Little Arle giggled, moving to dance with the vaporeon for a moment. She seemed to really enjoy her company, affectionately cuddling the vaporeon as she returned to her with a cheerful giggle. "You're pwetty nice. Now. How do we get up der..?" Little Arle asked affectionately nuzzling the Vaporeon for a moment before turning her gaze up at the ceiling of the cabinet. Spotting the cleaning supplies and the broken pipe, Little Arle got an idea. "Oh! I gotta idea! Follow me, Ahgooa!" she remarked, hurrying over to the cleaning supplies. With a series of jumps, she bounced from the smallest supply to the largest supply before eyeing the broken pipe. She then finally jumped onto its lip and peaked inside, trying to get an idea of where it might go.

Aqua watched Arle and followed her as the little girl had an idea. The girl proved to be surprisingly acrobatic and landed on the pipe's outer surface. Inside the pipe leading to the drain was a dark abyss. Though, if one stared long enough there seemed to be a bright green glow in the distance. Maybe it was some way further into the temple? Perhaps a way to the next series of challenges. Her other choice was the other pipe part of the pipe which lead to the sink counter.

Aqua followed Arle's motions with her body partially becoming water. She landed next to Arle and precariously stood next to her though it was difficult being a Quadpedal. "Bre?" The Umbreon looked at the younger Arle questioningly. Maybe she was asking what they should do now?

Little Arle glanced at the green glow rather suspiciously, then at Aqua. She seemed unconvinced that the green glow was a good thing. Sometimes green was the color of evil! ...But... she was a curious child and wanted to get a better look. "Let's go in for a closer look." Little Arle replied, seeming to immitate the serious tone of someone else as she meandered in for a better look at this glowing green anomaly. She made a point of approaching it carefully, not wanting to get caught off guard...

Arle decided to go down the drain to investigate the green glow. Aqua hesitantly watched before jumping down after the little girl. It looked like getting back up may be really difficult since the inside of the pipe was still wet and climbing out may be an issue. Either way though she wanted to investigate the green glow and it seemed further into the pipeline.

As they went forward the green glow became more clear as it turned out to be some strange goo substance around the pipe. If one looked forward, they could see an exit to the pipe, one that looked like the room at the entrance. Maybe this was the path to finishing the trial? Either way, the way between them and freedom was blocked by a ton of the strange pulsing green goo.

[Mari]

"Ewww..." Little Arle remarked in response to the goo. What even? She watched the goo for a long moment, contemplating how to get past it. ...Hmmm... Y'know what else was gooey? Puyos! And puyos were weak to ... the ice element!

"Ais Stoom!" Little Arle shouted, using an ice spell to freeze the liquidy goop. She would wait a moment to observe her work, murmuring another spell. "Sandaa!" Little Arle went on to shout, launching a bolt of lightning into the frozen goo in an attempt to shatter it with the powerful impact! Ice tended to shatter when exposed to a sudden and rapid influx of heat, which would hopefully clear the goo enough to create a path for little Arle to cross over.

Arle's quick thinking lead to a breakthrough in the strange goop. Giving her a clear path out and it looked like she cleared the challenge as she would grow back to normal size. However, there laid another 3 entrances each with symbols of their own. There was three symbols once again. One had the symbol of a leaf, followed by what appeared to be a flower. Next was a Pokeball symbol in the middle passage. And on the right side was a picture of a bird.

"I feel larger than life~!" Little Arle remarked, stretching her little arms out as she exited the pipe. She then turned back to Aqua. "We haf'ta go deeper! I bet there's sometihng cool in here~" she remarked ever so innocently, as if all she wanted was a new toy to play with. "Now... Which door is the right one?" Arle mused aloud, pondering the doors for a long moment. She then looked to the flower. Pretty flowers sounded nice... But what did they actually mean? She began easing herself towards that door before stopping. She turned to Aqua, deciding to confide in her newfound friend.

"Which way do you think we should go..?"

Aqua followed after Arle as she entered the room. She looked as the entrances and gave a sad sounding "Por..." Though what Aqua said was a mystery she seemed kind of disappointed for some reason. She looked at the little girl's enthusiasm for a moment before brightening up and giving a cheerier "Vaporeon~." The water type gave a look at the other doors as Arle asked her where she thought they should go... Did the merfox even understand the symbolism?

After a moment, the Vaporeon's gaze just lingered on the Pokeball one for a good amount of time. After a moment she turned her head back to Arle. Was the merfox interested in the Pokeball one? Well, she could check it out but Aqua seemed perfectly fine with following Arle as she went closer to the 5 year old to go with her choice.

[Mari]

Little Arle looked to the pokeball. ...Welp. Better than nothing!

"Good thinking! I bet we can find some treasure that way..."

Little Arle had disregarded the fact that she hadn't found anything in the previous area, ... other than Aqua herself of course. But she wasn't treasure! ...Not the kind of treasure Arle was looking for, anyway. She moved to lead the way into the pokeball area, rather oblivious to what the symbolism meant herself.

Aqua nodded and moved to follow Arle. She took a moment to glance back at the flower door before hurrying on. A stone slab slid down and locked the two into a hallway that... Lead to another closed door. Looks like they were trapped until something happened again.

And in a moment, something did happen as the room exploded with a bright red light that would blind the two. Interestingly for Arle though, that is not all that happened. Under a weird form of physical stress, Arle's body would change quite a bit. As the light cleared, the room was filled with a leftover reflective surface. This reflective surface lasted long enough to tell Arle that she was now in a Piplup with her breastplate oddly intact.

Little Arle whined in distress as she found herself being put under some sort of uncomfortable stress upon her body. This... This was not a good touch. Even she knew that. Thankfully, it eventually ended and she was freed from the stress, revealing ... "...Hey!" Arle blurted out, pointing a flipper at the image of the stranger thing.

"Where'd you come frooaaaaAAAAAAAA!! I'm a monster! A cute, adorable monster!!

The door ahead of the two opened up to show a giant lake surrounded by grass. Seemed like another trial was underway however she was now in an odd form rather than really tiny now. Aqua looked to Arle as she freaked out. The merfox moved over to the little girl turned penguin and rubbed her head against her face in an effort to comfort Arle. It would seem she was unchanged since she was already a Pokemon.

Little Arle groaned in discomfort as she was brushed up against. She didn't like this at all. What was she supposed to do with this? It took her a very long moment of sitting there looking dejected before it suddenly occurred to her. "We gotta find the exit!" Little Arle announced as if she'd just made a brilliant discovery. Hopping to her feet with newfound hope, she awkwardly hugged Aqua's side before even more awkwardly waddling out towards the lake. She wanted a better look at this place...

The lake was a fairly big one with a grassy hills surrounding it. The place was filled with fresh air and there seemed to be a breeze somehow flowing into the temple. There was a field of flowers on one side of the lake while the other had a large tree that cast down a great amount of shade. On the far side of the lake was what looked like the entrance to some forest that the Piplup girl could enter by it's doorway like entrance. The lake sparkled in the fake sunlight warming up the room. Vaporeon followed Arle and tried to make sure the transformed girl did not fall over in her changed form.

Little Arle would ... ironically not even notice the forest entrance at first. She was too busy leaning on Aqua for support as she eased herself into the lake. Clearly this lake had been placed here for a reason. She bet there was treasure hiding in it. Wading into the water, Arle shivered a bit. Man--She wished she could do this in her normal body. ...Not that she knew how to swim either way. Arle awkwardly trudged into the water until it passed over her head before adjusting to the water underneath and opening her eyes for a better view. Here secret secret--Here!
