Backstory: Raithe started out as your average farm hand... working the fields till one day a pack of monsters came and started to raid their crops for the season ... leading to Raithes first outburst of powerful magics causing the dangerous foes to be wiped out including the crops in a violent inferno of gold and redish energy... saving the farm but at a cost, thankfully a travelling band of adventures was passing and noticed the bright glow... rushing over all they found were charred remains of weapons in the field and a collapsed raithe worn out form the amount of untrained magic that was used... next time he woke up he had found himself in the adventurers guild, being looked over by his soon to be trainer rodrick... a fellow red mage who would kickstart his new life as an adventurer and practitioner in the red mage arts. year after year he would get his experience through jobs and combat with true monsters, earning himself renown across the lands, and even saving the world on occasion's with other hero's of light... until his final battle came, where he would risk it all to wipe away chaos champion and save his allies by releasing his strongest spell yet... spelling out the young kind hearted mages end ... or so he thought!

History On Li: upon awakening on Li his eyes adjusted to the harsh darkened sky... something was wrong! getting up to a sitting position he looked around his scenery at the ruined landscape around and noticed three things immediately, One... he was atop of a hill with a somewhat steep incline, causing him to back away more towards the center of the slope... Two... he was not dead... a fact he was most certainly thankful for especially everything he risked securing a victory for his allies... and three, everything was in ruins ... the land looked dark and devoid of life, even as he grabbed the dirt upon the ground and examined it, it looked more like dust then anything else. he stood right up worried for a moment that perhaps he had caused this to his home that perhaps chaos had won but the landscape was to different to be the case... he would recognize his home destroyed or not. so then that left only one major question in the fore front of his mind ... where in the world is he... if he was on Hydaelyn to begin with, either way he would not find his answer to his question atop a hill overlooking a barren landscape. brushing off the dust on his hands and clothing he began to make his way down the hill in the hopes to find some form of life in this place and to hopefully save this place from its fate.
Primary Attacks (3)
Red Mage Tactics: Raithe can deal a full light combo move using Riposte, Zwerchhau, and Redoublement in that order. He can also do an Enchanted Riposte, Zwerchhau or Redoublement for a medium strength attack. [Light to Medium Strength Attack, 8-18%]
Corps-a-corps: Raithe enhances his sword with magic then charges at the foe, dealing high damage but draining a small portion of his stamina. 4% recoil. [Heavy Strength Attack, 26%]
Jolt: Raithe fires a small bolt of pink lightning that is fired in the shape of an orb at the foe. [Medium Wisdom Attack] [12% DMG] [30% Paralysis]
Special Attacks (3)
Balance Gauge: [Passive] As any target on the field take damage, including Raithe himself, Raithe generates Black Mana. For every 2% damage taken by any person in battle, Raithe gains 1% Black Mana. As any target on the field deals damage, including Raithe himself, Raithe generates White Mana. For every 2% damage dealt by any person in battle, Raithe gains 1% White Mana
This Passive ability is split into several parts.
Certain status effects that do damage overtime that happen to Raithe or nearby allies also empowers him. These status effects are Burn, Poison, Mortal Wound, Flower and Severe Exhaustion. This doesn't gain anything from a non Damaging status. He gains more White or Black Mana from this of his choice to his meter, 5% for each ally affected with a Damaging Status effect, including himself.
Raithe regains 5 black mana and 5 white mana per turn, with a maximum of 50% Mana of each type.
Mana can be spent as a free action to empower his abilities.
Verempower: By spending 15% Black Mana, Raithe can increase his own damage output by 3 for each 15% Black Mana Stack for 2 turns.
Verregen: By spending 30% White Mana, Raithe can make his attacks heal him by 5% per successful attack landed for 1 turn. This does not work with Hasted Actions.
Vercure: By spending 15% White Mana, Raithe can heal 1d8+CHA to a single target, whether it be for Raithe or an ally.
Vercurse: By spending 20% Black Mana, Raithe can cast a random Damaging Status effect onto a single target of his choice, DC to not get hit by it is 13 or higher. This DC increases by 3 to the target if an ally or Raithe himself has a Damaging Status effect on themselves, but not due to Vercurse.
Dual Cast: At the cost of 25% Black Mana Raithe makes an additional attack of the same kind on the same roll as a free action. This replayed attack does the same amount of damage Raithe would have done for the first attack but adds that same damage to the next one. Does not work with Crits or AOE attacks. [DMG ??%] [WIS]
If using this in tandem with Jolt it also automatically inflicts Paralyzed to the target.
Verholy/Verflare: [WIS] [AOE DMG 30%]
Verholy: By spending 40% Mana Raithe can use this technique. Raithe summons a large beam of light from the heavens that deals damage to all targets within the vicinity of it If the White Mana meter is at 30% or more this also automatically places the Blind Status effect on the targets for 2 turns and does 10% extra damage. Cooldown is 3 turns on the attack, 2 turns if the Black Mana meter is 30% or higher.
Verflare: By spending 25% Mana Raithe can use this technique. Verflare summons a large ball of flame that deals damage to all targets within the vicinity of it. If the Black Mana meter is 30% or more this also automatically places the Burn Status effect on the targets for 2 turns and does 10% extra damage. Cooldown is 3 turns on the attack, 2 turns if the White Mana meter is 30% or higher.
Final Smash (1)
Raithe's Wrath: Raithe's eyes glow brightly gold and red before twilight colored energy come from his body then summons a column made from that energy down onto a single target dealing a 60% damage on impact.
