Loads and loads of characters: a crap ton of them at that all living in the life sphere.
Nothing is scarier: losing yourself to the starvia tends to do this to characters who get infected.

If anyone is willing to edit the tropes page, I've got a few things to add.

Nightmare Fuel:
Death's Final Smash, aptly named The Gates of Hell has Death summoning the souls of the dead to literally grab his victim while he proceeds to frighten them with an illusion of himself, all before impaling them with a longsword that replaces his hook-like hand. Then his face pops off and launches itself at the victim who has been hoisted into the air to -I'm not kidding- "SWALLOW" their soul! Pleasant dreams.

Regular tropes:
Fate worse than Death: Death's Final smash serves as this to anyone unfortunate enough to be on his blacklist, and Black Shadow -should he ever get back to the surface of Planet Li from the depths of outer space- is no exception to this punishment. Being corrupted by the Starvia also serves as this.

I'd like to pardon the sudden revival of a thread long believed to be dead, but I bring news. (Whether this is good or bad news, I'll leave it up to your discretion.)

I'm going to try to work on our TV Tropes page again. Like before, you can offer suggestions on tropes I could add to the site. (Though if you have accounts on your own, you can just go and add stuff related to the site by yourselves instead, I can't stop you.)

Laser Blade: Many characters invoke this trope, either using items or as an innate part of the kit, especially in the case of Mega Man characters.
Glass Cannon: Omega is somewhere between this and Lightning Bruiser, giving up his bubble shields in exchange for for more damage and speed.
Evil Doppleganger: Omega to Zero - or inverted with Zero being Omega's 'doppleganger' at the time of their games, depending on your perspective.

Might come up with some more non-Omega specific ones later.

If Omega's got a folder, should probably flesh that out a bit.

Ancient Evil: Even by the Elf Wars, Zero's body was a time bomb for the world at least a century in the making.
Beast of the Apocalypse: Via origin story, Omega is responsible for wiping out majority of human and Reploid life in the world of Mega Man during the Elf Wars.
The Berserker: For obvious reasons.
Big Red Devil
Common Character Classes: A mix of Warrior and Rogue, with a touch of Support with Crescent Wave.
Destroyer Deity: Omega speaks of his own existence and creation as though it was the birth of the messiah of Reploidkind, even by his 'Ware wa messiah nari' at the beginning of battle.
Devil in Plain Sight: Omega is one pretty evil-looking dude with glowing red eyes, but some characters like Morgan don't seem to notice right away.
Disproportionate Retribution: Omega's entire existence could be considered this, as he was only created by Weil because Weil believed Reploids should be punished more for their role in the Maverick Wars.
Frickin' Laser Beams: A rare defensive example with Omega's Rekkoha.
A God Am I: See Destroyer Deity.
Ground Pound: Omega performs the motion to execute Rekkoha.
Killer Robot: Yes.
My Master, Right or Wrong: Omega is unfailingly loyal to Weil, as his programming demands.
Variant Power Copying/Victor Gains the Loser's Powers: In standard Mega Man fare, Omega is capable of deriving new techniques from defeated foes, seeing as he is the body of Zero.

Eviler Than Thou: Commonly engaged in by the villains on the forum.

Some tropes for Death:

Grim Reaper: Death's primary occupation.
Sinister Scythe: Death is never without his scythe
Lawful Evil: always this when working for Dracula.
Creature of Chaos: in Castlevania terms, he refers to himself as such.
Big Bad Duumvirate: Both Death and Dracula are big bad best friends, this can also be seen between Death and Thanatos.
Undying Loyalty: To Count Dracula, to the point that he will defend the king of vampires the instant he feels that his master is threatened.
Final Boss: Of Castlevania: Lament of Innocence
Villain Respect: To anyone who can best him in battle, if they die to him as a result of wounds inflicted on them by way of recoil or a status ailment, he will compliment their death.
--> Death: "The candle of your soul snuffed itself out."
Berserk Button: He's got a few: Cheating him out of a soul only makes him angry, being a Time traveler however will automatically piss him off and land you on his Blacklist! He will only forgo this second one if a more commanding threat is present, such as when he had to form an Enemy Mine with Aeon in Castlevania Judgement to stop the Time Reaper.
Limit Break: The Gates of Hell; Death summons the souls of the undead to capture and restrain his target, vanishing as from their sight by way of an illusion, only for him to impale them on a longsword and hoist them into the air, his face then pops off and lunges at the helpless victim to SWALLOW THEIR SOUL
Weakened by the Light: any holy item can easily make short work of him
Your Soul is Mine: Basically what happens when someone ends up on the receiving end of Death's limit break.
Invisible to Normals: How Death's Invisibility Cloak works, though on a place like Planet Li, it's only up for a short duration and any magic attack can knock Death out of his stealth mode.
Alien Non-interference Clause: Death will not become involved with human affairs unless a more immediate threat forces him to take action, an example of this is when he joined the Absolution mission and encountered a copy of Mephiles alongside a handful of others during Absolute Fighting.
Adaptational Heroism: Like all other antagonist characters, Death is required to behave himself. This actually works to his advantage since he employs the Alien Non-interference Clause.
