Truly everyone had started gunning for the Mechon with head's full of fire, as Marisa sighed. With all this clutter, how could Marisa Flash-Fry this thing with the Master Spark?? Jeez, Guess she'd have to settle for the Usual Bullet Hell. "Hey, Scrapface, Y'forgot this!!" Marisa said, before spinning around, and throwing the Mechon's Armor Plate right back at it!

Not the best toss, She could admit, but it was mostly just a attention seeker, as Marisa Finalized the attack by aiming a Finger Gun at the Mechon, and letting loose a Rainbow-sparkle pattern of bullets (Particularly in the form of a Helix, to be forward aimed) at the Mechon!

Despite the groups best efforts, as well as being covered in swarming insects, the Mechon managed to avoid almost every attack except Kitty's Infestation.

Shulk was in a state of panic. What was a Mechon doing here of all places, and how was it still functioning? Questions upon questions pile on top of themselves in Shulk's head, but now wasn't the time to think about them. Mechon don't usually hunt alone, so there must be more around here. They had to take this thing down before it let the rest of it's kind know of their presence. That would make things infinitely more difficult for their collection. On the other hand, they could salvage quite a few parts from the Mechon's body when they defeated it. Without thinking anymore about this, Shulk activated the Monado.
While the Mechon was distracted by the flurry of attacks that were coming at it, Shulk crept around the Mechon and sliced into it with a mighty Backslash!

The Mechon noticed Shulk even through the swarm of insects, dodging his attack with ease. Shulk let out an exasperated sigh. Nothing was working on this thing, and if they didn't work fast, the Mechon might get away and potentially warn others of their whereabouts

Yellow and Kitty attempted to move out of the way as the fired it's laser at the team of scavengers. However, they accidentally bumped into each other as they moved and fell over. This caused them to be a prime target for the laser that hit them immediately afterwards. Yellow was badly damaged by the laser as her clothes ended up more than a little singed. Kitty was better off as he was shielded from most of the blow by Yellow's body.

Yellow picked herself up as she was already damaged quite a bit. Kitty looked in better condition however and Yellow was glad for that. Her attack seemed to be the only one that succeeded. "Kitty! Use Supersonic on them!" Yellow ordered. Kitty unleashed a super high pitch sound that would probably cause the Mechon to have difficulties functioning properly.

Despite his bullseye aim, as well as being completely infested by Kitty, the Mechon managed to completely dodge out of the way of Pit's arrows.

"Aw Man! I Hate it when CPUs are good at dodging!"
He huffed in frustration.

After being so easily dodged, it was Pit's turn to do the dodging as the Mechon attacked with a laser that sweeps the floor of the factory in a fan shape in front of it.

Pit managed to dodge just as well,  expertly even, but shooting from a far just wasn't working out.
It was high time Pit tried a different approach.

Marisa then kicked the mushroom out from under, which it then started bouncing about the room, with an annoying little "Sproing!" Sound playing as it hit the walls and floor. "That, Is my Magical Research [Deep Ecological Bomb], Ze~!" She said, before it eventually bounced to try and hit the mechon from behind, and explode!

Shulk barely  made it out of the line of fire before the laser came sweeping over the place where he was just moments before. The had to get in a hit on this thing, at least. Pit and Marisa both made it out of the laser's way, but Yellow and Kitty weren't as lucky. They got up after getting hit, and aside from Yellow's  singed clothes, they seemed alright. "Now it's my turn. Shaker Edge!"

Worked out better then before. Despite  dodging Marisa's lackluster bomb, The Mechon wasn't quick enough to Dodge Marisa's Bullet Hell attacks. Seeing that dodging wouldn't work forever, it tried to tank Pit as he (upper)dashed towards him. It raises one of it's legs and blocks the brunt of Pit's punch, although it did cause some damage all the same While it was distracted, Shulk hits it from out of nowhere with a Shaker Edge, causing it to fall over. Even better, Kitty's Supersonic was strong enough to scramble the electric current powering the robot, causing it to become confused.

Yellow and Kitty were in perfect sync as they stepped back after the Mechon fell over and flailed. Flailed could be such a deadly Pokemon move in any scenario. Yellow was not sure how Pit thought he scored a crit though. That was a thing the Pokedex would usually tell you... Did angels just have that special power? She tilted her head at him for a moment before returning to battle.

"Kitty, you did good," Yellow complimented as she returned Kitty. They needed a bit more offense now as she sent out Gravvy after switching Pokeballs on her holster. "Gravvy, start off strong with a Bulldoze and then a Mega Punch!" Yellow instructed. The Golem soared out of the Pokeball and attempted to heavily mess up the robot's movements. He would then hold his fist back as it glowed white before punching at it.

Pit quipped smugly at Marisa's MRDEB.
Pit was one to talk since the Mechon successfully blocked his Upperdash Arm with one of its legs.
The rest of the team was doing much better as Shulk's Shaker Edge knocked it over and Kitty's Supersonic confused it. 
It was now on it's side, flailing its legs like mad.

"Yeesh! I thought if a spider was flailing on its back it meant it was dying!"

Pit shrugged as he fired at it with his Palutena Bow again.

Marisa looked at the mechon flailing its legs, like a spider covered in water trying to get away from what would certainly be its doom. Marisa chuckled, before turning into full out laughing. "Yare yare daze, Guess i better put ya' out of your misery..." Marisa said, as she then aimed her finger at the mechon, charging up a star shaped Danmaku on top of it, And then firing a large one for what would hopefully take out this mechanical menace, whilst in its freak-out on the floor.

Shulk jumped back as the Mechon fell over and started flailing around.  It looked rather pitiful, but it still needed to be destroyed, and now was the time. Shulk attempted to run behind the Mechon as one of Marisa's bombs went off underneath it.

Mechon is defeated

The Mechon collapsed in a heap of metal, overcome by the amount of attacks hurled at it. Shulk gave a sigh of relief. "Good job everyone. Mechon aren't easy to defeat." He wandered over to the metal frame of the Mechon. We could salvage quite a lot of parts off of this too, so I guess this wasn't all bad, Even so, Mechon travel in packs, and even though we took out one, there are bound to be more around.
