noted earlier their swift approach meaning she couldn't underestimate their maneuverability. Unfortunately there was no instant way onto higher ground but perhaps she could make one.

In a fluid motion Amaterasu moved her divine retribution, swirling with licks of flame, to her side away from and perpendicular to the stall then released a ferocious howl. She assumed this would excite the creatures into attacking, both the echoing battle howl and that she had just taken her eyes off of them. Regardless it would guarantee they had their eyes on her, and within the next second they would find looking at her position like suddenly looking at the sun having been in the dark for a while as she invoked her celestial brush to create the split second flash flare. Following this she flung her divine retribution into the side of the stall and lodged the burning disk into the wood at eye level. With haste she leapt onto her divine instrument and made to use it as a step onto the top of the merchants stall. The instrument would force itself to dislodge and follow the white wolf afterward in order to keep within its required proximity.

Provided this worked, she would be able to swipe any climbers as she collected and recovered her available celestial power and devised a better plan to deal with these 3 lizards. Even the small distance leaping up on her disk made a few muscles complain in her back leg, of which still had its bald spot.

Contrary to popular belief, Klaptraps were much smarter than they appeared or have been speculated to be. And since these creatures were not Infected, they were much more cunning than the usual foes beyond the Life Sphere. The three of them become distracted by the fox's moves, but only for a brief time. The biggest one of the three with the longest snout hissed at his brethren and pointed his nose upwards to the fox turning their attention away from the smoke and mirror show and to the top of the stall. It was apparent that the hissing Klaptrap with the bigger size was the leader of the crew, and determined to keep everyone on task to take the canine down. The three of them swarm the stall in which the fox occupied for a few moments until the big Klaptrap motioned them to him. He then bowed down lowering his snout as if to use it as a catapult to fling his brothers up at the fox on the offense before the canine had time to think, proving its smarts to the dog creature pretty quickly.

The other two Klaptraps figure out what their proclaimed leader was trying to do. The smallest of the three went first, for it had the most speed and was most likely to land a crunching hit on the leaping dog. Without delay, the small Klaptrap pounces on its biggest brother's snout and is flung up into the air towards the fox as it snaps at it with a twisted angle and great speed aiming for the leg with the bald spot. To not allow the canine to have any time to react, the big brother Klaptrap roars to urge the middle brother remaining on the ground to jump and be catapulted as well. In only a second's time, the middle brother rolls onto the biggest one's snout, and is launched right behind the small Klaptrap biting at the fox at the same time side by side with his airborne and snapping sibling. The biggest Klaptrap then wasted no time trying to climb up the stall, using his teeth as leverage to bite through the wood and scratch his way to the canine.

When she moved to peer over the ledge as her mind mulled over how to proceed she was met with an unwanted surprise: flying lizards. Having spent the last year in non-stop battles her instincts had superb reaction time but it was still too late to do anything about the first little lizard that securely latched itself onto her previously damaged leg. Even the second just about made its mark, Amaterasu's divine retribution barely skimming the lizards body. The flames around the disk searing its blue scales and the disk itself doing but an ever so slight tap as it flew through the air. The middle sized lizard still easily tore at the bottom of her leg as it passed under her to roll in a soft landing across the roof of the stall. The smaller was gripped tightly at, if it wasn't painful, a somewhat amusing angle as it attempted to move its small limbs around her leg in a grapple.

In response the white wolf lifted its chomped leg to give it a wider circumference to avoid the little lizard getting a good hold beyond her tufts of fur and hopped a little ways away from the ledge. The middle lizard had recovered from its roll and was quickly coming back around, and the larger was likely at least halfway up the stall with the amount of noise coming from its determined efforts tearing through the air. And so she needed to start dealing some damage.

Amaterasu willed her divine retribution to the side the middle lizard was approaching and had it standing perpendicular to the roof so the solid disk itself would act as an invisible fiery shield, provided that these things didn't believe in gods it would be invisible anyway, all the while the expanding flames from its sides biting into the wooden roof turning the finish black and momentarily catching. It would be a few seconds before any of the flames would take a mind of their own and spread though. And if the middle sized lizard missed the disk itself it would be trying to pass through fire. And since she was able to stare at it whilst digging into the little one she could adjust the disk as needed. As this was happening the white wolf wheeled her head around, scrunched her mid-section, and did her own chomping on the little lizard. She needed it off and so held little back, her powerful jaws forcing her canines to dig into the scaled body in repeated crunches as if she was trying to eat the thing.

As for the large one, the circling ethereal orbs were at the ready. Five faint glowing balls floating around her form waiting for it. She'd no idea how much of a grip this thing would have but at such close range a large portion of the orbs would hit and may have enough force to knock it back down. If not, it would at least have an unfortunate sensation of several burns to greet it and it wouldn't be hard to figure out where it was coming up considering how much noise it was making in its climb. Currently she had hopped close to the front of the stall, leaving her uninjured side rather inaccessible as she stood adjacent to its length. Her disk was protecting her rear and back half of her other side, of which had the biting action of the lizard attached to her and her attempting to dislodge the lizard. This left only her front, which was currently ready to unleash the glowing orbs.

With a focused intent, the smallest of the lizards clenched its jaw like a vice around the fox's leg refusing to let go. It sunk its teeth deeper and deeper into the tissue as if it was out for blood trying to piece beyond her fur. What felt like tickles of fire beat against its skin but it kept the grip. It looked ridiculous latching on like it was, but the intent was serious and far more vile. The middle of the three lizards managed to graze the fox but not have enough of a radius to properly get a good bite in. It got a slight chomp in to her leg, but had to roll to safety on the roof as to not receive a harsh landing and also as a means of safety from feeling flames skim against its skin, though it wasn't sure if it had really seen any but it sure felt it. It had a taste of the fox though, and now wanted more. It chased after the canine as it hopped away, but found as it got closer it felt an immense wave of heat and started to sweat. Its little feet began to burn and it danced around the roof like it was a ballerina trying not to keep all four of its legs on the now hot surface still making its way to the fox but in more of a skip and a dancing motion. It kept doing this until it reached the fox or was close enough, then took a risk and dived towards the canine snout first to try and get another latch onto it aiming for its tail getting as low of an angle as possible hoping it didn't bite a firey trap instead at the same time it was attacking the smallest one.

Although the smallest of the three had a bite in, it was not without consequence. The canine was biting and attacking back at the little Klaptrap to try and pry if off of her. The smallest of the three tried to endure as much as it could before letting go of its grip not knowing exactly when it would get a good bite in again, but it simply couldn't hang on. Instead, it drove its biggest front incisors into the wounded leg when it was pried off to tear a chunk of flesh along with it, it wouldn't be countered against without causing some serious damage. It then releases its mighty hold and rolls off at the edge of the roof shaking off the biting pain it had endured and already walking towards the fox for another strike waiting for its middle sized brother to land his hit in.

Meanwhile the biggest of the three was almost all the way up to the roof, however, when it saw its little brother get attacked, something triggered inside of it and rage filled its eyes. It could already feel the heat off of the fox as if he knew she was planning another attack, and it was only focused on causing the most damage it could before the fox attacks it. So trying to be smart about the sudden rise in temperature it felt, the Klaptrap flung itself into a leap on the adjacent walls of another market building, dug its claws into it and climbed to high ground so it was directly above the fox, then leaped down with its mouth wide open to snap the top of the fox's cranium like a lightning bolt coming down from above, and since it was falling, it had picked up reasonable speed to land its bite and this time, it was going to hurt.

Success! The smaller lizard was wrenched from her leg in a spew of blood that splattered her nose and a winch. However the sight of the wound made a flustering anger begin to boil; that would leave a scar. During her momentarily lapse the small lizard had somehow wiggled its way from her own jaws despite her previous clenching grip on its middle when she had pulled it off. The wolf briefly glanced at the small rolling lizard, spotting the jump of the larger to a different stall, then noted the dancing approach of the next klaptrap as it lunged at her.

It was at least smart enough to go around the black trail that had developed under the flames of her divine retribution, of which had begun springing small wild flames that continued the blackening of the roof causing a burning stink to rise in the air, but likely had no way to expect meeting an abrupt stop in mid-air. Her disk was already effectively between them, as she had been keeping it as such whilst she dealt with the small one, thus there was little distance it needed to travel in order to smash into the airborne lizard as it went to snap her tail. The disk contacted the easy target with its flat as if she was paddling a ping-pong ball and sent the lizard flying off the stall. As she had been standing along an edge and it jumped for her from the opposite side, there was little chance of it finding any sort of hold in the few inches of roof it would have under it in the beginning of its journey through the market lane.

Amaterasu's head swung back around to spot the remaining two in her immediate vicinity, taking a hop backward a couple times. The pain in her leg ebbed through her body in a strange rhythm. She wouldn't be walking on it any time soon, but should think about stopping the flow of red that had started dripping everywhere. That would be where her orbs came in, however the five glowing beads were currently prepared for the larger lizard. The little one was coming back around, it's back glistening with fresh wounds, and the larger was... She had to pause to find the thing, trailing her eyes up from the last time she saw it climbing.

If she had been any later the thing might have crushed her snout in its open maw. The white wolf was positioned perfectly for it to nicely snap her muzzle. Dagger like teeth pierced the muscle and scrapped across bone, but before the large klaptrap could close into what would be a secure finish to her use of her mouth Amaterasu released her five readied orbs at point blank. 1 missed, but the other four contacted solidly with a force to knock someone silly besides the after burn of the ethereal beads passing through. This didn't save her from more damage though as during the knock back its razors tore across her nose in another bloody mess.

During this the little one was likely upon her by now so she had no time to watch her handy work so the sun goddess brought her divine retribution back across the roof, making sure to let the slightly diminished flames lick across the wood to aid the slowly spreading fire along the wood.

The middle Klaptrap was sent flying taking a direct hit from the fox's tricky flame and being unable to avoid it going crashing through the stalls knocking it out and turning it into a trophy. The remaining two were still as feisty as ever, however, regardless of the damage they've taken, they were simply determined to cause immense pain to the canine. Seeing blood drip from its body had awakened their senses even more and let their rage flow from them. The biggest Klaptrap slightly hit its mark with the biting, but was easily smacked off the fox and sent flying into the wall of a building across the way. Its blubber and fat kept the impact much less than intended, and it barely managed to survive and hang on for dear life. Now injured with scorch marks all over its body, it waddles back to the stall the fox was on and finds a nearby barrel of market goods. It clenches its teeth around it and launches it at the canine knowing it didn't have the energy to really climb back up, it was going to force the fox off the roof with projectile items in the area.

The smallest Klaptrap at the same time the barrel was launched, acted upon his brother's attack with a move of his own so the fox would be bound to be hit by one or the other, and with all the energy and willpower he had, sent his little body flying through the air over the flames with a leap aiming for an open spot on the fox's back to clench its wide jaw onto her spine and snap her back. If it was successful, the canine would be handicapped and make the rest of the battle much easier, but if he failed, he would only have the belief in his little brain that his bigger brother was gonna take care of this fight with his projectile tactics. One cheap shot would be all it would take to turn this battle around, and although they lost their middle bro, the two remaining still had a teamwork tactic in mind and a plan to follow, and this fox was not going to receive a victory without the two resilient Klaptraps giving her hell first.

With the small lizards perceived hesitation Amaterasu hoped that it and the others would retreat. Little was she aware that it was just preparing for a simultaneous strike with its larger brother. She attempted a nasty snarl toward the klaptrap but it came out as a mild growl with how much her muzzle complained. The clatter of various items jumbling together, followed by a much louder jingle as they were given the sudden acceleration to fly through the air, drew Amaterasu's attention ears flicking. She barely had the time to see the large barrel, a couple items spraying out of its top as it hurled her direction, before sudden movement out of her peripheral view forced her to glance back at the smaller lizard.

With little time to come up with anything better she did what anyone would do when under a rain of dangerous items: ducked. Amaterasu dropped as low as she could on the roof and dug her claws into the wood. Meanwhile she moved her divine retribution to catch the small lizard. Its stubby feet would suddenly feel a solid surface under it just as it was about pass over her, despite the angle of its dive. Within the next second, hopefully before it could react other than in confusion as to what could possibly be under it, she helped its dive along by sending it flying of the stall as well; though not nearly as harshly as the middle brother since the little lizard had already been heading that direction.

This unfortunately didn't prevent the lizard from taking a good swipe across her back as it passed. But since she had already lowered herself to almost out of its reach and had used her disk to ensure it couldn't readjust its angle as it was unable to get a firm grasp on anything but the torn flesh. However, with that happening she was unable to do much to prevent the barrel from reaching her. The container barely missed the edge of the stall, still emptying part of its contents into the market below, then bounced slightly as it contacted the flat of the roof and rolled to her. At best she was able to tuck her head back toward her body under her paws and assume a sort of contorted curled up ball trying to protect her muzzle and injured back leg from the brunt of the barrel's force whilst still digging into the wood in an attempt to not fall off.

On contact with the barrel she whined, its weight crushing her first paw as it rolled along. The force pushed her back despite the screams of her claws across the wood. Her back now uncomfortably close to the burnt sections of the roof but that was not the greater worry. The barrel now moved to her mid section and knocked the air out of her as it bounced lightly before tipping over and falling off the stall. As she regained what senses she had left she found her good back leg off the edge and slowly tipping off as well with her other back leg barely able to do anything. Then, either luckily or not, a symbol or bumper of some kind was hurled up toward her after a loud springing noise as the barrel crashed into the ground below. With an echoing chime the object smashed into her back right leg and side, sending her a little ways back onto the roof as she retracted her front claws a bit to lessen the damage that would be done to them otherwise.

Now her head and neck hung off the side of which she had initially climbed and the larger klaptrap was nearest, legs stretched across to the front of the stall where she had been standing and where now hung in the air some bizarre floating object, blood streaked across to her current position, she just laid there for a moment in a bit of a daze though stared at the wiggling form of the klaptrap. Most of her body screamed not to move so she didn't, but she still had two attacks left in her. Another five of the seven remaining beads began to glow around her head as she waited, but she was also preparing a final slash attack but must wait for the opportune moment. She couldn't afford to miss so if she had to wait for it to either get closer or stop moving.

If closer, she could unleash both attacks with decent odds of hitting since other than the faint glow of the resurrection beads it wouldn't know what to be dodging; especially with the slash. If it decided to pick up another ranged weapon she could use the slash as it paused its movement to do so, then followup with the beads. Ultimately her beads were what needed to hit as her slash did trivial damage in comparison. She just needed to wait for the best opportunity to unleash them and would regardless when the klaptrap made to damage her again.

The little Klaptrap that could's attempt at snapping the fox's spine was for naught after being sent flying off the stall from the fox's strange mystical attack. It soared through the air swiping at the canine successfully with its little claws causing a few minor scratch marks after missing with its teeth while airborne. Its landing would not be a comfy one. It crashed through a fruit stand below not quite knocked out yet, but it was dazed from landing on the tough skins of a group of oranges sending brightly orange colored fruit bouncing in the wind every which way upon impact. Its little body sunk into the stand like a kid in a ball room and clawed its way out with droplets of orange juice dripping from its scales. One orange was even caught in its mouth and it spit it out and let out a cute yawn as if the battle was exhausting it. It shook off the tiredness and waddles next to his big brother. It looked at how badly beaten the fox was for a second, and suddenly signs of sympathy appeared. It being so little, it didn't quite understand why it was so violent to the poor canine, and it wanted answers. It groaned and whined at its brother as if trying to ask him to just walk away, for he too was badly injured. His brother looked angered by such a question and snapped at the little one gesturing an answer of necessity by serving their boss King K. Rool to do dirty work like this.

The little Klaptrap shook its head again and didn't agree with the morals. He felt the fox was hurt enough and the lesson was learned. Without any mercy or room for belief in his little brother, the big brother swiped the little Klaptrap with a big slash from its claws sending its brethren crashing into a wall. Not killing the poor thing, or knocking it out quite yet, but as a lesson of obedience making his little brother severely dazed and limp. The big brother then lets out a magnificent roar and dashes at the fox hanging for dear life, it dashed enough to pick up speed and use one last push of energy to finish the canine off. Once the speed reached its peak, the crocodile creature leaped up aiming for the fox's peaking head that peered at the big Klaptrap with its very tip of its slimy snout pointing up so the next bite could be ALL about the front most biggest razor like teeth to snap the fox's nose. Regardless of whether it missed or not, at this point it was all about blood and rage, and it wasn't going to stop for anything, not even its own little brother.

Amaterasu watched what she could of the dispute between the two, her eyes a bit blurry from blood spots threatening their perimeter among other things. The wolf felt empathy toward the little one and almost didn't want to strike the larger; that was, until it lashed out at the little klaptrap and proceeded in a blooded rage toward her. It was her or the crazed lizard, and afterward if the young one felt revenge was in order it would have the ability to finish it and be somewhat justified in her opinion.

With a couple blinks and an ever so slight shake of her head the sun goddess refocused herself, the klaptrap just about to make his jump. She waited until the thing was under her and airborne, though in its jump it clawed at the side of the stall in order to get a bit more distance and guarantee a hit should she not act. It was when the klaptrap extended its powerful legs that she timed her power slash. Amaterasu aimed above its joints close to its body, the slash likely doing no more damage than she could with a swipe of her claws across both front legs. This did not deter the lizard however and so, after another second when the enraged klaptrap had its jaw open the widest, the white wolf released the five readied beads.

Two of them somehow missed completely, a third scraping along the lizards body, the fourth was aimed at its eyes, and the fifth went straight into its mouth. While the force of these would be enough to knock the lizard harshly back to the ground they were not nearly as powerful as the previous time she used them. She could only hope gravity aided in filling the lacking force and at least the resulting burns would remain a constant damage.

If anyone could see her true form they would notice the dimming of her usually vibrant red markings, replaced by a different kind of red as she laid in a slowly growing pool while a steady stream dripped down her muzzle. She had to keep her mouth open to breath since her nose had been damaged so badly by the larger klaptraps clamp from earlier. Other than the final 2 beads floating about her head she had not much left to give in this fight. She could only watch how it ended.

With its last ditch effort thinking it had the fox within its grasp, the large crocodile creature was too angry and too blinded by its own blood lust to really use tactic anymore as well as being nearly out of energy to continue further with its assault, so it had no choice but to rely on its usual teeth and a frontal attack based on luck and willpower to try to end the canine. When it opened its mighty maw it was met with a devastating consequence. A burning orb scraped its already scorched skin tearing off a bundle of scales from its back and another orb was launched in its eye causing it to gush in blood spurting red all over the fox's face, then a final orb was sent shooting into its open mouth piercing the back of its throat and burning its tongue. It tried to cough out the orb but it was stuck lodged dangerously in its trachea.

Struggling to spit it out only caused more pain. It writhed in agony clawing at the feet of the fox and the roof trying to stay airborne but it fell down from the roof landing on its back from the impact of the attack in which a faint cracking sound was heard as if a bone had broken and it gagged and gurgled at the orb stuck in the back of its throat until after a few moments, it simply gave up hope losing its air flow, and died in a horrible sprawled out death. The littlest Klaptrap came to its senses now, injured, not as bad as the fox, but still hurting from the fight and its brother's rage and limped to his brother's lifeless body. It nudged him but there was no response. The little Klaptrap frowned and cuddled up next to his brother eying the fox as if not to blame her, but just in a pouting sorrow. It tried to make out words but it couldn't really, tears filled its eyes. It yipped a couple times in mourning then shook its head as if expressing to the canine this wasn't the kind of life it wanted. It didn't want to be a criminal, it wanted to be nurtured, cared for, raised to be free and self thinking, but instead it was raised in darkness and upon the tides of battle and crime. It simply laid there now, not sure what to do next, feeling alone and scared and cold and hurt. It just wanted to be loved, the love it never got. It had no more interest in this fight, and its body language and feelings were clear of that. Seconds later his brother's body turned into a rigid solid trophy. The Klaptrap poked at it in curiosity but nothing happened, it was just an object, and this only made the Klaptrap more sad.
