History On Li: After her defeat at the hands of Omega, Leviathan found herself waking up... Oddly since she assumed that she should of been dead even if the memories were a bit hazy... It did turn out that she missed an arm in the battle found by a strange man that criticized for attacking him over her arm. After talking to him though she found out that Ciel was also in the fields of snow. Deciding she was better with her than not knowing where she was she agreed to follow him to Ciel.
It turns out she was not the only one in the Snowfields either. All her fellow guardians were in that graveyard alive... some happier to be helped than others. She was glad to see that after the conflict Zero was alright as well. The reploid decided to take his offer of a piggyback ride to the Life Sphere due to her damages to be fixed up by Ciel. She also requested the scientist help modify her equipment to be better suited for land combat since the waters on Li weren't too hospitable. Trapped on a strange world, she decided to do what she can to help out and fulfill her own duties down the line.
Primary Attacks (3)
Leviathan Spear: Leviathan prefers to attack while staying out of direct range, but not being always able to swim around makes this significantly harder. To help alleviate this she has a hydraulic attachment that uses water to launch her attacks forward at incredible speed for precision strikes. In addition she can expend 2% recoil to fire forth a homing spear tip with a +1 to the attack's normal accuracy. [Light to Medium DEX Attack, 8-18%]
Hydraulic Rush: With a rapid boost of speed, Leviathan sends herself rocketing towards the foe in a variety of ways to try and send them packing. Deals high damage but has 2% recoil and she suffers -1 to her next dodge. In addition she can spend an extra action to initiate a grapple as part of the attack by either ramming her spear into the foe or attempting to freeze parts of their body to the point of impact for a STR or WIS based grapple. Ice Ring: Leviathan surrounds herself in sharp icicles before launching them outward in every direction! At the cost of -2 her next dodge and 6% recoil she can inflict Frozen as well, either by the result of the ice directly or by brutally pinning the foe to a wall. 2 turn cooldown. (Heavy Wis Attack; Does 26% Damage)
Special Attacks (3)
All Consuming Depths: Leviathan either floods the area she is in or creates icey walls around the immediate area so that she may flood it. This changes the arena to one that applies the suffocation and chilled statuses, the latter of which decreases the dex modifier by 2 and wears off after the victim either escapes the freezing waters for 3 turns or escapes and warms themselves up with external heat. Flying victims may start off outside the water in open spaces, and characters who can breathe underwater are not afflicted by suffocation. To escape the watery prison they must swim to the top. This is done by successfully dodging Leviathan's attacks as she tries to stop them. If they are not hit by any attacks, they are able to rise to the surface and their suffocation status is cured. Leviathan is immune to both statuses, due to being a highly specialized reploid designed for such environments. Roll 1d20+WIS to determine how long the flood lasts. For every interval of 4 it will last one turn, for example 1-4 is 1 turn, 5-8 is 2, 9-12, 3, 13-16, 4, etc. In additon while the area is flooded, she has access to 2 other moves to try and keep them down. 3 turn cooldown.
- Tornado Spear: Leviathan creates a twister that draws enemies toward her! This pulls enemies down into the bottom of her pool of water if they are unable to resist with a Strength check, preventing anyone that fails it from surfacing that turn and may result in a grapple being initiated if Leviathan beats the target's dodge roll by 6 or more. Uses Wisdom Stat. 2 turn cooldown.
- Marine Snow: Leviathan conjures ice at the top of the arctic pool she created, which begins to rain down like slow and threaten to push others back down without causing any real damage. It also creates a layer of ice at the top that they have to break using a competing attack roll to escape, creating a hole others can escape through that turn. 2 turn cooldown.
Spirit of the Ocean: Leviathin propels herself in a spinning motion towards the foe as she shifts into what resembles a dragon made of ice before she attempts to gobble up the foe and inflict them with a case Swallowed Whole. For the cost of 10% recoil, she can inflict Disabled on a stat of her choice by putting energy into crippling them before downing them. In addition to the normal conditions of Swallowed Whole, any Water or Ice based attacks used to try and break out will only deal half damage. WIS or DEX based status grapple. 2 turn cooldown.
Feminine Charm: Flirting and teasing, Leviathan uses her girlish charms to put her opponents off their game. This gains a +3 against characters that like women, doing no damage but afflicting infatuation as a CHA vs INT roll. While it has no global cooldown, it has a 2 turn cooldown on the specific character it is used on.
Sea-Tank : Leviathan douses herself or refreshes herself by drinking a custom E-Tank filled with a nice cold water that stays cold no matter the condition. This Subtank revitalizes her body and refuels her Hydraulic System, allowing her to fight longer and harder. The Subtank heals 1d25+Charismax2. However after using it she has to refill the Subtank with excess energy, dealing 25 Shield Damage to herself to put the energy into a Subtank as an action. Takes 2 actions.
Final Smash (1)
Deep Sea Siren General: Leviathan activates special armor that allows her to take on much stronger enemies than she may normally be able to battle. In a blue flash of light she summons forth armor themed after beasts of the sea, either in the form of a great white shark, a manta-ray, a whale, etc. No matter the appearance of her Sea Armor she gains the same buffs. For 4 turns she gains a +2 to all modifiers and in addition all upgraded versions of her moves now have zero additional cost over the standard variation of the move and any move without a special variation have their cooldowns lowered by 2, allowing her to fight at full strength with far less restriction. She can keep the armor or revert back to her standard appearance is over.
