The darkness was a relief, despite the terrible screaming that only became comprehensible once it was all over as if waking from a light slumber. Blinking a couple times and staring around the room brought everything back into perspective. The other two's question of whether to rescue Paula or not took Amaterasu aback. She responded with an angry bark and padded to peak around the corner of the door Ness had come through. The wolf grumbled as she stared down the hall, ears flicking back to listen to Sheik's next words. Ammy was just beginning the process of an over dramatic huff when Pauala's voice echoed through her mind.

Perking instantly the wolf wasted no time stepping fully into the hall and a gruff noise back to Sheik, head turned back into the office momentarily. The wolf was obviously ready to head out and help their ally, it would just be nice to know if there was a momentary clear path so she didn't get caught immediately. The sun goddess flared up her mirror once again in preparation, the hall brightening from the flickering flames. It seemed a more reasonable plan for the canine to rush in for the rescue. Not only due to speed and being a smaller target, but because Paula could ride her back thus not hindering any return venture if she was injured. There was the downside that Amaterasu glowed... So Sheik had an advantage on stealth.

Tails stood up from his chair at Sheik's questioning. Sure, this hacking needed to be done, but he was not going to risk losing a new friend in the process. "No, Shiek, the hacking can wait. Paula comes first. I refuse to leave a friend behind just to complete a mission. We can get back to it AFTER we save her." Tails said before following after Ammy. He took a brief second to stop though as he realized something... Did Shiek just talk in a woman's voice?

Yes, that was definitely a woman's voice. And now with a second look, her body shape was more similar to a female too... There is only one logical conclusion and that she is hiding something and Tails had a good guess what. "Shiek, you would not actually happen to BE the Princess Zelda, would you?" Tails asked as he continued his sprint. It was the only logical conclusion, but if she denied it, Tails knew better than to press the issue at this point in time. That would need to wait for later.

The Door to the backstage was locked now, but the good news was no animatronics were blocking their path. Mario was back in standby on the stage and there was noise in the kitchen, possibly meaning Link was having DINNER! Also, the Falcon was back to being hidden.

Back with Paula, the Ness Animatronic began its walk towards Paula when it noticed she was awake. However, his approach was halted as his foot was caught on fire. This made the animatronic more concerned with putting himself out with the nearby Fire Extingusher than Paula, so it bought her some time.1d20+4

Paula looked on as Ness caught on fire due to the workings of her PSI. As he attempted to find a fire extinguisher Paula struggled to undo the the rope that was tied on her arms and legs. "Oh my this will be tough..But i know i can do it..Besides after sending that message i'm sure Sheik, Ammy and Tails will find me if i fail." Paula said as she attempted to untie herself.

Paula could not untie the rope around her legs. She did however undid the rope from her hands and looked at her leg bindings. "I cant seem to find a sharp object..Nor can i use PSI fire due to the risk that my legs can also be on fire..I guess i should distract Ness a little big longer until someone comes.." Paula said sighing at the fact that she's a damsel a third time in her life. As she looked at the parts of the soon to be Paula animatronic, she used her now freed hands to grab onto the head and setted the inside of it alight, she aimed it at Ness to distract him longer.

"Time to test my throwing skills!" Paula said as she threw the fiery robotic head of herself towards the robotic version of her cr--I mean best friend!

Sheik nodded in reply. It seems they would all be heading out to save paula from certain damnation. Sheik stood up, running out the same door tails went through, expecting amaterasu to follow along. But, on the way, sheik was confronted with yet another fear. God....damn, this disguise really does not work with her, does it?? Damn you smash brothers for making this her down B for so long!! Sheik looked at tails, then looking down. "..." Sheik gave no reply to the fox, unsure if it was time to reveal her secret yet. Sheik looked up to see the back stage door. She quickly gained her strength, and tried kicking the door down.

A third kick managed to let sheik break the door down off of its hinges, to which she greeted the scene by throwing a sheikah needle at the ness animatronic's neck, hoping to stab it and make it spill some form of...robot blood. Whatever that is.

Having them all accompany her was a bit of a surprise considering the somewhat time sensitive role Tails had, but she wasn't going to complain. Amaterasu ran alongside her allies keeping an eye out for anything but luckily all was quiet; except the kitchen. They must really like that room. With little she could do to aid the opening of the door, besides possibly tripping up Sheik in an attempt to ram the door, Amaterasu kept a vigilant watch of their surroundings. Once the door was defeated the white wolf spun around to assess the scene.

With a snarl Amaterasu set after Ness. The mechanical villain was busy dealing with fire at the moment so hopefully it wouldn't do much in the way of resisting a trip. Ammy swept by its legs, smacking the animatronic with her divine mirror to avoid directly interacting with Paula's flames. The canine stopped abruptly and padded over to their kidnapped friend, tail wagging happily. The reunion would have to be short though considering they still hadn't finished their business here. Ammy released a quiet half bark before trotting back toward the door to make a visual sweep of the main room.

The Ness Animatronic got distracted again as it heard banging on the door, he was about to try to hurry until suddenly something stuck in its back, giving its servos some trouble. And as if that wasn't enough, he was tripped by the wolf. Tails watched seeing his help was not needed. Maybe he should of stayed hacking. It would appear not all was well however as things quickly went downhill from there.

Tails stood frozen in fear as music was playing out of nowhere.




Tails heard this song in the dreams. Was this part of someone's plan? Tails turned around as his fear was answered. It was there, the doll that resembled him. He felt like he knew it from somewhere, but whenever he tried to remember, it started to give him a headache. What was up with this thing? Suddenly the gem on the Tails Doll's head lit up before giving off a bright flash of red before both the doll and Tails seem to have vanished.

The animatronics seemed to have gotten more aggressive too as the rest of them moved in on the other 3's position. However, before they could try anything, they mysteriously shut down.

"Hm, seems like luck is on your side," a voice says, walking from the direction of the office was a purple shy guy with a top hat that had a shy guy mask on itself as well. "Can't say the same yet for your fox friend. I finished the hacking he was doing. There is one more and you should know where that is. I have some more work here but luckily the last one does not require hacking. Let lady luck be on your side," The mysterious shy guy said before walking to the kitchen to apparently continue his 'work.'

Paula watched as her fire robot head failed to hit Ness, he however has just finished getting rid of the fire and rised from the darkness. Quickly Paula grabbed one of the animatronic arms and aimed it at his head. "I wonder if i can make it point?" Paula said as the robotic hand suddenly pointed at Ness. "That's better." Paula said as she was about to shoot the hand at Ness, however there was a bang coming from the backstage door and soon Tails, Ammy and Sheik appeared from the doorway.


"You guys got my message!" Paula said cheerfully as she threw the hand on the floor and watched as Sheik cut her leg bindings with his needle and asked if she's ok as she was helped off the table. "Yeah i'm fine. I managed to distract Ness with all of these uncanny animatronic parts that they were going to use on me." She said as she petted Ammy who was happy to see her allie safe and sound..

And then they came.

Paulas cheerful expression turned to horror as Ness along with Mario, Link and Captain Falcon appeared and surrounded her, Sheik and Ammy. "Animatronic gang attack at 3AM!" She said as she lit one of her fingers..About to fire at the four..However she soon heard music..Creepy music..And the Robots suddenly went into shut down mode.

"There..Down? What's going on?" She said as she looked at Tails talking to a doll version of himself. "That must be Tails doll!" She said at her allies..Things only got worse when a red flash caused both the fox and doll to disappear from the group.

"Tails!" Paula said in shock over the fact that they lost another party member..This time to an demonic doll. They were soon met with a Shy guy wearing wearing a masked top hat explaining what happened. "Thank you for saving us at the last minute..Masked wearing hero.." She said to the man as he walked off to the kitchen to do some..Business.

Paula looked down at the floor and sighed at what happened..I guess they need to head to the Pumpkin Hill Zone if they want to save Tails..Finally there leaving this creepy place.

"Well we might as well quickly head to Pumpkin hill zone if we want to save Tails. We don't have a moment to lose, lets go team!" She said at man with a Lady's voice and the sun godess as she left the backstage.

Sheik nodded, getting into a fighting stance and preparing to fight off the animatronic gang. She then turned to look at tails, eyes widening a little to see the obvious fear on his face. “Tails, are you alright?” She asked, before turning and seeing a doll-like replica of him, followed only by more music. Sheik held her head, shaking it. “No, no, stop this!” She said, before a red flash of light spelled the end for the music, and causing the dissapearance of both Tails and his Doll.



She blinked, vision making its return to her as she turned to see Gamble guy. “Oh...i see. Thank you very much sir...I dont know this lady luck, but i will pray luck is on our side now.” She bowed to the kind shy guy, and turned to paula, nodding. “Very well, Come on amaterasu!” She said, leaving with paula in a hurry to head to Pumpkin Hill Zone.

Surprised, the canine jumped back into the room at the sudden appearance of all the mechanized beings looking to make a combined effort against their group. Her hair bristled, claws extended and teeth bared with a low grumble coming from her throat. It took her a moment to come to terms with the idea they just shut down, at first thinking the voice came from one of them. Ammy relented a bit partway through the Shy Guy's spiel, taking note of Tails' disappearance and everyone elses' acceptance of the masked man. If even the purple robed individual was a man.

With a light snort Amaterasu watched the animatronics suspiciously while Paula spoke. The wolf was the last to leave. She moved in a slow acceleration, eyes locked onto the robots just in case. Not that anything did happen. After a distance she ceased her fruitless glaring at the machines to chase after her teammates, the quadruped easily catching up. She was curious to see this Pumpkin Hill. Surely it couldn't be as bad as the last place. And to think she wanted to go there first.

Pumpkin Hill Zone, it was part of the Sonic Robot Brawl Attraction at the park. The strange thing was it was oddly quiet. This attraction was like a fight the hordes attraction yet unlike any of the other places, there was no animatronics. It was completely silent. The scenery was filled with giant pumpkins at the top of mountains with jackolatern faces and tombstones. However, if they were alert enough, they may be able to see shadows rushing by every now and then to show something was watching them. What it was was not made clear for a while though.

There was no sign of anything that could unlock the final lock. That is, until it appeared. A strange robed creature appeared out of darkness and its eyes glew a red similar to Tails Doll's Crystal. Could this thing be being controlled by the doll? Or could there be something else entirely causing it.



The monster opened a portal behind him and flew into it. Gamble Guy said the last one did not have to be hacked, so maybe this was it.

Upon entering the portal, they would be taken to what looked like a diner with Mario and Luigi animatronics on the stage. Could this room be related to something? Also in the room was an odd spell, almost of rotting corpses and blood, though none can be seen. Was this location trying to tell them something? Either way, this guy needed to be taken down if they were to save Tails. The portal back disappeared once they came through.

Paula walked into the Pumpkin hill zone along with her two other allies that were probably behind her. She looked at the dark and silent place..Usually they would be an Animatronic around or something like in the other two attractions the group had been to tonight, she can tell something is not right. "So i guess Tails has to be around here somewhere." She said looking at her allies.


Just then she heard something that made her turn back around..What Paula saw was a figure coming out of the shadows..She gasped as the floating figure showed its dark coat and its red crystal eye as a portal appeared behind him, he slowly float into it. "He must be going to where Tails is, lets go rescue our friend team!" She said to Ammy and Sheik as she followed the being into the portal.

When Paula came out she was at..A diner? She looked around at her sudden new location as she saw the animatronic Mario again..This time with his brother..Luigi? "What's going on?" She said as she smelt something weird.


"What's that smell?" Paula said as she looked at the stage in confusion and then back at her allies, waiting to see what they will do as she witnessed the portal they came through close.


"I suggest we look around and find that being, he must be around here somewhere" Paula said.

Sheik stepped into the empty attraction, holding her wire at the ready. Now, of all times, was the best time to have some decent mind sets and keep a weapon on standby. sheik looked at the robed figure, and looked down, as if trying to bring forth a thought. Yes...she could remember him...

Sheik's eyes widened, running after wizzro. "WIZZRO, GET BACK HERE!" She cried, fully remembering everything he had done to her up to this point. Remember, hyrule warriors sheik, so it works. Sheik ran into the portal, making her way ahead of the team. She stepped into the diner, looking around at the animatronics, her head shaking at the revolting smell. "Ugh...Ive had enough diner's for the rest of my life with the last place...." She said to herself. Sheik nodded to paula's suggestion, starting to make her way around to find it.

There was little time to waste once the being disappeared through its own portal. Sheik ran off like a madman and excitable Paula rushed off afterward. Ignoring any of her own considerations for what the portal might lead to Ammy followed suit so as to not be cut off from the group. Immediately the canine found herself assaulted with a horrific smell. Eyes almost instantly watering due to the strength of the putrid aroma Amaterasu somewhat stumbled into the new area, a surprised wincing grumble radiating from her throat. Stopping rather quickly to compose herself, Amaterasu scanned the dining room.

While there didn't seem to be an obvious source for the smell she did easily note the two robotic figures of known heroes. She huffed. For a pumpkin hill this place was awfully like the one they just left. Ammy grumbled an agreement with their ninja-esc friend, making a quiet bark to the psychic. The canine took another moment to glance about the room before igniting her divine instrument as if fired up for battle. Her hope was to brighten the area as much as she could if this being liked hiding in the shadows so much. Too bad they weren't outside or she could just manipulate the sun. Maybe there was a hole in the roof somewhere? Assuming they weren't underground. The wolf began padding around to investigate.

The Diner was mostly one room except for the Employee's only area but that was closed off with boards. In fact, the windows most likely leading outside and doors were also boarded up. It was anyone's guess as to why but the smell is probably a hint to why this place was closed up with such primitive... sealing... tactics... Anyway it did not take long for the phantom that lead them here to float through the floor. It was noticeable in the light provided by Amaterasu that there was a ring on his finger, most noticeably the gem on said ring, for that gem looked strangely like Tails Doll's. In fact, the voice he spoke with was oddly double layered as if someone was making him speak those words.

"I am sorry but I can not allow you to 'save' him. I need to keep him with me to keep him safe. With that, I am sorry I will have to get you 3 out of the way. I gave Tails those nightmares to lead him here so I can protect him, I did not intend for you three to get involved... He is about to wake up, this puppet will keep you busy," The dual voice said and his ending comment is probably hinting that Wizzro is being controlled. Wizzro held his hands up ready to fight with the three due to the possession.

Paula looked at the front door of the diner, examining the boards that covered both doors and windows..She looked back at the two to notice there wasn't anything else they can go through apart from possibly the stage. "Hmm..Looks like we have to check the stage." She said to her allies. Just then Paula felt something from below her feet..She first noticed an odd shadow that moved pasted her.."Looks like we got trouble" Paula said as the figure from the Pumpkin hill zone..Or in this case "Wizzro" appeared to the three.


Wizzro explained the situation and that they need to keep Tails with him so he can be "safe" from something unknown..Like Paula and co would agree to leaving a friend to shady beings. "I'm sorry..Wizzro right? But i think that wont be possible, you see Tails is a member of our fair community..We don't leave our members behind..If we came into this park with him..We will leave with him..You could just tell us what you want Tails to be safe from..But by the looks of it i feel there's going to be a fight between us soon." She said in a serious yet nice tone to Wizzro before he started to talk..Differently..That was when Paula realized that Wizzro might not be all what he seems to be.

As soon as the second voice stopped talking, Paula got into fighting position, "It seems this doll is stalling us, lets get this wizard out of the dolls control and rescue out little fox friend before its too late team!" She said to Sheik and Ammy as she waited for Wizzro's first move.
