Skeith simply stood there, a weak attack couldn't have much of an effect because Skeith was always floating a foot off the ground, this seemed to be redundant even by epitaph standards. Then came a slew of other pokemon summoned by none other than the chimpanzee referee. and Skeith was well prepared for this that he seemed to understand the randomness far more than the Black Mage.

DEX ROLL B: 7{Kyurem eveded}
DEX ROLL C: 2{Suicune avoided}
Again Skeith stood still, the monstrosity seeming to want nothing to do with two legendaries that wanted to freeze the first wave.

DEX ROLL D: 11{Staryu ignored}
Skeith did the same with the Starfish Pokemon that attempted to attack him, which was the cause for the poor mon to collide with the frozen Kyurem and Suicune, skeith chuckled at this.

DEX ROLL E: 2{Beedrill averts by actually hitting Skeith}
Skeith finally takes a hit and almost immediately felt perturbed, though the insects couldn't do much to push him into the collision, they simply did a gun & run, breaking their horn arms on Skeith's body as a result. Skeith simply stood there and pulled out a sign that tead:

Get Lt. Surge out here this instant to punish that damn chimp and declare the victor, this fight is over!

After that, Skeith did something that Black Mage could NEVER hope to do in his lifetime, he took in the soul of the squashed Dedenne and kept it with him for ressurection purposes.

The Dark Minded Mage just simply stared at the Granite Reaper in complete silence while the idiots yammered on. Yep... it really did just come down to this... They used all their balls before time was even near up. Well, might as well just take a nap while- HOLY RAINING BALLS ZUBAT MAN!

The Glass Cannon of a Mage watched in sheer awe as pokeballs rained from the sky and released their hordes to take them down. The only one that seemed to target or not fail utterly at attacking Black Mage was the Oshawott. Black Mage got ready to jump out of it's way but he tripped. He then got carried by the lucky  water otter.

After it disappeared, Black Mage's robes were ripped and tattered and his hat was in disarray. He got up just in time to glance at Skeith... pulling out a sign with a message that would be impossible to be wrote beforehand. "... Was... That a joke? I-I do not even have an insult that... That.... That is just ridiculous," Black Mage said exhaustedly.

The Pokemon were quick to disappear after their… miserable failure had taken place. The crowd was going absolutely nuts by the whole turn of events despite this though, since it wasn’t what they were expecting whatsoever. The crowd was hardly chanting for whom they wished to be their champion, mostly considering that both were basically icons of death and destruction. There were few that were throwing out names and cheering, though they were outclassed by the applause going toward the disastrous storm that had taken place below them.

The cool chimp pounded his chest in excitement and swiftly ditched Ballyhoo and his hat in the announcer’s booth to join in on the ruckus. The amazing ape impacted like a meteorite, a cloud of dust radiating off of him as he galloped toward the two fighters. He promptly yoinked the sign from Skieth’s grasp and briefly skimmed over the word before tossing it aside like a useless banana peel.

“Don’t cha worry ma brodda. This hip chimp will be your temporary Surge. He even leant me his styling and profiling sunglasses to make it official. Now, let good ol’ Funky Kong get a good luck at you” he stated whilst analyzing the golem like statue at an exhibit, cupping his chin of course. Once he was finished with the first fighter, he moved on to the next. In the process of circling Black Mage he also got a good whiff of the sorcerer, replying to the smell with “Hrmmm.”

With a snap of his fingers and a bright smile, the ape announced “I think I got it! Mage dude, you showed some mad skills out there, not only relying on your little furry friends but also your combat skills. Spiky dude, you were quick witted and managed to throw yourself out of harm’s way time after time, even though you tried to harsh my mellow with your incredibly fast sign crafting skills. I won’t hold that against you ma brodda, it’s all coconuts under a pineapple tree, but I gotta give this one to Mage dude.”

He quickly reached into his back pocket, digging around for a moment or two and then tossed one of Surge’s gym badges at Black Mage. “Just get yourself another one of those and you’ll be cruising in your move pool, Funky out!” he announced as a helicopter descended upon the stadium and tossed him down a rope. “I got some waves to catch over at Emerald Coast!” he shouted before the vehicle whisked him away.

It was then, that whilst the entire audience, Black Mage, and even the Emcee were still there that skeith decided to stop being mute and revealed his telepathic link to all present by saying the words that would make Black mage utterly livid. "Foolish mortal of magick, Understand this... You have limits that can't be surpassed by mere knowledge of your arcane occult knowhow. Death, and Myself by example, have no limit because we are eternal. When you fight me for real, you won't be so lucky. You will naver be able to stop the Ominous Wave that comes at the begining of the end, and will never obtain my station. For I am the true Terror of Death!" Skeith said telepathically to the angry mage, hoping to goad him into pure rage with this taunt.

A multicolored portal then opened behind Skeith and the Epitaph vanished within it, leaving an ominously horrifying silence in his wake as the portal closed.
