Appearance:
History On Li: Paula has been a long-time hero on Li because of her having been played before I ever got my hands on her, going on her own adventures, helping and protecting people. Between then and now though, she has been suffering from homesickness after not seeing her friends and family for a long time. This depressed her, and she decided to take a break from heroics before her mental state put herself or others in danger. However, it wasn't set to last because her psionic powers drew the attention of a desperate psychic vampire, who kidnapped her for self-explanatory reasons.
She has been waiting for rescue ever since.

Special Attacks (6)
Psychic Points / PSI Magnet: Also known as PP. Paula has 150 PP (+10 for each rank up), and can spend PP to upgrade attacks. If she tries to use an attack with less PP than is required, the attack gains a failure chance proportionate to how much PP she has left vs how much is required. So for example, if she has 6 PP and tries to cast a spell that costs 10, it has a 40% failure chance. If she succeeds, her remaining PP is consumed. If she fails, she loses the action spent on the attempt. Buffs to attacks are cumulative with previous forms. PP cost, however, is not cumulative. The PP cost listed next to an upgraded form is the new full cost.
Psychic Points do not usually recover in the middle of threads, though if she were to somehow gain a full night's rest they would. Instead, Paula usually drains Psychic Points from others using PSI Magnet. A successful PSI magnet attack drains 1d7+1 of a target's resource pool. Alternatively it can drain their bubbleshield, stopping it from regenerating on that turn, or suppresses the effects of a mental buff for 1 turn while its duration continues decreasing. It then restores the same amount of PP it would have drained. If Paula uses two actions to cast PSI Magnet, it can be used in its omega form as an AoE attack. [DMG 0%]
Balancing Note: 1 PP = 1 Damage
PSI Shield: Paula summons a psionic shield around someone. It protects against energy and psychic attacks, but not mundane attacks. If an attack is meaningfully both, the shield affects it. Such attacks have their damage done reduced by half. Lasts for 2 attacks. [DMG 0%] [8 PP]
Upgrade to Beta: The shield reflects attacks for half their damage and effect chance with a flat d20 for accuracy [14 PP]
Upgrade to Sigma: The move becomes an AoE buff [24 PP]
Upgrade to Omega: +50% reflect damage (for full damage) and accuracy uses Paula's charisma modifier [30 PP]
Offense Up: Paula attempts to enhance a target's abilities with a psionic edge. Increases the damage they do by 5% and gives them a +2 bonus on all offensive rolls modifier for 2 turns. 2 turn cooldown. [DMG 0%] [10 PP]
Upgrade to Omega: Increase the damage buff by +3% and the bonus to offensive rolls by +1 [30 PP]
Defense Down: Paula attempts to peel away an enemies defenses, reducing the duration of a buff on them by 2 turns. If it doesn't have a duration, and is temporary, she rolls to dispel it instead. if it isn't temporary, she rolls to suppress it for 2 turns. If the target has no buffs to decrease, it increases the damage they take by 5 for 2 turns. [DMG 0%] [6 PP]
Upgrade to Omega: She can target every buff on the target instead of just one. [18 PP]

Final Smash (2)
Miracle: Paula's prayers are answered by a mysterious greater power in a time of need, divinely intervening in a battle to her benefit. This can replicate any two moves on the site except other final smashes while ignoring anything that would prevent her from using those moves. These moves are treated as if they rolled natural 20s regardless of their actual accuracy rolls, though their critical confirms are not affected. Alternatively, she can turn any two moves used by an ally that haven't been resolved yet into criticals in a similar fashion, with her rolling the crit confirm on their behalf. She takes 30% damage worth of exhaustion after using this final smash.
Any variable effects of the moves such as dice based damage are treated as if they rolled the best number possible, or whatever number Paula wants if the best number is unclear.
Healing Prayer: Paula's Prayers are answered by a mysterious great power that showed her and her allies in rainbows, healing all of them for 40 HP!
Other Info: I am continuing Paula from where she was left by her previous players.
