"Oh yeah! It's time to Crash and Roll!" A loud voice shook the infected lands as someone followed Roll to her designation. An orange robot master with drill for arms and a newfound desire for justice. Or at least a world where he can live with hands. He seemed excited at least to be on a mission for a good cause.


"... I love the enthusiasm, Crash Man but could you be a little quieter? We want to avoid attracting attention..." Roll requested, looking around for a moment.

"Oh right, sorry. It's just you promised to give me hands so I got a little excited...  Besides, Yami was working on something here. My friends might be here too," Crash Man was hopeful but a bit worried.

"... Are you worried about them?" Roll asked.

"... In a way. They can handle themselves I'm sure but I don't know if they are as willing to turn over a new leaf as I am... Especially Snake Man. He's kind of a creep, overpronouncing his S's. Do sssssssnakessss even ssssound like thisssss?" Crash Man admitted with an impersonation.

"... I kind of get how you feel... I hope Tango isn't in too bad shape or... infected..." Roll replied as they stepped up to the factory. There was some noise coming from inside. The whirring of machines and some sounds too distant to make out from here. "... So what is in this lab he was working on anyway?"

"Oh, some kind of super robot. He just said it'd be his ultimate creation... We should probably avoid it if we see it. He seems to think it's unbeatable..."

"... Well, we have an unbeatable friend of our own coming for the trip! We'll be fine," Roll counterargued before looking at the door, it was busted in from the looks of it. They just had to wait for Rhyme, Zero, Ciel and Roll to catch up to them. She was a bit curious about this creation but Crash Man didn't seem to know too much about it. Could it really be that terrifying? Well, no point in dwelling on it now. Their mission was to retrieve Tango and get out. Anything else was secondary.

Rhyme fiddled with her flip phone in her hands as she traversed to meet with Roll and the others. Hey, making a playlist to listen in a mission was serious business, okay? It got her in a mood.

As she approached the rendezvous point, she noticed Roll and approached her and the guy with drills for hands. "Yo!" Rhyme greeted, trying to call their attention as she reached them. "Nice to see you again, Roll!" she said, giving the other a wave and a friendly smile. It had been a while since they last saw each other, and really, Rhyme was excited to catch up to what she missed.

"And you are...?"  Rhyme asked, letting Crash Man introduce himself before she would continued. "Call me Rhyme. Nice to meet you!" she said, before turning to see the factory.

"So...Tango's inside, right?" she asked for confirmation. "Once everybody's here, we should probably devise a plan and get through this carefully. Haste makes waste, as they say." Rhyme suggested.

[Doctor Ciel]

Arriving on a special pink motorcycle with like, foot-thick tread wheels designed for rough terrain, Ciel dismounted and approached the assembled group. “Hey Roll~! Is this your friend?” Ciel curiously asked, observing that Roll was hanging out with another robot. She was immediately very curious as to whether he was another robot predating the existence of robotic free will, but didn't want to directly ask that, so she decided just to observe.

“Yeah~ Who's that? Your boooyfriend~?” Roll-Roll quickly chimed in in a teasing tone as she dismounted the motorcycle. She'd been riding behind Ciel. Roll-Roll removed and tossed a helmet as she got off, beginning to delicately fix her helmet hair as she walked over to join Roll in the robot corner. “Just kidding~ Long time no see... brother.” she added in a pretty ambivalent tone, addressing Crash Man. She'd of course been destroyed prior to Crash Man's creation but seemed to have acquired knowledge of him from elsewhere.

[Zero, The Red Hero]

A light comes from the Air itself, as a Glowing Orb, Adorned with a red Z emblazoned upon it flashes, and slowly lowers to the ground, As the Orb turned a bright white, Shrunk a little, then expanded into the Form of a Physical body, Legs landing upon the ground, and shoulders forming with a glowing blonde mane, before-- Sching! The Form finally appears before them...

"Good to be back, Everyone." Zero would say with a smile, Taking the appearance of his typical Reploid form, Despite his fairly recent Ascension. "Figure it was about time i stretch my legs and go back to what i do best." Zero would say, crossing his arms and giving a confident smirk. "Taking down Mavericks." He would say, as he looked to the field. He gave Ciel and Roll-roll a soft smile and Knowing Nod. "Glad to see you guys are in good health." Well-- Zero has almost never seen Ciel in anything less than 'i have 2 months left of life and 7 years worth of work' mode. But Roll-roll wasnt dead. That was fine with him. He looks to Rhyme next...He seemed Unfamiliar with them, Unfortunately, As he gives them a nod. "Zero. S-class Hunter." He Introduces, and then finally--

The Student. Roll, Proper, Was to whom Zero approached. "They've got the right idea-- We could use any and all information to help us get in there. While i know our Goal is just to get Tango--" Zero had special interest in this mission, he was working on a new cat food recipe for tango to test out. "Probably would help if we remind this guy what might happen if he attacks us, or the Life Sphere ever again...But, I'll follow your order, Roll."

"Tell me what to do, And you can count on me."

[DLN-002 Roll Light]

"Hey Rhyme! Nice to see you again~!" Roll greeted her old friend from when she was working with Richter and a few other times. Still had to get used to the Vampire Killer...

"Heya! I'm Crash Man!" Crash Man introduced himself, extending a drill hand to shake... before looking down at it and retracting his hand. Roll gave the Robot Master a pat on the back.

"Oh something like that..." Roll began, about to reveal who this boy was before Zero came down as a mystical orb.

"... Boyfriend? Nope, not me," Crash Man did not understand the teasing apparently and Roll just kind of gave an awkward glance away. "Wait, brother?" He looked Roll-Roll up and down for a moment. "... Nope, never seen you before... Did Yami make a Roll when I wasn't paying attention to... No why would she be here..." Crash Man stumbled.

"Hey Zero! Glad you could make it. I don't know how good of a leader I can be but I'll try... This is Crash Man. He is a robot made off of Wily's designs to serve Yami. So in a way he's like a YN-002 Crash Man 2. I agreed to give him hands and he said he'd accompany here in return," Roll explained.

"Yep, crashing harder than before!" In more ways than one. "Anyway now that everyone is here... There are two other robots that were made by Yami that survived his initial plans. Snake Man who was given power over all snake like objects and Quick Man... He's fast. The real one we need to watch out for is YN-009. I... have no idea what his name or powers are. Yami only told me he is the strongest out of us. There might be one or two more as well but I do not know... I wanted to try and convince them to help the Life Sphere if we can..."

"... Okay, so I want to try and see if they will listen to reason before we destroy them. If Crash Man can go against what he was designed for they can, right?" She thought out loud to which Crash Man looked uncertain. "So, Crash Man, is there any tricks to this lab you know of?" Roll asked.

"... Yes, there is 3 main paths. One leads to the Natural Preserve, that is probably where Snake Man is hanging out... Then there's the main factory, that's where you'll find Quick Man. Finally the straight path which leads to the secret lab. That is probably where YN-009 is..." Crash Man explains.

"... Okay, I want to check out the Natural Preserve first. We can split up or stick together. We should probably check the lab last. If Crash is right then we don't want to fight the others if we have to deal with Yami's secret weapon," Roll suggested as she entered the factory and was about to turn left if no one objected. Crash Man seemed to pause as he glanced towards the back of the hall like structure of the building.

.... A big door stood there forebodingly. Was that where he was made? There was vines growing on the left side, purple in their coloration. The right side was cold metal. "... He isn't what will define me..." Crash Man mutters to himself after a moment. He seems to be having a bit of creator issues now.

[Zero, The Red Hero]

"Wily....Wily Wily Wily...Why does that name always sound so familiar..." Zero quietly ponders, before shaking his head. "Regardless, Three Mavericks to take down. Sounds like a typical Mission, then." Zero would say with a smirk, as he looks across the Three Path's. Nature Preserve...Probably similar to Noah's Park, The Factory Area...Something about that sensed like incredible function. And then, the Middle Path, Down to the Secret Lab, where some Mysteriously Powerful Robot lay. Zero could feel his blood pumping at the opportunity to fight the strongest...Besides, If they took that one down first, perhaps it'd give this 'Yami' Guy a total run for his money.

Zero looks to Crash Man and...Quietly approaches, and pats his shoulder. "You make your own path. Remember that." Was Zero's word of advice, Giving a confident Thumbs up to Crash of which crash could not replicate, Before looking...Away from the Nature Preserve, And instead, Towards the Two other path ways...And smirking as he begins his path down the factory way. "Snake Man? Heh. Sounds like he'll be no problem at all for all of us at once...I dont know about you guys, But, I think i want to have a little fun first. I'll take out Quick Man. When we're done, We'll meet back here nd go into the Secret Lab, Yeah? Besides, We dont have alot of time before something might happen to Tango. Best hurry up the pace." Zero would say with full confidence. 

"Try not to turn Snake man to scrap too fast now." Zero would say, as he Goes down...The Factory Path!









....And once Zero was sure he was out of sight of the other's, Zero stops, Clutching his Hands... "...It doesnt feel right. Even now..." Zero would think to himself, as he closes his fists. He then takes a deep breath, and takes hold of his Z-saber, Slowly bringing it to his front, and then....Schwing! The Green blade alights, as Zero Dashes into Action!

Rhyme smiled as Crash Man introduced himself. Bit of an odd name, but hey, not her place to judge. After a bit, the other fellows joined in, all of them seemed to know Roll in one way or another. ...Well, she remembers seeing the Roll twin, but the others she didn't recognize. "Raimu Bito, but you can call me Rhyme. Nice to meet you!" she introduced herself back to Zero, though the more 'general' feel to the message implied she was introducing herself to the others as well.

With everyone now united, Crash Man talked about his 'brothers', who would likely stand in the way of them getting to Tango safely. Snake Man and Quick Man had easy to guess abilities, but then there was the mysterious YN-009. Rhyme's eyes flickered a bit with curiosity of this mysterious opponent. "Well, I'll see what I can do. Hopefully they're on a talking mood." Rhyme replied to Crash Man's plea.

As Roll decided to go towards one of the sections seemingly by herself, Rhyme followed and grabbed one of Roll's hands, giving it a little squeeze to catch attention. "Hope you don't mind me coming with you. No road is long with good company, as they say!" she said, before moving with Roll towards the Natural Preserve section if she didn't object to her presence.

Copy Roll blanched rather hard at Crash Man's response to being called brother, screaming internally as she managed to hurt herself by running her mouth. Frankly, not being recognized by anyone because she got killed and nobody bothered to remember her or tell anyone about her existence was the most boring, mundane HELL she hadn't expected to have to endure. Nevermind the question of why he was talking about Yami, whoever that was. She assumed she'd pick up on that if she hung around for a while. “...I'm a wilybot.” Copy Roll dejectedly explained before falling silent, her gaze falling.

She worked on cleaning herself up while the others talk, washing her hands, fixing her hair, discreetly vacuuming her dress, ...she wondered if she'd look good with eye shadow on. Copy Roll silently cast a jealous glance at the handholding going on between Rhyme and Roll. Seemed she teased the wrong person. Oh well... For now she just concentrated on restraining her more negative impulses.

[Doctor Ciel]

My name's Doctor Ciel. I'm Roll's mother and one of her creators. I'm not a combat specialist, but I'll do my best to take care of anyone who needs it.

Ciel quietly observed Copy Roll's distress, but declined to comment. She wasn't always sure what was bothering her, so her words would most likely be way off base. She also observed the hand-holding. Hm? ...Did she make a gay robot?? That was a very curious thought. After all, there was no such thing as a coincidence when you were dealing with computers. There had to be a reason, and it certainly wasn't explicitly programmed into her.

She suspected that the basis for this might be in Roll's original programming. There had been certain rules restricting how she was allowed to interact with boys that didn't apply to girls, probably for her protection from anyone who might want to abuse a girl that wouldn't otherwise legally be allowed to say no. She could definitely see how that might unintentionally make her more receptive to other girls, but all of that was just speculation. Her old programming was just a suggestion to preserve her personality at this point, after all. Alternatively it could've been related more to Rhyme herself. Or the support group of other girls who like girls they were blessed to have access to.

...Zero? I hope this isn't too much to ask, but can you please try to leave enemies programming modules intact? In case they need rescuing.

It was impossible to guarantee. For all Zero would know some smarmy fool could put a robot's programming module in their foot for some reason. But most of the time it was in the head mirroring the brain of humans, or less commonly in the chest. She then thought about the prospect of splitting up, with Zero running off alone.

...If you're going off alone, I'd like you to take Jackson with you. Just in case something goes wrong. Unless you'd like my direct support, that is.

She referred, of course, to her strongest cyber elf. She could send him off with Zero at the expense of not having him for herself. But she felt like Zero would be the one to put himself in a deadly situation where he might need it out of all of them. She then turned to address Rhyme and Roll. As she spoke, she gestured to Copy Roll so that it was clear which Roll she was referring to. 

...If you two want, I can take Roll and seek out the Secret Lab, or seek out a control center so that I can support you remotely.

Normally she would've wanted to go with them, but she had a feeling that having her around and The Grump trying to bully them might be unpleasant or even downright distracting, so she decided to restrain her Mom urge and give them a way out of that.
