Mission Brief: 

The following is an excerpt from the Phantom Aficionado Website:
"Prince Bowser Junior's appetite has been really getting out of hand lately. Every time I see him he's eating something else. And have you seen how chunky he's getting? It's ridiculous! It's like he doesn't even realize that people around here are starving. If you Phantom Thieves are still around, I want you guys to do something about it. 

"You get all that, Ren? I dunno who managed to find the Phan-site again, but we're not gonna leave this request unfulfilled, are we? I haven't been able to contact anyone else, so if you can gather anyone else, then that'd really help out! When you're ready, meet me at the Black Market. That's where this "Prince Bowser Junior" lives, so maybe that can spark a lead

Akechi remembers hearing Yuuki Mishima's name back in his world. He realised he was a student back in Akira... And Takamaki-san's class that made that phansite, where the Theives had gotten word on most of the targets. This seems to be a setup for another one of their jobs, so he wouldn't be surprised if he was going to be there for the mission.

Still, he felt the need to try and help with this request anyway. If he wanted to try and help this Sphere, he had to help people, and maybe, he can gain more friends along the way.
