Shaymin looked around at it's surroundings of it's grove once more. The plants were all wilted and some were even broken. It was a sad sight to see it in such a place. The only thing left was a Gracidea Flower that somehow survived whatever happened. Shaymin picked up the flower and put it in it's grass like back to keep it safe. Besides, it would be helpful if Shaymin needed to us it's power to transform.

Shaymin looked out of the secret grove in worry. It had no idea where it was going to go now that it's home was lost. Shaymin began walking until it laid down in pain. It's flower started glowing purple again for some odd reason. If only Shaymin knew someplace it could go where that did not happen. The small legendary steadily got up and continued walking hoping something friendly would find it. It hoped that Giratina was not behind this event too.

Shizuka was near the cove waiting for some pokemon to come out. She had brung cherry from somewhere unknown in hopes that all the starving and desperate Pokemon would come out and get something to eat so they can survive another day in this miserable planet..Sadly no pokemon came today, she sighed sadly and stood up before preceding to walk away from the cove.

"I hope they found something to eat, i'm worried that they wont survive much longer, there too afraid to go to that life sphere.." Shizuka thought to herself. Just then she finally saw a pokemon today..It looked like it was in pain and was barely walking. "Oh my." Shizuka said letting that out under her breath. She placed the cherry's she was holding into her pocket before running to the pokemon to see if its ok.


"Are you ok?" Shizuka said..Actually looking worried for once, it was awhile since she showed emotion, well she would be worried if she sees animals in pain..She soon noticed the purple flower from its back and gasped. "Oh god..That flower might have Starvia on it, i hope that's not apart of his body." Shizuka thought to herself again, even if it wasn't she needs to do something to that flower before it starts to spread on the poor pokemon..But what? The Pokemon seems to be grown fond of it, she did not want to upset the poor thing.

"Is it that flower that's making you hurt..Just simply nod?" Shizuka said, slowly pulling out her switch blade from her skirt, preparing to cut the flower should something bad happen.

The pained legendary looked up as it heard someone ask if something was okay. There looked to be some girl here and she seemed concerned. Shaymin was about to answer her question until she noticed a small sharp object coming out. She must plan to cut Shaymin's precious flower. Out of pure reaction, Shaymin sent a startled telepathic "NO!" to the girl before jumping back.

"You can't cut my flower! That is an important part of my body to dissolve air toxins! It... just seems to have an odd reaction to whatever is in the air now! Kind of like the Distortion World... It is too important to cut!" Shaymin sent telepathically. The flower started to die down in it's purple back into a shade of red for now.

Shizuka was startled when Shaymin pushed back and spoke to her beyond her mind. usually a normal girl would freak out and run away when this kind of thing happens, but in Shizukas case she had seen this kind of thing before..People speaking telepathically of course. After Shaymin finished explaining his flower it soon turned red, Shizuka lowered her switch blade and putted it back in her pocket.

"I apologize for what i was about to do, it was just that there's this virus going around this planet and most people who are infected with it are seen with that kind of purple glow..Judging by the way you spoke to me i'm guessing you can only speak through the power of telepathy?" Shizuka said, her worried face reverting to an emotionless one. She soon spoke again, "i never seen you before around here, did you just come to this planet..Also if your hungry have these." Shizuka said taking out the cherry's once again and offering it to Shaymin.


"I'm actually glad i did not cut the flower anyway, it was beautiful."

Shaymin calmed down as the knife was lowered and put away. It was glad she was understanding enough to not cut the flower. The news of some virus was worrying though. Was that what was causing the flower to give off such a painful reaction? Was that what was destroyed it's secret home.

"Yes, most Pokemon can not talk but a few, like legendaries, can communicate with humans through telepathy. I do not know anything about this virus but it feels... painful when my flower absorbs it. Pain seems to be the only thing it does though," Shaymin said.

She then offered a cherry which there were similar berries Shaymin has seen, this one looked slightly different. Shaymin sniffed the cherry before taking a small bite. It was pretty tasty which caused the legendary to quickly eat the rest. "Thank you! I woke up here sometime ago in my destroyed home. I tried to purify the tainted air but it ended up knocking me out for I don't know how long. And yeah my flower is pretty cool isn't it? My name's Shaymin by the way," Shaymin said.

Shizuka was interested in Shaymins name..It did look like a hedgehog and it almost had a jade colour. "You have an interesting name Shaymin, chinese for Jade Hedgehog or the alternate is Gratitude Hedgehog. There's also a shelter nearby called the Life Sphere that has a Hedgehog, only it dose not look as realistic as you. It also has clean air that you can enjoy." Shizuka said, she knew what the other hedgehog looked like but did not know its name..Oh well.

"I'm Shizuka..Moroboshi Shizuka, i'm sorry about your home..My home's probably destroyed..Also.." Shizuka had a hard time saying that as she dose not know the fate of Alpoko, weather those stupid rat posse destroyed it or if Corobo managed to defeat them before it was too late..One day she would probably find answers..She tried to get rid the thought of her old home by continuing the conversation with Shaymin.

"So, you mentioned a place called Distortion world, was that where you were before coming here?"

Shaymin found Shizuka's analysis of it's name very odd. Chinese was a word the hedgehog has never heard of before. Maybe it was a region Shaymin has never heard of. "Well, humans do refer to me as the "Gratitude" Pokemon. Nice to meet Shizuka..." Shaymin always did feel more better around females but this woman seemed different. She seemed so much more soothing to the animal side of Shaymin though it was not sure entirely why.

Then she asked about the Distortion World. The Hedgehog forgot it mentioned it when talking about it's flower. Must of panicked a little. "No, I was in the middle of a nap in my home. The Distortion World is a strange dimension connected to ours but is completely backwards and illogical. I was dragged there once by it's ruler and only resident, Giratina. I thought he wanted to eat me but he wanted to use my Signature Seed Flare Move to open a portal to the normal world. He is a giant scary monster and it's world was very intoxicating to my flower that it hurt. I managed to escape and took a nap at my home but I was woke up and it was destroyed," Shaymin explained. That was a little more detail than it was used to but this girl somehow made Shaymin comfortable, not sure why.

 "What do you mean by more realistic Hedgehog anyway?" Shaymin asked, not really getting the meaning of those words. This Life Sphere did sound an important place to go regardless. It was not sure how long it could take the pain of it's flower.

Shizuka noticed that Shaymin was confused about the Chinese language, she's guessing that he lives in a world where such country's and languages don't exist, she soon let him in on some of the things he dose not understand. "Oh Chinese? Its a Language from my world, the first world i lived in. there was so many people could learn." Shizuka said, and then Shaymin told her about the Distortion world..It sounds like an interesting world to visit if it is illogical and backwards..But Giratina sounds like the kind of person nobody should mess with.


"I see, it was trying to force you to use your power for its own gain...I also have a power that i'm afraid i'll be forced to use for somebody's own goals..I keep wishing everyday that will just be a dream and only a dream." Shizuka said, sighing soon after. "But don't worry, since your here Giratina cant get you..Right?" Shizuka said to Shaymin..And then he was confused about hedgehogs, Shizuka again informed him.

"Oh, well regular Hedgehogs kinda look like you, apart that they don't have the kind of powers you have..They just act normal and care for the people that are close to them..However the hedgehog i mentioned acts more like a regular human being then his species, he wears gloves and shoes..And has an annoying personality from what i heard from him so far." Shizuka said.

Shizuka brought up a good question Shaymin did not even consider. It was so glad of it's escape it must of not considered that Giratina could still come if it got mad again. Shaymin was looking around nervously while Shizuka explained hedgehogs to it. If Shaymin remembered right, Giratina could travel through and use reflections to drag people to it's world.

Fortunately it did not look like there was any reflections in this area so it should be safe... For now. "As long as I stay away from any reflective surfaces I should be safe. Giratina can use those to make portals to drag people to it's world. Let's not worry about that though. I want to get to the Life Sphere. Besides, if Giratina does come back, I have my Gracidea now so I am unbeatable!" Shaymin said which got a reply from a different flower that stuck out more on it's back that glowed and then caused Shaymin to glow a jade color.

After the glow, the hedgehog did not look anymore like a hedgehog as it turned into it's Sky Forme. It's flower turning into a cape like object along with it increasing from 8" tall to 1'4" tall with the shape change. "This is my Sky Forme! In this forme I am basically unbeatable!" Shaymin said with way more confidence then they really should. The flower that caused the transformation seemed to disappear.

Shizuka noticed Shaymin worried about Giratina appearing and taking him back to his world. The pokemon soon told the girl that Giratina could easily go through portals to adduct people from his world, she reassured him. "Yeah i don't think you need to worry, he probably dose not know about this planets existence.." Shizuka said standing up and witnessing Shaymin transforming into his sky forme, he claims that he is invincible when he is like this. "You do look amazing..Ok i'll get you to the life sphere..It was nice meeting you by the way Shaymin, if only there was more pokemon who could speak and not repeat there names over and over." Shizuka soon turned her back away from Shaymin but turned her head to wait for Shaymin to move.


"I don't live at the Life sphere by the way..In case you want to know."

Shaymin was glad to meet the girl and her nice attitude. They were also glad at the idea that Giratina may not know about this world... For some reason though, Shaymin doubted it. Some thing complexed it though. If the air was not safe outside of the Life Sphere, then where does she stay. "Then where do you stay? I thought the Life Sphere was the only safe place with fresh air," Shaymin asked.

As they begun there journey to the Life Sphere, Shizuka decided to give Shaymin the answer of her home that is not the life sphere. "Sadly i'm classified to tell you that. But don't worry about the air where i am, there's fresh oxygen tanks that are built under the ground that pumps around the area, it barely helps keep the Starvia air away from the place but if the tanks break or run out then problems will quickly arise in an alarming rate. Luckily no such problems have happened so far, if i want i could move to the Life sphere but..Things are preventing me from moving right now, so i could only visit it or do missions to help the people in it." Shizuka said, giving her answer of her "Home Situation."

Shaymin listened to her explanation and it preplexed the Sky Warrior. She had air tanks to lower the amount of intake sure, but that hardly made it safe. She apparently needed to stay there no matter what though for some reason. It kind of made the legendary wish it did not need to leave it's home but the air clearly was not having a good effect on the legendary.

Shaymin noticed some far off blue light though and flew up before questioning her home stituation further. It seemed like a town though it was far off to tell. That might be the Life Sphere. The lady was kind and Shaymin did not wish to burden her further when Shaymin could fly there faster by itself. "I take that place in the distance is the Life Sphere you mentioned? I can fly the rest of the way by myself," Shaymin asked. As it proposed this it's cape like flower glowed purple and Shaymin gave a pained wince. It definitely needed to get there fast.

"Yeah it is" Shizuka said looking at the blue bubble that housed many people..Apart from her as of right now. She watched as Shaymin flew up and winced in pain at the air, he offered to continue the journey by himself. Shizuka replied "Yeah, sure just go. You need to get there quick, I felt like I was slowing you down anyway, again it was nice meeting you Shaymin and I wish you the best of luck at your stay here." Shizuka said..looking a bit happy..again showing emotion.


"Hopefully we will meet again some time soon."

"Okay then! Hope to see you around!" Shaymin said with it's slightly masculine voice it adopted with Sky forme. Shaymin then flew towards the Life Sphere as quick as they could knowing they needed the more good air. They would not forget Shizuka's kindness anytime soon. Despite their ego, Shaymin still had the like for friends. Still... The Purple Glow it's flower gave off worried it. Normal Toxins just dimmed it's color a little. These toxins made it glow purple and cause pain. Shaymin was going to have to find out more and they had a feeling they knew who would help. They were going to need help though so they were going to have to request it in case Shaymin faints again. Besides, they needed time to rest anyway for now before they went that far.
