Candice
Snowpoint City, Sinnoh/Pokemon
Motto: "I'm tough because I know how to focus. Pokémon, fashion, romance... It's all about focus!"
Allies/Friends: Dawn, Cynthia
Enemies/Rivals: Team Galactic
Backstory: Candice's History
Appearance:
History On Li: Candice went to investigate the Snowpoint Temple since it was part of her tasks as Gym Leader of Snowpoint City. There were rumors of a lot of movement inside the temple and a loud shaking. The temple was only allowed to be entered by very few so there aren't really that many people aside her, Dawn and Cynthia that were even allowed to enter the temple. Upon getting to the bottom level, there was more rumbling as a pillar made her duck. She looked up to see one of the statue temples moving as a portal suddenly opened and drew the big figure in.
Thinking quick, she summoned Snowy and tried to get her to ingrain into the temple to avoid the two of them from being drawn in too. Unfortunately it was not enough and Snowy's grip on the ground quickly broke before the two was sent flying into the rift. They ended up at some ruins in a desolate field. However, before she could gather herself, the Regigas seemed to consider her a target. She'd have to figure out where she ended up later.

Primary Attacks (3)
Icy Winds: Glacy channels the air around herself, sending harsh frigid winds around the battlefield. A flexible attack that can alter the very air itself to hit foes, targeting CON as it is difficult to fight against the cold. [Medium Wisdom Cold Attack, 18%]
Blizzard: Glaceon summons forth an intense blizzard that brings down extreme cold on all foes. As one might imagine, avoiding a blizzard quickly sweeping the area is impossible so it targets CON. Deals massive damage and has a 50% chance of freezing but it takes two actions and has a 3 turn cooldown. [Heavy Wisdom Attack, 28 %]
Water Pulse: Glaceon fires a pulse of water that shoots aquatic rings at the foe. If it connects, the foe will be hit with mind aflicting waves. 30% chance to inflict Mind Melted. [Medium Wisdom Attack, 12%]
Special Attacks (3)
Mirror Coat: On a turn, Glaceon can apply a shiny layer to it's coat. On the next turn, if Glaceon or someone she chooses to protect is attacked, the Glaceon will attempt to endure the attack with CON. If the Glaceon wins, there will be a shiny flash as the force of the attack lets out an explosive light for melee attacks, or reflects the shot back with powerful percision, dealing an unavoidable damage of the Countered attack. However, if the counter fails, Glaceon will take the damage and the shine on their fur will fade. 3 turn cooldown.
Mimic: Perfectly mimicking a character, a trainer or their pokemon can improvise a move just by watching it in action. However, these moves are inferior to the real thing and suffer from an extra turn of cooldown. A trainer can also only keep track of three moves at once.

Final Smash (1)
Chills and Frills: With a focus of Fashion and Pokemon, Glacy and Candice focused their combined focuses and cause them both to form Ice Like Frills adorning their body with a frosty dress and ice tiara complete on both.... One might question how this is a skillful battle tactic but the enhanced focus is powerful, enhancing her's and Glacy's abilities, giving them both a +4 to all stats for 4 turns and Candice's Chrisma Mod is added to their damage output.
