Shade
Unova
Alignment: Lawful Evil
Motto: “…”
Allies/Friends: Team Plasma, Ghetsis
Enemies/Rivals: Team Plasma defectives, Gym Leaders, Elite Four, Black, White, and Cheren
Backstory: Info Here
Shade along with his brethren are extremely loyal to Ghetsis because he saved their lives once before. It is never detailed how he did or what life threating situation they were in. As a gift from their master for their unquestioning loyalty, each of the three were given an egg laid by the mighty Volcarona that he had acquired. Shade still owns his master’s Pokemon’s child and uses her frequently in battle in honour of his superior.
The Shadow Triad were the stepping stones in each of Ghetsis’s plans, doing all they could to see their master succeed in his quest of domination. Despite their best efforts, they failed to bring their master’s plans to fruition. After two colossal failures, Ghetsis lost his motivation to continue with any sort of plots and the Shadow Triad was disbanded quickly afterwards now lacking any purpose.
Appearance:
History On Li: Ashamed of their failure and the loss of their leader, the Shadow Triad continued to spread the word of Ghetsis in false hopes that it would one day bring their leader back out of his slump. They did not enjoy the sight of their master in such disarray, which was probably why he commanded them to never look for him. They kept their word, but that didn’t stop them from trying as much as they could to make Ghetsis’s name be feared once more. They attacked the defectors from Team Plasma, the ones who spoke badly of their great leader, though over time they found their efforts to be useless.
Perhaps there was another way to bring Ghetsis back, the legendary trio known as the forces of nature. They tried to control them once before and failed, but there were three of them so one could attempt to control each. With that, they raced off to the Abundant Shrine to summon Thundurus, Landorus, and Tornadus and summon them they did. The trio immediately attacked the invaders, summoning a chaotic storm to demolish the triad and all their Pokemon. Something went wrong as the land distorted and the skies went wicked. The shrine in conjunction with the legendary trio unleashing their full power created a warp through space and time. It was only a theory, perhaps the dimensional leap happened for other unknown reasons, but at the time Shade could only think of that explanation.
Shade awoke in a deserted land, next to an unconscious Landorus. Without hesitation he captured the mighty beast, though that left him on his own in this wasteland. He wandered for days that felt like they had no end. He encountered a very few amounts of infected and dealt with them swiftly. At last though he stumbled upon the sanctuary known as the Life Sphere. Unfortunately, his brothers were remained to be seen and as far as he could tell the other two forces of nature were still out in the wild. For the next half of a year he spent his days hunting down these legendaries, encountering them and then having them quickly flee after he attempted to make a single action. It was a gruesome task since they were always roaming the skies. With a bit of time and a lot of patience though he pulled through.
Currently, Shade resides in the Life Sphere doing contract work and staying out of sight the best he can. The Starvia hardly influences him and he couldn’t care less for the lives of those who reside in the Life Sphere. If the power remains balanced on both sides, he does not interfere with these matters.
Other Info:
-While most trainers like to be at their Pokemon's side during battle, it is very rare to see or hear Shade whatsoever due to his training in the arts of ninjutsu.
Lilligant
Starting as a Petilil, Lilligant was Shade’s first Pokemon, and thus is his most loyal Pokemon. However, the creature is far more bubbly and excitable than her trainer in question. He chooses to keep this Pokemon on his team out of respect and its utility, however, it is not the most useful of tools in terms of what his arsenal has to offer. When Shade no longer has a use for Lilligant, he will tend to sacrifice her for the sake of healing one of his other Pokemon.

Primary Attacks (3)
Seed Bomb: Sprouting from her hat-like flower, Lilligant produces an explosive seed that can be utilized by her allies or herself. Unfortunately, she can only produce one every 2 turns. [24%]
Petal Dance: Twirling at her opponent like she was performing a rhythmic dance, Lilligant pelts her opponent with a tornado of rose petals [18%].
Giga Drain: Launches a barrage of tiny energy balls at her opponent which siphons health from them and restores a bit of health to herself when the energy returns to her. She can direct this siphoned health to one of her allies if they are within range. 4 turn cooldown [14% and heals x0.25 + CHR Mod]
Special Attacks (3)
Healing Wish: Lilligant sacrifices herself to heal and revitalize her teammate. The amount of HP that the target receives is equal to the amount of HP that Lilligant had remaining before sacrificing herself.
Sleep Powder: Launches spores at her enemies that induce sleep when they come in contact [WIS vs CON]. The opponent will wake up after three rounds of combat if they fail each saving throw and Lilligant must recharge for one turn before using it again.
Growth: Lilligant ingrains her roots into the ground and allows her flower to collect energy from the sun. During this time, Lilligant will have inflicted a sort of self grapple that renders her immobile and cannot attack for an entire turn. Once the ritual is complete, Lilligant’s damage will be increased by x1.5 and she receives +2 to WIS for 3 turns.
Bisharp
Like his brothers, Shade utilizes a Bisharp. Unlike Lilligant though, Bisharp does not share a closely tied bond to Shade. It is quite clear to him that he is merely a pawn to be used by Shade, thus will often become disobedient. Its strength as a fighter is without question and it is well disciplined under most circumstances, but he will act on his own if the situation calls for it.

Primary Attacks (3)
Slash: Utilizing the blades on his gauntlets, Bisharp slashes at his opponents with rapid succession [8%]
Iron Head: Bisharp rams his head mounted pike at his opponent [18%]
X-Scissor: Slicing at his opponent in an X formation, Bisharp aims to brutally wound his enemy. Two strength rolls will be made for this attack, each dealing 13% damage should they land. If both attacks manage to hit the opponent, it will inflict Mortal Wounds onto them (based on the 13% damage). This attack costs two combat actions.
Special Attacks (3)
Defiant: Whenever Bisharp receives negative Modifiers, he will receive a +1 to his STR Modifier for every Modifier he loses for 3 turns, even if it is his STR Modifier being reduced. This is not affected by status afflictions.
Dark Pulse: A small shockwave of darkness bursts out of Bisharp’s torso to distance any nearby opponents and has major knock back, but only does minimal damage from initial impact. It does not have impressive range as it is meant for close-quarters combat. In addition to the damage though, it has a 10% chance to Stun the foes it hits. It also breaks grapple if it successfully hits the opponent [10%].
Guillotine: Bisharp forces his opponent toward his chest as the blades brutalize the enemy’s body in a rapid motion. It does a huge amount of damage and can only be used against opponents that Bisharp is in grapple with. [24%]
Volcarona
Starting life as a Larvesta and being painstaking trained into the sun deity she is today, Volcarona is the most disciplined of the three. It is almost robotic how she acts, as though she has no will of her own. If one were to ask Shade, he would say that Volcarona is the easiest of his Pokemon to control.

Primary Attacks (3)
Heatwave: Volcarona heats up the battlefield around her, droughting the land with intense heat. The rising temperatures can’t be dodged through natural means, but it can be resisted (this attack targets CON). It deals 10% damage and has a 10% chance to burn if it is not resisted properly, however, if an opponent’s resistance roll is less than 0.5x the roll of this attack, it deals 15% damage and 30% to Burn.
Overheat: A torrent of flames erupt from Volcarona’s body, targeting whoever is unfortunate enough to feel the moth’s fiery wrath. This attack deals 28% damage, however, it also decreases Volcarona’s WIS Mod by -2 and has a cooldown of 2 turns.
Bug Buzz: A harsh melody reverberates from within Volcarona’s mandibles, a screech that would make eardrums rupture and damage a synthetic’s audio receptors. This attack cannot be dodged in the conventional manner as it targets INT. [18%]
Special Attacks (3)
Hurricane: Doing minimal damage, Volcarona summons a whirlwind to arise from underneath her target, shooting them up into the air and destabilizing them. Should the attack hit, it will give the opponent a -2 Mod to their dodge rolls for that round. [11%]
U-Turn: Volcarona charges at her opponent mercilessly and slams her body against them in the form of a tackle and immediately returns to Shade to switch in with another Pokemon preventing the cost of a combat action for switching out. This only really works when Volcarona has a partner to switch into, otherwise she stays on the field. [13%]
Quiver Dance: Performing her butterfly dance, Volcarona temporarily gains a +2 to both her DEX and WIS Mods for 3 turns with a cooldown of 6 turns.
Plasma Storm
The legendary trio Thundurus, Tornadus, and Landorus descend from the skies, brutal winds, heavy rain, crackling thunderstorms, and erupting earthquakes in their wake. The entire area becomes an intense danger zone for three turns. Landorus and Thundurus will lurk around the battlefield for the turns they are active, either pelting his enemies with thunderbolts [18%] or earth eruptions [18%] though each only make one attack per turn with an accuracy roll of 16 WIS. In the meantime, Tornadus sweeps up a tailwind to hinder the movements of the enemies, giving them a -2 to their DEX Mods.
