Paula listened to Ness's involvement with the Subspace war, an event that happened before she came to LI. When Tails asked Paula about how special Ness was to her she decided to tell him.


"Ness was the first person i met on the Journey to stop the evil Alien Giygas. I first met him when i was captured by the Happy Happy cult that was temporarily run by Porky Minch, who was Ness's neighbour..And Mr Carpenter, who was being influenced by the Mani-Mani Statue. I always thought i was the only psychic until he received my Call for help via Telepathy..He cared deeply for me and our two other Party members, Jeff Andonauts and Prince Poo of Dalaam, and i cared deeply for them too..And when he left after Giygas defeat..I wanted to say three words to him..But i was so shy..Overall I'm glad he helped a lot of people when that Subspace war happened...One day i hope i reunite with them and Twoson..I hope that happens to all of us..We reunite with people we care about that are missing."

Paula blushed and continued.

"Just thinking deeply about it..it makes me very warm inside..Like sitting by a warm fire..I wanted to say to him..I lo--


She was then interrupted by a sound coming from a kitchen, she took a step out of the office to see Sheik possibly at the kitchen door?, "I'm sure him and Ammy can handle it" She thought to herself as she looked back at Tails. "So..where do you think the second Device location is in this office?" She questioned the Fox.

Sheik sighed, patting the door's lock. Unfortunately, sheik didn't have any Burst Grenade's handy at the moment, so that door would be closed unless anyone else had any smart idea's. She sighed, turning around and seeing Amaterasu. Ah, how foolish of her to just wander off alone. She smiled, petting amaterasu behind her right ear in thank's. "Thank you..." She said, before looking up and seeing...

"...Where...did link's machine go?" Sheik asked stopping the petting and getting up. Had she simply just imagined the machine of link to begin with?? No, that couldn't of been right, she was sure they all saw it...Right? Sheik shook her head. "Regardless, lets get back to the group, It'll be safer that way..." She said, a bad feeling growing inside of her as she immediately walked down the East Hall again, looking behind her to keep everything in sight.

The canine stared up at the stage, unmoving as she tried to figure out what was different. There was something missing... yes? The mixutre near silent footfalls of the approaching ninja and sudden noises from the kitchen provoked a flinch when the gentle fingers rushed through Ammy's fur. She grumbled in reply to Sheik's rhetoric question. She took a few more steps closer then stood on her hind legs to lay her front paws on the elevated platform. Sniffing away she attempted to find any clues but unfortunately this entire area just smelt relatively the same. She was beginning to dislike robots.

At Sheik's suggestion Amaterasu retreated from the stage, taking another long look at the remaining animatrons before swiftly trotting toward the departing sheikah. As they got near the Kitchen door the canine slowed and watched it like it was about to spring on them, her tail dropping stiff. Getting back to the group was a good idea, but at the same time Ammy had a dark inkling about what was past that door. She almost barked for Sheik to come back, getting out half breath before considering how it would alert whatever was stomping around in the kitchen. Instead she continued moving after Sheik, paying more mind to what they left behind than where they were headed.

Back in the office, Tails was looking through the items on the desk while he listened to Paula. When she finished he had turned on the computer. "The program for the lock seemed to be downloaded onto this computer. Strangely there is also this Handheld device connected to the cameras. Granted it makes sense for a security office... The animatronics seem to gaze at the camera," Tails said handing the device to Paula. "Another strange thing is the Kitchen Cam is turned off. Also... don't worry, I'm sure you'll find him," Tails said assuringly before getting to hacking. "This code is a lot more complex than the last one so this may take a while."

Back with Amaterasu and Sheik. There trip to the office may take a more weird turn than expected as the Link Animatronic seemed to have somehow gotten ahead of them. Though its attention seemed to be on the camera in the hall at the moment.

Meanwhile, back at Blue Bay, through use of the cameras, a Captain Falcon Animatronic can be seen poking his head out of the metalic curtains, but other than that, has not moved a lot yet.

"Thanks." Paula said to Tails before he gave her the handheld camera that was used to monitor the Pizzeria. Flicking through each one, Paula stopped and looked at the Blue bay area to see a glimpse of a Fourth Animatronic.."It seems there's a fourth animatronic here is well..Speaking of which." Paula looked at the camera on the stage to see the two Animatronics of Ness and Mario looking at the camera ve--wait two?. Paulas expression turned to fear as she tried to find the Link animatronic on the camera..Finding it near..The halls.


Paula looked at one of the door's to the office..Her eyes widening at the possibility that they were not alone..She looked back at the handheld device to see Sheik and Ammy heading towards the Link animatronic, she gasped and looked towards Tails.


"These Animatronics are after us..We need to warn Sheik and Ammy!" she said quietly trying not to alert the Link animatronic that's near the two...wait Telepathy!, of course!, In an instant Paula sent a Message to Sheik and Ammys minds.

"These Animatronics are Alive, go to the other hall quickly!"

Sheik looked down the east side hall, only to see the link animatronic standing ahead. Sheik's eyes turned wide, frozen in fear. Sure, you can give the argument that she fought animatronics last time, but...Those looked like they were meant to kill things. These. These arnt natural. Sheik stood up straight, and began making careful steps to move away from the animatronic... Sheik looked up and around, to only hear that there was Paula speaking telepathically to her and presumably Ammy. Sheik looked down at her wolf companion and nodded, slowly beginning to back away, and then go into the West hall.

However, before she made it, she took a look at the Blue Bay attraction, and had noticed...Eyes. Glowing white eyes inside of the curtains. It just screamed that no good will come from that thing if it gets out. Sheik slowly inched away into the West hall, before making a quick sprint into the office, not entering in until she was sure amaterasu was entering inside with her. "Ok, that's something i could of lived without seeing." She said in her best man voice. Well, as best as she could muster considering at this point she was scared out of her wits. "The thing in blue bay opened up its curtains, so, it would be best we keep a eye on it." She said, mustering up all her wisdom for that common sense.

The canine, so focused on keeping an eye behind, lightly bumped Sheik's legs causing her to jump backwards a few inches. It wasn't the quietest move. Her nails clicked against the hard ground, the earthy layers covering the floor unable to do more than muffle the noise. She did succeed in not yelping or growling at the disguised lady's abrupt stop once the sun goddess noticed the reasoning behind it. Still in a rigid posture Amaterasu remained like a statue, staring at the mechanic Link like it could jump them at any moment.

When Paula's voice echoed into her mind Ammy resisted a snort. Sheik's decision to begin backing away was mimicked by the wolf, the white furred beast deciding to try and keep step with her ally this time since they could very well be surrounded at this point. The thing in the kitchen, the mechanical duplicates on the stage, this one in the hall... Amaterasu kept her senses keened, head and ears flicking around as the pair moved to the western hallway. For a fleeting moment she considered if trying to move a table or two to block the passage behind them would be a good idea. It wouldn't help their sneaking, and the head poking through the curtains convinced Ammy to continue slinking back.

Cued by the light hurried steps of Sheik, Amaterasu followed suit down the hall. She kept pace with the sheikah until near the doorway where she hung back and slowed early. Upon entering the doorway she kept her head poked around to see if anything was following.

Through sheer mental power, Tails was on a roll with this code. At this rate, he should be done in no time. However, what Paula said was not reassuring. Looking around the room for a second, Tails noticed 4 buttons, 2 for lights, and 2 for the doors... what could the light ones be for? "Yes, you do that, I need to focus on this to assure we get out of here faster. If one of them gets too close, close the door with the top button next to the corresponding door, okay?" Tails instructed as he continued to seem to be typing random keys, but this is expert hacking skills so it should be fine. "Another one? Great... Yeah, Sheik is right, we probably should not ignore it," Tails said as he continued to press keys.

As he did the phone rang and answered itself, "Hello? Hello? If you are hearing this, then you've probably made a grave mistake. This Pizzeria is plagued with many issues as it was closed down but the place crashed before it could be demolished. These machines are not infected, oh no, something much more sinister is at work here. They were dangerous before the collision, just like the Falcon Punch of 20XX... Never saw a jaw twist like that before," A mysterious voice said.

Meanwhile, Ness has moved from the stage to the Backstage area and Link has moved to the door on the East side.

Paula looked at the Link animatronic as she saw Sheik and Ammy move out of view. She thought to herself again, "there's something uncanny about these Animatronics..There not like the ones from the bank, in fact I'm surprised that there still moving." Before looking at Tails who told her to close the East door so Link wont get in. "Right!" she said as she flicked the camera to the back stage before heading towards the East door.

Paula quickly pressed the top button..Hopefully it would close before Link could stop it.

As the door slowly closed, it suddenly stopped!. Paula tried pressing the button again and again but the door stayed jammed. "Uh oh!" she said as she grabbed onto the door and tried to push it close. "Come on door..Close!"

With enough strength, Paula pushed the door closed just as Link was about to get in. She took a deep breath before turning to Sheik and Ammy, who had just came in. "Sheik, Ammy, you made it. Listen i want you to guard these two doors. The top button activates the doors while the bottom button activates the lights around the office..The doors are very old so they may reopen by themselves or get jammed liked what happened right now, be careful. I'm going to use the cameras." 

After instructing Sheik and Ammy, Paula sat on the floor, retaking the handheld camera in the process. There was a chair in the office that she could sit on but she would rather let Tails or anyone else use it instead. Noticing Ness in the backstage she flicked the camera to the front stage to see if Mario was still there.

Sheik quickly stepped inside the office, breathing deeply in relief to be somewhere in safety. Well, she was until she saw the link animatronic trying to get inside. Sheik gasped in fear, closing her eyes as paula forced the door shut. Never before has link coming to find her been so frightening. Sheik sighed, rubbing her eyes as she listening to the voice of the man on the phone. She shook her head, looking out the one opened door and peering out of it to look what little of blue bay she could see it was more to just to keep attention put on it.

Sheik nodded to paula's command, happy someone would show some kind of tactics here. "That sounds fine. Amaterasu, keep the east side checked, i'll make sure nothing gets onto the west side..." She said, suddenly getting a idea, as sheik quickly stepped out, taking out her sheikah wire and tieing it onto two end's of the hall, effectively making a trip wire. She gave it a good tug to make sure it was secure, as she walked back. She had a bad feeling something would run down the hall, so a trip wire would be good. If anything, Sheik was just exhausted at this point. Fear's were high, and it didn't mean anything good for sheik's health surely.

Ears flicking back as the others spoke Ammy was beginning to think everything would be okay. She risked a look into the office to see the door slammed shut from the Link just outside it before returning to her vigilant stare into the relative darkness of the hall. Ammy perked and reeled her head around when her name was mentioned. With a quiet bark the white wolf complied to the plan laid out. She didn't pad her way across the room until Sheik was back inside the office safe and sound however, keeping close in case another one of those things came down while she was setting up her wire.

Happily wagging her tail once Sheik was back inside Amaterasu quickly shuffled herself to the eastern door. Once standing there she stared up at the buttons for a moment then stood on her hind legs and laid a paw on the wall to keep her stable. She then turned her head around to stare at Paula but keeping her ears tuned for noises outside of the door. It was a bit hard to do since she also wanted to continue listening to the voice on the phone. It was obvious she was curious as to who it was.

A creaking could be heard from the door and a slight vibration could be felt through Ammy's paws. Her attention refocused on the door and she watched it like a hawk spying a rodent. Hopefully whenever it went back up that thing wouldn't be right outside... She was hoping for a signal from their positive psychic that the Link wasn't there anymore so she could raise the door and then keep watch down the hall, ready to close the thing when they needed to instead of the thing drawing itself open as one of these mechanical copies was coming down the hall.

Tails recognized the voice somewhat, but there was something odd about that kept him from saying who it was for sure. Tails continued to hack away as he typed frantically. "I'm only halfway through, guys, this may take a bit. Be on guard at all times," Tails instructed as he continued to type away.

Unfortunately for Sheik, her paying attention did not seem to matter much as the figure was now torso out, peeking around, though still motionless. Its almost as if he was about to strike at any moment from being ignored. As for the Link Ainmatronic, footsteps could be heard from the other side of the door. The Link Animatronic seemed to have given up and gone back to the stage... for now. The Mario Animatronic has not moved from its spot for some reason, staying there, staring. Maybe it was not active like the other ones, though that may be just false hope. Meanwhile, rummaging could be heard in the supply closet on the West Corridor, a check of the cameras would show Ness there.

A click could be heard from the Supply Closet soon afterwards though. After that, the Supply Closet Cam simply said no signal, it seems the Ness Animatronic disabled the Supply Closet Cam. These animatronics seem pretty intelligent.

Paula looked the camera of the front stage. Seeing Mario still staring at the camera, she soon saw Link walking back on the stage to join him. She turned to Sheik to give him the good news. "Links back on the stage, you can reopen the door." she said to him as she looked back at the camera. She flicked it to Blue bay to check on Captain Falcon.

Paula was finally on the Supply closet Camera, only to encounter the words NO SIGNAL..Something's not right. "Close the west door..I think Ness is nearby..I cant see him anyway on the cameras."

Sheik watched as the falcon animatronic stepped torso first out of the Blue bay, making her shudder in fear, standing up tall and looking over to paula, who had thankfully already took time to view the blue bay. Sheik listened to paula's word's carefully, then proceeding to try and close the door, praying for no jamming.

Ammy complied with Paula's assurance that the door was safe to reopen, ears flicking back for a second before she pressed her nose against the button. The door noisily ground themselves against its railing in the frame while it slid back to leave the doorway unhindered. Quickly the canine dropped to all fours and poked her head around the corner to stare into the darkened hallway. Eyes peeled for the slightest movement and ears perked for the sounds of heavy metallic footsteps.

Like a statue with nothing better to do, Amaterasu absently listened to the light buzz of the camera device Paula was flicking through and her voice following the clicks. Hearing the other door shut without much of a problem the wolf didn't falter from her relentless staring down the corridor. A light wasn't really necessary for the wolf due to her natural capability to spy into the shroud of darkness. It wasn't perfect of course but was good enough to see into the hall and catch any movement. Which was all the needed at this moment.
