Backstory: Link here!
History On Li: Lidelle hasn't been around for too long. In fact, she hasn't been around here AT ALL. With an heavy attempt to recreate Amitie's disappearance from their world alongside some of her friends, she unfortunately traveled to Li as well. Started at Hyrule Crater.
Since she has just appeared, she has no info on Li or Starvia. The poor young girl is currently lost and needs serious help. She has nobody on her side for now.
[PTabbedContent=Attacks and Abilities][PTab=Primary Attacks]Vento: Lidelle’s basic spell, in which she flaps he sleeves and creates wind projectiles that are as sharp as a dagger. She can create smaller wind projectiles or condense them in a larger wind projectile. [WIS, 8%~18%]
Lampo: Lidelle concentrates and fires off a bolt of lightning from her glowing horns. Inflicts Paralysis. [WIS, 14%, 2 turn cooldown]
Uragano: Lidelle spins around with her sleeves, creating a small-scale hurricane that shields her as she throws herself at an enemy and blows them away! [WIS, 22%, 1 turn cooldown]
Love Magic: Explosive hearts, scalding rainbows, twirling ribbons and sparkles. The power of a magical girl is misleading in its harmless appearance. Defeat foes with the force of love! 1 turn cooldown. (Medium Cha Attack. Does 18% + Cha Mod Damage)
Butt Slam: Lidelle attempts to butt slam a target to show them their place, squishing them underneath her. This attack will inflict the mini, mind-melted or infatuation status at Lidelle's discretion. Does double damage if Lidelle is giant or her enemy is mini. Lidelle experiences a -1 to her dodge roles on the following turn. Has a 2 turn cooldown. (Medium Wis Attack; Does 12% + Cha Mod Damage)
Hip Bash: Lidelle hits someone with her hip and/or backside. The target spontaneously explodes into hearts on contact with her. If someone attacks Lidelle from behind with a close-range attack or she gets thrown backward at another character she gets to use this attack on whomever that is as a free action. Additionally, it has a 30% chance of inflicting the infatuation status. Has a -2 accuracy penalty and a 2 turn cooldown. (Heavy Wis Attack; Does 25% + Cha Mod Damage)
[/PTab={min-height:150px;max-height:300px;overflow:auto;}]
[PTab=Special Attacks]Fulmine: Lidelle stores electricity as time goes on, and she can use that electricity to power up her attacks or give herself a helping hand. Once per turn, Lidelle gains a charge of Fulmine, and she can expend an action to grant herself an extra charge if she desires. She can store up to 6 Fulmine charges. She can use the charges to either get a +5 damage bonus, or a +2 bonus to an attack or heal roll. Both of these bonuses can be stacked up to 3 times.
Tuono: Lidelle’s electricity goes wild, generating intense heat and light in the form of an electrical explosion! Has a 60% chance of burning a foe. Extremely powerful, but if the target's dodge roll is within 5 of the attack roll and the attack roll was not a crit, they take -10 damage. [WIS, 30%, 2 turn cooldown]
Arcobaleno: Time to paint the town with a slew of different colors with a side dash of happy smiles! Using her sleeves, Lidelle creates a rainbow ring into existence below her or an ally, showering them in a rain of soothing sparkles that have healing properties.[Heals for 1d15+CHA, 3 turn cooldown]
Prua Vento: Lidelle concentrates a chunk of wind at her sleeves and creates a whirlwind the blows behind her and her allies, making it easier for everyobdy to move around and dodge attacks. Increases her and her allies' DEX Mod by +4 for 3 turns. 4 turn cooldown.
FEVER: Lidelle enters a feverish pitch, as her body's surrounded by a wind current and lightning, and her magic reaches its zenith! For 3 turns, Lidelle can stack status effects up to three times, their effects being cumulative. Furthermore, all her attacks now have a 50% chance of inflicting Paralysis which stacks for every attack until it reaches 100%, and 25% chance of inflicting Stun, which stacks once per turn. 4 turn cooldown.
Transformation: Lidelle gains access to different forms with this technique.
Frills of Justice: Lidelle channels the purity of her heart, ascending to the form of a super magical girl! Her outfit transforms, or more accurately becomes a lot frillier. As is the law of magical girls, this is directly proportionate to her power. Lidelle gains a +2 to all of her stat modifiers except Charisma which gains a +4 for 3 turns, but the move exhausts her and she is afflicted by the drowsy status once it ends. 4 turn cooldown.
Hypnotic Gaze: They say a beautiful smile is almost hypnotic, which is helpful because Lidelle's smile is absolutely precious. This is a charisma based roll to attempt to control them, suppressing their normal thoughts and feelings in the process. If successful, she can force the target to make an action of her choice towards a target of her choice. This action bypasses the effects of non-physical statuses that would prevent the victim from attacking such as stun, infatuation, and sleep. When used on an infatuated target, the target remains under her control until they are able to cure their infatuation. 4 turn cooldown.
Devour: Lidelle voraciously devours the target in a cartoonish fashion! While eaten, the target can only take 2 actions per turn even accounting for action boosting buffs. To escape, they must deal a cumulative 40% damage to Lidelle. Lidelle makes a single 1d15+(2x Con) roll to reduce the damage of all attacks from the victim that turn, with a natural 14+ being a crit that doubles the roll. If she rolls higher than the damage done, she takes the difference and adds it to the 10% digestion damage she can deal as a free action each turn, half of which is returned as healing. Each turn the victim attempts to escape and fails, her damage resistance roll gains a stacking +2 bonus. If the victim is KO'd, Lidelle continues healing for 1d8+Cha each turn for 3 turns. Lidelle cannot spit the target up voluntarily. 2 turn cooldown.

[PTab=Ultimate Attacks]Tempesta
Lidelle calls upon her weather powers and call upon a powerful tempest! For 3 turns, a huge raincloud and harsh winds will surround the field, inflicting the opponents with Soaked and reducing their DEX Mod by -3. During this, Lidelle gets a free action and all her attacks deal +5 damage. After the tempest ends, enemies need to roll for Soaked's duration.

[PTab=Primary Attacks]Jack-O-Whack: Not an actual punch, Lidelle's too adorable for that. Lidelle commands a haunted jack-o-lantern with bat wings to give the opponent a good whack! Has a 40% chance to inflict the mind-melted status. 1 turn cooldown. (Medium Cha Attack; Does 18% Damage)
Bubble Gum Burst: Lidelle pops some bubblegum in her mouth and chews vigorously before blowing a giant bubble! If an enemy is unable to get away from her before the bubble pops, they'll be covered in sticky gum and their mobility will be cut as a result! 100% chance of paralysis. 2 turn cooldown. (Medium Wis Attack; Does 16% Damage)
Pumpkin Puyo Pop: Lidelle summons a special, giant pumpkin styled puyo above an opponent and drops it on them! As this attack is somewhat difficult to see coming, it targets the victim's perception (wisdom) instead of their dex stat. If the attack hits, the target is trapped inside the puyo and is considered grappled. Their threshold for escape is Lidelle's initial attack roll, which decreases by 2 each turn or until the pumpkin is destroyed by outside forces via 40% damage being done to the victim. Consumes 2 actions. 1 turn cooldown. (Heavy Wis Attack; Does 22% Damage)
[PTab=Special Attacks]Sweet Tooth: Lidelle has an extra stat, yay! Her extra stat is called "Sugar Levels" and it always starts at 7. it can go as high as 20 or as low as 0. Every time Lidelle attacks someone with a sweets or food related attack, it kinda makes her a little hungry! This reduces her sugar level by 1. In contrast, every time Lidelle eats something that isn't explicitly very bitter, she gains 1 sugar level. If that something is sweet, she gains 3 levels. If Lidelle's sugar levels rise during a turn, they ignore all lowering effects that turn. Lidelle cannot transform back to normal while at an elevated sugar level or above, and if she transforms while at dropping or below the effects will continue into her normal form. Certain sugar levels have unique effects.
0: Sugar Crash (-2 Dex Mod, suffers hunger pangs for 1% damage each turn, -1 combat action)
5: Dropping (-1 Dex Mod, suffers hunger pangs for 1% damage each turn)
15: Elevated (+1 Dex Mod, take -3 damage taken if dodge/resist roll is within 6)
20: Sugar High (+2 Dex Mod, -6 damage taken if dodge/resist roll is within 6)
While experiencing a Sugar Crash or Sugar High, a tiny bit of Lidelle's restraint and manners go out the window. Imitating her big sister figure, she may attempt to eat things that would not normally be considered edible, and her devour ability changes a bit to reflect this. Namely, it gains a 20% chance of targeting a random target other than the one Lidelle chooses, including allies! Additionally, devouring other characters grants a +5 to Lidelle's sugar levels every turn they remain trapped.
Trick or Treat: This move has two functions. The first function, known as Treat, is that Lidelle can conjure 3 candy items that mechanically function as food items. The secondary function, known as Trick, is invoked whenever someone consumes any candy or sweets Lidelle has been in contact with, included those created by Treat. Whenever someone eats one of Lidelle's treats, she may use her Trick attack as a free action on her next turn. She does this by rolling her charisma against her opponents intelligence. If she wins the roll, her opponent takes 3x the damage the candy previously healed them for and has a 50% to inflict the foe with a random status effect chosen by rolling a 1d14. 3 turn cooldown.
1 = Burn, 2 = Flower, 3 = Frozen, 4 = Infatuation, 5 = Mega, 6 = Metal, 7 = Mini, 8 = Paralysis, 9 = Disabled 10 = Poison, 11 = Sickness, 12 = Sleep, 13 = Slowed, 14 = Virus. The custom statuses are listed below.
Bake Sale: Lidelle creates a batch of 3 cookies, cupcakes or other small sweets such as candies. These sweets are identical to food items, mechanically. 3 turn cooldown.
Reversion: Lidelle uses this move to turn back to normal.
“Valentino!”: Lidelle calls upon the help of Valentino, her pet Green Yoshi. The lil’ dino makes a dynamic entrance and promptly places Lidelle upon his back, taking her for a ride! For 3 turns, Valentino will grant Lidelle a +2 (Mod) DEX and STR boost and replace her first special attack with the following:
After the 3 turns have passed, Valentino will no longer provide the boosts and the attack, but he can still be ridden unless he is called off or get hurt until he has to retreat and recover. The Yoshi has 50 HP total. Lidelle can only call off Valentino if the 3 turns of the buff have passed and if Valentino’s knocked out Lidelle or an ally will have to heal him back to full health and wait 6 turns to call him again. [If called off, 5 turn cooldown]

Anyone who fails their resistance/dodge roll by 6 or more will be stunned, and the attack has a 50% chance of afflicting the paralysis status. However, Lidelle suffers a -1 to a dodge roll next turn. 2 turn cooldown. (Heavy Wis Attack; Does 22% Damage)
Arc Flash: Lidelle's electricity goes wild, generating intense heat and light in the form of an electrical explosion! Has a 60% chance of burning. Extremely powerful, but if the target's dodge roll is within 5 of the attack roll and the attack roll was not a crit, they takes -10 damage. 2 turn cooldown. (Heavy Wis Attack; Does 30% Damage)
Savage: Lidelle brutalizes the target with savage strikes, afflicting severe wounds with little regard for her own safety. She suffers a -2 to one of her dodge rolls next turn as a result. (Heavy Str Attack; Does 30% Damage)
Mangle: Lidelle uses overwhelming force to break her target's body in a brutal fashion. Disables a stat of Lidelle's choice, and that stat will remain disabled until the target is healed for a cumulative 18%. She suffers 2% recoil and a -2 to one of her dodge rolls next turn, however. 3 turn cooldown. (Medium Str Attack; Does 26% Damage)
Dragon Bite: A venomous bite that sends the victim into shock, making life hell for them. This attack costs 2 actions. It afflicts the poison and paralysis statuses, and every turn one of these statuses remains on the victim, they have a 25% chance of passing out at the end of their turn, becoming afflicted by the sleep status. 1 turn cooldown. (Medium Str Attack; Does 16% Damage) [/PTab={min-height:150px;max-height:300px;overflow:auto;}]
[PTab=Special Attacks]Reversion: Lidelle uses this move to turn back to normal.
Dragon Mount: This is passive buff to Lidelle's rider if another character of appropriate size (Vaguely up to adult human sized) decides to ride on her back. If Lidelle's dex stat is higher than theirs, their dex stat is buffed to match hers. Additionally, the rider gains 5% damage resistance to all physical attacks while riding her.
Devour: Lidelle voraciously devours the target whole, either by snatching them up physically or pulling them in with a large suction of wind similar to Kirby. At the cost of an extra action, she can chew the target a bit for 25% damage before gobbling them up.
Terrifying Presence: Lidelle can attempt to intimidate her target with a powerful roar or display of force using pretty much any relevant stat for an intimidation check that must be resisted with INT. Has a 100% chance of afflicting the horrified and stun statuses if successful. The INT check to break horrified is equal to the original intimidation roll -2 for each turn that passes. However, this move gains a +3 bonus against eaten enemies. 4 turn cooldown
Fury: Lidelle's anger gets the better of her, and she tends to fight more viciously the harder she is pushed while in this form. For every 20% damage Lidelle accumulates, she deals 1% more damage. Additionally, whenever she is hit by a critical hit or an attack that does 40 or more damage, she will crit on a natural 19+ during that turn. This stacks, so getting hit by 2 crits, two attacks that deal 40+ damage or an attack that does 80+ damage will cause her to crit on a natural 18+ on that turn and so on.
Reckless Abandon: A mixture of anger, panic and determination. Lidelle forces herselves to go all out, attacking with overwhelming force and malice! This causes Lidelle to deal 8% additional damage with every attack, and adds a 30% chance to cause a mortal wound to every attack. However she takes 3% additional damage from all sources for the duration. Last 3 turns, and has a 3 turn cooldown.
Overpowering Bloodshed: Lidelle attempts to power through an attack and brutally punish the attacker for challenging her! She first forfeits her ability to dodge or bubbleshield an incoming attack and is hit by that attack. She then rolls against that attack's accuracy roll using her preferred attacking stat. If she succeeds this roll, she automatically hits the opponent for 1.5x the damage they dealt her and they are then afflicted by mortal wound with a maximum heal threshold of 30%. However, if she misses she simply takes the attack and wastes an action. 3 turn cooldown.
Opressive Blow: Lidelle attempts to smack the target around in an oppressively controlled manner. This attack does +8% damage and reduces the victim's actions by 1 for one turn if the target is afflicted by the horrified status. 1 turn cooldown. (Medium Str Attack; Does 14% Damage)[/PTab={min-height:150px;max-height:300px;overflow:auto;}]
[PTab=Ultimate Attacks]Megaton Tackle: Lidelle flies at the target and crashes into them, slamming them into the ground--note, not onto the ground, down into the ground--and dragging them through the dirt/floor/whatever for a bit, causing a massive 40% damage. She can continue propelling herself forward until she slams them into something for an additional 40% damage, or she can stop and automatically succeeds a grapple roll against that target, meaning that grapple cannot be broken this turn and she can follow up with whatever she wants. The grapple can even be substituted with her devour ability, which is technically a grapple, and the victim's attempts to escape will auto fail that turn. However, she takes 30% recoil damage in the process.
