Huge sweeping winds blew throughout the highest points of the mountains. Thick dark clouds gathered around the skyline in place of the usual gas and surged with a green lightning that occassionally came crashing down like thunder. Rain down poured with a severely heavy source. "This storm is the worst I've seen and still approaching. We need to get to that cave soon..." Ruby complained as she shuddered. Her cloak blew in the wind and she had to hold her hood down.

"We're almost done with scouting... There are some strange monsters like they said near the entrance. Probably more inside but there's interferance..." Platinum remarked with her eyes closed as Uxie's eyes glowed. She was wearing her warm pink jacket to help shield off the weather. "Oh really? Let me see!" Ruby insisted as she suddenly grabbed Uxie and held it close and closed her eyes like Platinum was doing. "H-hey!" Platinum called out before pouting as her Legendary Binoculars were suddenly snatched. Near the cave entrance was... A dark winged creature with a sword and a hole in his heart.

An angel like... container? It was hard to describe.

"Is that a beowulf?!" Ruby called out... thankfully the storms or them being seemingly distracted by the cave entrance. She put down the Uxie who shook it's head and just stared at Ruby for a moment. "You know what that one is?" Platinum asked. "Y-yeah, it's a Grim from my world. They are attracted to strong negative emotions. Where there's one there's probably more..." she replies as she ponders the situation. "... Hm... Well not much to do but wait. Uxie can't see any further into the cave. Uxie, return!" Platinum declared as she recalled her Pokemon. The storm rages and approaches with the kidnapped victims apparently trapped in there with a horde of monsters outside.

She was aggressively attempting to dry her face and well... failing. It seems she hadn't brought an umbrella. Perhaps if she were still living with Dr. Ciel, one would have been provided to her. But as it was, she needed to do more taking care of herself lately. She could only really expect Dr. Wily to chip in if she was on a mission directly at his request, and this... well... She was here on personal business. “So ... do we have a plan?” she wound up dryly asking. No pun intended.

As people began to gather in the area, one could faintly hear the sound of a motorcycle in the distance, as it roared towards the group with little disregard for the rain. ... Which was leaving an unfortunate passenger in the sidecar soaking wet.

"Why is it so wet today?!" Cried the very unfortunate Grey in the side car. When he had agreed to ride with Sol to head out for this mission, he hadn't been expecting this highly unfortunate result, as the Megamerged Reploied desperately tried to hide his face from the rain with his arms. A futile attempt at best, something his driver was eager to comment on.

"Does it matter? It's a pain in the ass, but it's work." The latter, one Sol Badguy, had only agreed to take Grey into the sidecar because the poor kid needed a ride... And was willing to fork over 50 coins to get it. Since they were both going to the same place anyway, he really didn't have much of a reason to decline. Still...

"C-Can't help but be glad this is a one time deal though... This bike- I-It goes so fast it's freezing to ride!" One could almost hear the Reploid's shiver as he spoke, but all Sol could do was roll his eyes as they pulled in. The merc had heard that more often than he cared to think about, as he brought Firewheel MKII screeching to a halt next to the group, before climbing off and removing his Junkyard Dog blade from the bike as he bit down on... What seemed to be a bullet, before lighting a small fire with it. ... And, both bike and sidecar vanished with a snap of his fingers, leaving the poor Grey to fall to the ground with a grunt.

"Stuff it kid. We're here."

"Ugh..." Giving a disapproving groan, Grey patted himself down as he stood up, before his eyes widened in surprise at one of the two he saw, before he jogged over. "Hey, Roll! It's been too long! Here to save sis too?" He couldn't help a small smile. He'd honestly missed Roll-Roll. And he'd recognize that dismissive tone anywhere.

Two beams of light, one orange and one pink, suddenly descended a bit away from the area the others were in, the light dissipating to reveal...Rhyme and Amitie! Amitie in particular was back to her blonde hair and Puyo Capped self, though wearing a completely different dress than usual. ...not that anyone aside from Rhyme and maaaaybe Roll-Roll (assuming she bothered to remember her at all) would notice that. "Alright, sounds like it's working." A voice crackled to life to both in a communicator device they had on their ears. "Sorry I had to rope you into this, girls. My hands are kind of tied at the moment with all the broken devices that came in, but I hope I can at least tag along in a sense." Rock said through the device.

"Hey, don't sweat it, Rock. Roll's important to me too, y'know?" Rhyme replied, looking up to see the stormcloud soaking up her clothes. "And well, someone's gotta take care of repairing things while she can't do it, right? " she continued. "...Fair enough. I'll leave this in your capable hands, though I'll try to chime in with something helpful if I can find it. Kinda like a navigator! I think that's what X called them. Anyway...good luck, and...careful with that storm. I don't like the looks of it already, and it looks like it'll only get worse the closer you get tot the cave." Rock stated.

"Gotcha! Leave this to us, Rock!" Rhyme said. "Yep~! We'll get Roll back there lickety-split!" Amitie chimed in, before the communicator went silent. Amitie in particular took a sharp breath to psyche herself up before both of them went and met with the rescue party. "I hope Serena doesn't get upset with the dress getting all wet..." Amitie mumbled to herself as she approached, noting to take an umbrella with her next time. The only one they kinda recognized was the other Roll, but after that, no one else was familiar. "Hey, sorry we took a while to get here. Had to get some things prepared." Rhyme said. "The name's Rhyme, and this is Amitie." the orange-clad girl intorduced the two of them, with Amitie spinning in place for a bit before landing on her cute pose. "Heya~! I'm here to bash some baddies and rescue some friends!" Amitie announced.
