"Who's that pokemon, folks?? It's Bowser, and ... his son, Bowser Jr. ...Huh! Now, if I ever had to fight my mother I'd consider that terrible. But I guess if you're a boy, or you have a really rough relationship with your parents, it's like a rite of passage huh? Hey, did you know that although Bowser is known as the King of the Koopas, he and his family are actually a different species? They belong to the "King Tribe!" ...which must be really awkward for Wendy. I guess it's a lot like how Princess Peach rules the toads, even though she isn't one! And how toads and goombas are both mushroom creatures, but they aren't the same at all! I hope you're all having a good day folks because I just learned a thing or two! Anyways, this match is going to be real special! Not only will our combatants be fighting in each other's bodies using each other's skillsets, but they'll be aided by a teammate too!"

"GWAAAAGH" Bowser roared, spitting a large fireball at the announcer's box. It erupted in flames rather explosively, cutting off any further transmissions. He then spewed fire into the air, which rained down, forcing a section of the stands to flee in terror! "Sniveling cowards. How DARE you pit me against my son?!" Bowser challenged, giving the audience his best death glare. ...And then he was his son?? Bowser hadn't really been paying attention to that last bit from Blue. He'd been seeing red since the matchup was announced. Bowser, whose voice was now decisively less loud and intimidating, sighed in frustration and clutched at his chin in frustration. This could only mean that Jr. was here. Bowser meandered over to his son, ...who looked totally awesome now! And lowered his gaze to the floor in shame. "See this, son? They pit us against each other. They did it because they want to hurt us. They did it because they know if I stood up to them, the life sphere would use its laws to come down on me and force me to surrender. This is the Life Sphere's justice. Just because they call themselves heroes, doesn't mean they're without cruelty." Bowser explained a strong note of bitterness in his tone. "...Normally I'm a fan of underhanded tactics, but this is just wrong. That's why I want you to stand tall in my place and give them a look into the future. Show them that the future of the koopa clan is strong! Show them we won't lay down and take it, no matter how low they go." Bowser added, balling a fist rather competitively. He knew what he was suggesting, but frankly beating up his own son was, true to his word, a level of villainy below even his standards.

Meanwhile, Kodomo Dragon somehow wandered into the stadium on Bowser's side. "...So noisy. Why bugs gather around noise??" Kodomo Dragon muttered in frustration, unhappy with the noisiness of the stadium. Was.... Was that Bowser's companion for this fight??

Jr stood at the ready, wondering who he had been matched up with this time, when he heard a loud and.....very familiar roar echo through the Stadium. Looking across the arena, Jr saw the imposing and frankly kind of scary figure of an angry Bowser. Although he only saw him for a moment, because his vision soon blurred for a moment before standing before him was.....himself? Panicked, he looked down at himself, only to get even more confused when he saw that he was in Papa's body. Giving his head a shake, he watched as Papa-in-his-body rage against the woman in the box for pairing them together.

"Papa, I.... " Jr started, but he looked into the black beady eyes that were his own, and still noted the fire that was always in Papa's. Jr nodded, ready to do what he needed to do "I'll make you proud."

Jr glared up at the announcer's box, which was made all the more effective with Papa's eyes, and called out "You hear that? I'm gonna win this, and you'll wish you never paired us against each other!"

A sweet moment. And one that was ruined almost immediately when another person crashed into the arena. A blond, with a large red sword on his back. Shulk hardly had time to get to his feet when Bowser-but-actually-Jr's voice reached his ears "You! Come here! You're on my side for this!"

Blue read some of the audience requests and just sort of flinched rather visibly. Arceus. The audience evidently hated her too. Hoo boy.

Bowser just kind of stared up at Blue. Not even he was thick enough to miss what was going on there. ...Kodomo Dragon might be, though. Jury's still out on that. It wasn't clear if he figured out why he was here yet. "...Time to play the game." Bowser remarked, raising a fist to her. Blue flinched. "Junior! I want you to pay close attention. You don't need to be a big man to kidnap, though it does help. There's an art to it! Observe." Bowser instructed, turning fully upon Blue, who had already started backing off. "I don't get paid enough for my job." Blue remarked under her breath. What was she supposed to do? Flee the arena entirely? She'd be replaced in an instant! Bowser promptly ran for her and grabbed her by the waist as she tried to dodge, plowing into her and bear hugging her around her waist in such a manner that she may have been knocked over if he weren't holding her. He then lifted her and shifted her past his shoulder, such that she was now draped over his shoulder. Though he was much smaller than usual and smaller than Blue for that matter, he was also much stockier and stronger than her. "--H-Hey! Let go! Watch where you're touching!" Blue blurted out in fright, eliciting a light chuckle from Bowser. Though she squirmed and kicked, her knees and fists would only find Bowser's shell from the position she was in and thus, her struggling amounted to nothing. "See how I did that Junior? Simple and easy. The average girl has no way to easily escape a hold like this." Bowser proudly remarked, gesturing to Blue. She whined somewhat sorely, but fell silent and seemed to relent with her struggling.

((Bowser has kidnapped Blue!))

"....Eh. I better." Kodomo Dragon remarked, apparently having started paying attention nearby. Bowser shot him a glare. "--Oh yeah? Well let's see you kidnap someone." Bowser replied, somewhat skeptical. "Okay!" Kodomo Dragon replied, pulling out his club and moving toward Bowser. Bowser recoiled slightly, glaring at him. "Not her you idiot! Kidnap someone from the audience!!" Bowser irritably corrected. Kodomo Dragon shrugged and meandered off to the colloseum walls, where his 'dragon' promptly blasted him up into the stands using fire breath! He soared through the air, heading straight toward his catch! A couple of distracted girls in the stands chatting it up. He soared down, his club raised high in the sky, ...and brought it down over Raffina's head with quite a bit of force. Next to Raffina, Arle covered her face as magic sake all but shot out of her nose, taken entirely off guard. Raffina crumpled and Kodomo Dragon grabbed her, moving to leap back out of the stands with Raffina in tow. Arle lunged to grab her and pull her back, but nearly fell out of the stands in the process and was forced to stop just before she lost her balance. Kodomo Dragon landed on his feet, while Raffina landed next to him rather bodily, an inaudible groan escaping her. He then dragged Raffina by her hair over to Bowser, holding her up to see from atop his dragon's back. "See? Too easy." Kodomo Dragon remarked. Bowser just kinda stared silently for a moment.

((Kodomo Dragon has aided Bowser in kidnapping another girl from the audience!))

...Yeesh. Raffina didn't look so hot after getting clobbered and dragged through the dirt like that. It was definitely not a flattering look for her. " . . . Huh. Too much violence. I like my way better. Why beat them up if you don't have to??" Bowser remarked in disapproval. "...Gee, thanks. Now can you take your hands off my--" Blue began, but the boys simply ignored her and talked over her. "Pfft! Your puny girl still struggle! How anybody know she yours??" Kodomo Dragon replied. "What're you, blind? I've got my claws all over her!" Bowser retorted, giving Blue a pointed squeeze that elicited a squeak of alarm from her as his claws poked into her. It wasn't too painful, but it did hint that he could accidentally hurt her if he weren't careful. "I like see you capture more! She run away." Kodomo Dragon. challenged. "Do you even know who I am?? I could kidnap the entire magial girl's society! In fact... I just might." Bowser retorted.

((Bowser is threatening to kidnap the magical girl's society!))

Jr's attention was fully given to his father as he grabbed Blue and held her so she couldn't get away. Even while Papa was in his body, he still could kidnap princesses like it was nobody's business! The Koopa prince mentally took notes. When he got back into his own body, this could be really helpful for him to know....if fact, why not try it out in this body? It couldn't be that much harder, right?

".....Shouldn't we be fighting-" Shulk started protesting, but Jr quickly cut him off. "Shut up, blondie. I'm gonna make Papa proud of me" Not wanting to mess with the hulking fire turtle, Shulk decided to keep quiet.

Looking through the stands, Jr spotted another girl, close to where that kid with the lizard had taken that pink-haired chick. It looked like she had almost lost her balance, so she might be a prime target! Testing out his much stronger legs, Jr-turned-Bowser leapt up into the stands, something he probably couldn't have done in his own body yet, and landed next to Arle, who was just starting to re-gain her balance. Snatching her up, Jr draped her across his shoulders, just like Bowser had done to Blue, although it might have been a bit more effective since Jr was taller. Holding his prize carefully, he jumped back to the arena floor, showed off his capture, and let out a mighty roar!

(Jr has kidnapped an audience member!)

(Jr also roared to intimidate the audience)

"How was that, Papa?" Jr asked, looking to his father for approval, as Shulk wished he could be anywhere but here at the moment. He hoped he had done that right...….Oh yeah, this was supposed to be a fight, and he had promised that he'd show what the Koopa clan could do. "....I'm sorry about this, Papa, but this is what you wanted me to do." Hoisting Arle over shoulder, ignoring any squeaks of protest/discomfort that she let out, he jumped up again, and this time, he aimed to land on Papa. Hopefully that would put on enough of a show to satisfy the audience.

Arle just kinda squeaked as the air was... squeezed out of her lungs. She was a bit tiny and fragile compared to Bowser Jr's new body. A pitiful scream escaped her as she was pulled from the stands, wriggling around in Bowser Jr's grasp. With his new giant hands though, he could hold most of her abdomen at once! Thrown over Bowser Jr's shoulder, Arle pressed at his shell and wriggled a bit, but wasn't physically capable of pushing herself off of him.

"hhh--AAA!! What're you doing?! Please, put me down!"

Arle's frightened pleas were ignored, however, and soon she was airborn with Bowser Jr! ...Where he squashed his own father. Whoop. Bowser wasn't really used to this dodging thing. He'd gotten used to being so large it was better not to try... For his efforts, he got a little broken. He'd never been on the wrong end of his own wrath before! ...Or his rear end for that matter. That freaking hurt! Good thing he didn't hit his kids, or he'd have a reason to feel guilty right about now. Picking himself back up, Bowser groaned slightly. "Ugh... That was... great, Junior. You're a chip off the old block! Haha!" Bowser replied, chuckling good-naturedly in spite of the attack. "Some of your siblings haven't even gotten the hang of kidnapping yet! Honestly, the only one I'm really worried about is Lemmy. But seeing you execute a kidnapping that perfectly fills me with pride." Bowser remarked, hefting the girls over his own shoulder up a bit in celebration. Being squished had not done anything to help Raffina wake up, and Blue was still occasionally squirming and wiggling her waist and legs about as she attempted to find a way to gain leverage. It didn't seem to get her anywhere, though. 

((Bowser is appealing by telling Junior how proud he is of him! In the process, he mentioned the koopalings and confirmed that they were his children!))

"...Gee, I'm so glad I could help you create this touching family moment. Now can you put me down? Bottom-up really isn't a good look for me."

Bowser just kinda hesitated a moment. "Feh. Quit whining. Your bottom looks fine from here." Bowser dismissively remarked, paying so little attention he misunderstood what Arle had said. Arle tensed, her expression twisting in mild disbelief. Ugh. What did he just say?! She couldn't really see Bowser from over Bowser Jr's shoulder, preventing her from seeing what he was doing for herself. Arle lowkey crossed her legs. It was the best she could do given her current predicament.

"...H-Hey! That's lewd! You better not be looking anywhere you shouldn't back there!"

"Pffft. Bwahaha! You definitely picked a sassy one Junior. Get comfortable, girlie, because you belong to us now. ...At least until this match is finished." Bowser replied, clearly bewildered as to what he'd even said. Arle sighed in frustration. "Now let's see... What else did these idiots request? ...What?! They want to know who your mom is. ...That's... weird." Bowser remarked, kind of weirded out by the accusing tone of the request. "Welcome to celebrity, hun. Everyone wants to know the infamous lady's man~" Blue half-heartedly remarked from over Bowser's shoulder. "...Huh. You'd think a fan would already know this one. She's the lady I kidnap the most! The gold standard, Princess Peach! Gwahahaha! Who else could be Junior's mama?" Bowser replied rather proudly. "...You kidnap his mom??" Arle asked in disbelief. "Of course I do! Have you met her? Do you have any idea what kind of woman she is?? She's the most beautiful woman on this planet! Even the way she talks is beautiful! She's kind and caring, and she loves kids! She's the perfect mother! Why would I ever settle for anyone less to raise my son??" Bowser explained. "And... that's why you have to kidnap her??" Arle asked, still in disbelief. "I'm WORKING on it!" Bowser retorted rather furiously.

((Bowser has revealed Bowser Jr's mom's identity...?! He also took the opportunity to gush about his favorite things about her.))

Blue winced in pain as Bowser's anger caused his claws to dig into her a little. "...A-Arle, maybe you shouldn't make them mad. I'm pretty sure one of them is big enough to eat you." she lamely remarked. "--Don't." Arle firmly stated to no one in particular, suddenly a bit less eager to talk.

Meanwhile, Kodomo Dragon sigh-yelled in frustration. "...Blonde girl right. This boring! We fight." he remarked, brandishing his club and charing Shulk with a childish laugh! He then attempted to whack Shulk over the head with the club.

Jr beamed as he heard his father's praise, while still holding Arle in his grip. "Thanks Papa!" He started acting flustered and embarrassed (Which looked rather odd on Bowser's body) before paying strict attention. Was Papa gonna finally say who his mom was? He had been asking him that for yea- oh. He was saying it was Peach. Jr looked slightly disappointed now, but he understood. Didn't want the public to know something he wouldn't tell his own son, after all. But, this did give him an idea....

 Setting Arle aside for now, Jr pulled out his paintbrush (Wasn't that on his own body? When did he grab it?) and started making broad strokes on the arena. Rainbow paint streaks appeared out of the paintbrush wherever he swung it. After a few minutes the colors would start to shift, rearranging themselves until they formed the familiar face of Princess Peach. "Pretty good, huh?" Jr asked. "Yup, that's Mama. She's really pretty too..."

Meanwhile, Shulk was.....just staring at what was going on. He was confused. Wasn't there supposed to be fighting going on, not....girl kidnapping? Although he was briefly snapped out of it when the little kid with the lizard tried whacking him over the noggin

And by snapped out of it, I meant knocked around. That really hurt! To the point where it was getting a bit hard to see...….Why was he even here again?

Trying to snap out of it, Shulk swung the Monado at Komodo Dragon, causing a wave of energy to fly out of the sword, attempting to hit him back. If Bowser wasn't careful, he might get caught in the crossfire

Seeing a fight break out, Bowser just kinda watched it for a moment to see what would happen before realizing he was in the line of fire and promptly making a leap for his son's clown car to get out of the way! A backflip to be more specific.

He then roared at Shulk! Only in his son's body it didn't quite come out ... intimidating? Is the word I'm searching for?

He promptly pretended that didn't happen. Better not to acknowledge it.

Meanwhile, how did Kodomo Dragon fair? Well...

Kodomo Dragon rushed toward Shulk and his dragon made a move to bite Shulk's leg!

Jr had to stifle a giggle when Papa roared at his companion. Is that what he sounded like when he roared? It sounded stupid! Maybe he had to work on that once this fight was over.... What wasn't stupid was the backflip Bowser did to get into Jr's Clown Car. Why wasn't he that agile when he had control over his own body? Did it come with experience? 

Seeing as nobody was gunning for him at the moment, Jr's eyes wandered to the painting of Peach he completed. His mind went back to the time when he tried kidnapping her from the MGS...which ended in the most horrifying way imaginable. But even then....perhaps trying to move in with her, at least for a little bit, might actually work. Maybe....

"Hey Papa....after this fight.....is it okay if I go stay with Mama, at least for a few days?" Jr asked. "Not for a long time, but....I do kinda want to go see her"

(Jr is asking Bowser if he can join the MGS.....temporarily, of course)

Meanwhile, Shulk was pretty dazed by that bonk on the head, and as a result he was having a hard time focusing on the source of his pounding headache. He thought it was something around his legs, so he tried stepping back a bit to avoid

Unfortunately Shulk stepped in the exact opposite direction, and Komodo Dragon's mouth clamped over his leg. Grimacing in pain, Shulk swung the Monado instinctively toward the pain source, trying to catch them from behind.

Bowser seemed to hesitate a moment. Junior wanted to stay with Peach for a while?? ...Well that was an odd request. He knew Princess Peach lead the Magical Girl's Society, and that was no place for a boy to be! What was a dad to do, except... "Hmm... Alright. But don't come back covered in makeup or anything like that or I'll have to hose you down with that lousy spray toy Mario lugs around. Girls are weird! They'll do all sorts of stuff if you let them! But as long as you're tough enough to stand up for yourself, you should be okay." Bowser replied rather light-heartedly. "Maybe you can pick up a souvenir to bring back with you, eh?" he added, raising a fist in a playful manner.

((Bowser is threatening to spray Bowser Jr. down with fludd!))

From where she was being held by Junior, a sore Arle took notice of what was going on.

"...This is a really bad idea. We're not for you to take and do whatever you want with, y'know!"

Bowser glanced up at Arle for a moment. "Pfft... And who would stop us?? I could kidnap this entire city if I wanted to! One big fortress rising up from the ground, carrying this entire sphere on its head, carrying you all up into the stratosphere. It'd be that easy. I bet some of those weirdo abolitionists would probably cheer for their own kidnapping." Bowser remarked. "...Absolutionist." Arle corrected. "Buh! Those losers can't even think up a good name." Bowser snapped in reply. Arle sighed in frustration. "...That's fair. Can I please go now." she whined. Bowser hesitated a moment. "You can go wherever Junior wants. Now quiet! I've got to read these stupid appeals. ...Hey kid, one of these is for you." Bowser replied, glancing to Kodomo. Kodomo just kinda stared blankly for a moment. "...What say?" he asked. Bowser read the appeal briefly before shaking his head. "...Nevermind." Bowser replied, not wanting to see this particular appeal fulfilled. "What else is there... Admit--...Admit I'm WHAT?!" Bowser blurted out, sneering at the appeals. "Scared?? Of Mario?? Hah! You punks think I'm scared of that overweight plumber?! Oooh, look at me! I'm Mario, the goodie-two-shoes hero hypocrite here to steal your rightfully stolen princesses! Pfftah! I'll fight him right now!! Where is he?? I'm not afraid of him. Like I'd ever pass up a chance to fight that punk. ...Short of a mutual enemy, of course." Bowser angrily shouted at the audience before quickly revising his statement to clarify his position on the starvia, threateningly waving his free fist at them., his other hands still occupied holding Blue.

...Bowser then noticed Raffina crumpled on the ground, apparently forgotten by Kodomo once he started fighting Shulk. She softly groaned in pain, still not really there upstairs. He casually floated over in Junior's clown car and fiddled with the controls, causing a grabber arm to fire out and snatch Raffina up by her pink hair, lifting her up so that he could get ahold of her and stuff her into the clown car where she could no longer be seen. Two girls? Bowser, you greedy glutton.

Kodomo Dragon yelped as he was struck by the monado, quickly moving to turn on Shulk! "Sword not sharp!" Kodomo Dragon complained, his dragon turning about and spitting fire at Shulk in retaliation!

Jr stopped and stared for a moment when Bowser gave his permission. Huh, that was easier then he thought it might be. But something that Papa had said gave him an idea. Hey, it was on the board after all. It was fair game. "Don't worry Papa. I'll make sure they don't try to put any makeup on me." Jr paused, a mischievous look crossed over his face. "Although, you might have to watch out yourself...." With agility not hinted at by his size, Jr swung the paintbrush at Bowser, attempting to paint his face in a bit of makeup of his own

While Bowser was distracted by the paint flying into his face, Jr dashed toward him and tried to grab Blue out of his grasp with his free hand. You looked like you were having trouble carrying both of them at the same time, Powser. Let Jr take one of them off your hands.

Meanwhile, Shulk wasn't having a very good day. He didn't even know why he joined this fight, and the headache wasn't helping matters at all. And he was starting to feel really tired for some reason. Hopefully that bite wasn't the cause of it. Yes it was.

Luckily he managed to keep himself on his feet, but moving around wasn't the easiest job in the world. Unfortunate, since Komodo Dragon was still set on attacking him.

Shulk briefly was shocked to his senses as the Flame Breath singed him quite badly, be soon relapsed into a dazed state. He blindly swung the Monado at the direction the flames had come from, but it was a slim hope that he'd actually connect a shot.
