The organization
The Grunts
Appearance: A tall, middle-aged man with black hair and blue eyes. He generally wears a black shirt and coat, and grey jeans. He usually has a stoic expression on his face.
History On Li:
After Team Rocket’s defeat in Johto, there was little place for Team Rocket in The Pokemon World. Though some members believed Team Rocket would return, most who were once employed by Team Rocket simply attempted to leave Team Rocket behind and leave normal lives. Landon, who joined Team Rocket less than a year before its disbanding, still kept the three Pokemon he was issued, though never planned on partaking in criminal activity. He simply wished to live his life, and thus became a legitimate Pokemon Trainer. This changed years later, however, when The Pokemon World was destroyed, and turned into a Starvia-infested wasteland. This meant that Landon was required to find a new purpose in The Life Sphere.
Landon eventually noticed the demand for what can more or less be described as “Hired muscle”, people whose jobs revolved around solving problems inside and outside of The Life Sphere, oftentimes with violence. Seeing this opportunity to put his Training skills to good use, he began to train his Pokemon almost obsessively. With this training, his pokemon were to become versatile enough to adapt to almost any combat situation. He even began to form a genuine bond with his Pokemon, seeing them as brothers in blood. With this new team of Pokemon, Landon began to look for missions, in order to solidify his place in this dangerous, violent world.

Note: I'd like to thank users Mari, PerfectCoolKirby, and HeirtotheMonado for the feedback provided on discord. I almost didn't post this character, due to problems with his backstory and appearance, though I'm actually pretty comfortable with them now.
