After getting the cheese off of herself and seeing Schezo launch a Inkstrike-like attack, the Octoling was finally starting to think that she could win over the Inkling Marie, and because of those thoughts, she had a devious idea. After Schezo was done slashing to gain some turf, the Octoling said "Hey Schezo, out of the way! Ink Mine coming through. and with a Ink Mine like this, It's going to leave a really big bang!" The Octoling then pulled out a special Ink Mine and threw the mine at the ground before pulling out a Ink Mine and using it to detonate the Ink Mine.

After detonating the Ink Mine, the Octoling was assured that she has won, considering that the entire arena was covered in purple ink. "Well it looks like we have won Schezo. I guess we can relax now since there is no way that the two could cover a entire arena in the little time that is left!"

(OOC Note: From this point onward, due to the effects of the Ink Mine, all players besides Octoling must make a D100 Roll and get a 25 or above before starting to attack, and failing will cause them to spread the majority team's ink by 3% as well as removing one of their attacks.)

Marie was in the middle of taking small nibbles of the cheese that was still on her when she was covered in a wave of purple ink from the Octoling's Ink Mine, causing her to be splatted in a explosion of purple ink. Unfortunately for the Squid Sister, when she respawned, she was no longer covered in cheese, causing Marie to become really angry. "Hey you! That was some amazing cheese I was eating, and you removed that from me when you used that thing that splatted me! Now feel my wrath!" Marie then ran up to the Octoling and Schezo and gave them two inky slaps which sent ink around both on them as well as around the battlefield.

Marie then turned her face to Ashe, with a angry look on their face. "Hey Ashe, thanks to that ink mine removing that heavenly cheese from my body, these two have officially made me mad on a personal level. I need you to ride on me surfboard style while I am in Squid Form, and while it sounds weird, I think it'll be a proper revenge for these two!" Marie then started speeding around in Squid Form, while covering the turf around her in green ink.

...Ashe once again resisted the urge to comment about Marie's enjoyment of her her. She had to remind herself that although it had been her body briefly, it wasn't technically 'her' body. What a confusing position to be in. She never thought she'd be spending her time trying to come to terms with the idea of being delicious. Guess this must be how Arle feels on a daily basis. Shaking her head, Ashe focused back on Marie. "...Right! Let's finish this with a bang." Ashe replied, unsure of what exactly was happening to be honest. All she knew was that she was supposed mount Marie and paint the arena. The rest would likely become clearer once she could actually see what the other was talking about. Moments later, Ashe dashed through the air at high speeds, using her enhanced momentum to keep herself from being thrown off of Marie. Crouching down, she practically had to duck as her reflect shot from the previous turn bounced back with a vengeance!

...In hindsight, this was easily the best weapon she could have chosen for painting the arena. Apparently she'd been wrong about the monster pizza! Having charged her busters before making the leap, she found a sightline and attempted to snipe the octoling with a second reflect shot. How mean!

Redoubling her efforts and fully tunnel visioned in on victory, Ashe began spinning her busters rapidly and firing off buster shots as she cruised across the arena, bathing it in green again. With Marie and her increased mobility, she was able to cover a lot more ground a lot faster than even before!

And he's...kinda getting a huge work out in his arms. So much so that he might just drop the sword the moment he finished his attack. So he pushes on, swinging his sword...

When the ink settled... It's... actually hard to tell! The whole arena is just one big mess. How was one even supposed to keep track of every little splatter out there? Supposedly Ashe and Marie had won, but were there really any losers when everyone had fun? ...Everyone did have fun, right? Darn.
