Appearance:
History On Li: Spyro first arrived on Li after a small accident involving a new portal the Professor was testing out. Casting him into the icy caverns of Icicle Peak, where he started evading trophyfication as he awaited a rescue party. Upon successfully escaping and arriving at the Life Sphere, he got up to his usual hijinkS. However after a bit of time he eventually allowed one of his rescuers, Iris, to capture him (Mainly so that he could avoid getting hassled by more dorks with weird colored balls, but she was also pretty cool so he was fine with it).
It was after this mutually agreed capture that during a battle with a an out of control Lidelle, he was struck with an intense force. He couldn't recall what it was... or why him or Iris were even there too begin with... but he did remember the intense pain wracking his body as he was slammed into the Sunshine Stadium walls. His sight blurring as he felt his life starting to fade before he could Trophyfy...
When he woke up, he found himself in a strange... somewhat familiar lab. A familiar high-pitched voice calling out. "It worked! Oh my goodness, never scare me like that again!" It was the Professor's voice. The mole having managed to find and bring him back too his lab shortly after the fight had ended. Guided there by Sparx who had sensed Spyro's situation. The two of them having managed to save him and bring him back from the edge of death.
Not too long after this he would make his way back too Iris, before explaining to her that he wanted to go out on his own again. Chilling with her and fighting together was really fun. But at his current level of strength he doubted he could full on fight alongside her as well as her actual Pokemon could. The young Dragon taking leave of her Team, but still asking that she keep hold of his Pokeball, to make sure no other punks could try anything funny.
And with that, he returned to his career as a Solo Adventurer. His abilities having been cut down considerably from the recovery process he'd gone through, but he was more than ready to get out there and regain them himself.
Primary Attacks (3)
Flame Breath: [DMG 12%] What's a Dragon without the ability to breath fire? Just a lizard with wings. Thankfully Spyro does not fall into the latter category. With a small squint and a deep breath, Spyro unleashes a small cone of fire in front of him. It isn't very long, but it is big enough to leave a sizable burn on hit. Spyro performs a single Wisdom attack focused on a single foe, inflicting Burned if it hits. Spyro can only perform Flame Breath once per turn.
Charge: [DMG 8%] Spyro's got horns for a reason, and with his rambunctious attitude he's more than willing to put them (As well as the rest of his bodyweight) to good use. Spyro breaks into a full on sprint, lowering his horns as he charges for a target. Pitting his own speed against their own as he aims to ram into them! Spyro performs a single Dex attack against a single foe. If it hits, Spyro has a 35% chance to inflict Stunned on the target. If the target is wearing a sizable amount of armor, Spyro inflicts an additional 2% damage and the attack gets an extra 10% chance to stun, as he dents it with how sturdy his horns are.
HeadBash: [DMG 28%] Spyro suddenly flips while in the air before diving straight down, using his wings to propel himself as he slams all of his weight onto a target at once. Spyro performs a Heavy Str attack on a single foe, inflicting an additional 4 damage if the target is stunned when it hits. This attack suffers a -2 to its accuracy if Spyro did not successfully dodge an attack by the target on his turn or if he is not already above the target when he performs it.
(Cooldown: 2 turns)
Special Attacks (3)
Sparx: The bright golden Dragonfly that acts as Spyro's best friend and trusted companion. Sparx acts as Spyro's supernatural protection, aiding him and saving him from what would normally be mortal danger. Spyro does not have a traditional Shield, instead all HP that would be given to his Shield is given to Sparx instead. The first time Spyro is hit each turn, Sparx halves it and takes the half he negated himself as Damage. If Spyro doesn't take any damage for a full turn, Sparx will fly off and eat a Butterfly, recovering HP equal to Spyro's current Shield Regen rate. If Spyro would be reduced to 0 HP while Sparx still has life, Sparx will take as much of the damage as he can until he hits 0, with the rest transferring to Spyro. If Sparx's HP is reduced to Zero he flies off to go find Butterflies in a more safe location, leaving Spyro to take full damage from all attacks that hit him. Recovering his usual amount of HP each turn until he's back at full, in which case he returns to Spyro's side and aids him again.
Super Flame: [DMG 18%] The Professor gave Spyro something special after his bit of recovery, an old Orb from Avalar, this one still under the effects of the Professor's experiments to let it grant him his old Power-Up ability... Super Flame! After focusing and drawing what power he can from the Orb, Spyro's scales explode with fiery heat, granting him a bright orange pattern along his scales and spines, giving him more of a fiery motif alongside a powerful change to his Flame Breath. For the next 3 turns Spyro can now fire his Flame Breath as a powerful projectile. Changing the damage of Flame Breath to this attack's while also allowing Spyro to add his Dex modifier to the attack roll.
(Cooldown: 3 turns)
Super Charge: [DMG 25%] Spyro harnesses some of his slowly budding Dragon magic to recreate the power of a Supercharge Gate. Granting him a deep blue glow to his spines and scales as he gains a sudden burst of speed before charging down towards a foe with enough force to smash through reinforced steel. Spyro performs a Heavy Dexterity attack focused on a single target. If it connects it inflicts a guaranteed stun. After performing this attack, Spyro receives a -2 penalty to the first dodge of his next turn.
(Cooldown: 4 turns)
Final Smash (1)
Combination Power-Up: Spyro absorbs the power of one of the Golden Orbs that Ripto had created by accident when Mecha-Gulp was destroyed, imbuing himself with the power of Super Flight, Super Charge, and Super Flame all at once. Granting his scales and horns a bright golden sheen as he takes to the skies. For the next 3 turns, Spyro gains the effects of Super Flame while also resetting Super Charge's Cooldown. As well as a +2 to all rolls, and +5 to all damage dealt. Sparx also recovers 20 HP and returns to help Spyro if he is away recovering at the time of this Move's activation.
