Appearance:
History On Li: While Maleficent was pursuing the Black Box a figure caught her attention. Someone else that seemed to be following them or at least appearing all over. It was not common for people to traverse the world like she has. Investigating this figure she found a corridor of darkness. She could tell something was up with this. Someone that could spoil all her plans if unchecked...
With this in mind Maleficent traveled through it with her bird Diablo by her side. The world she saw was already one on the verge of destruction but no portal she conjured seemed to have a way back. On top of that someone was enacting a way to control this world without her at the helm... A world of worlds... Yes, she had to get rid of this threat so she can take it for herself. However she realized on her own that may prove futile. So the Evil Fairy found the Life Sphere.
There she met a kid who was one of the city's leaders... she was not impressed by her display. So now she had to devise a plan... maybe hire some fools to help her achieve her own ambitions. Either way the Starvia and Mother Brain had to go but could they say she was on their side?
Primary Attacks (3)
Cursed Light: A glow from Maleficent's Staff signals green flames upon the battlefield to scorch her enemies with unrivaled hotness. Has a 50% chance to burn but costs 5 recoil. 1 turn cooldown. [Heavy WIS Attack, 23%]
Arcane's Wrath: Maleficent uses all her power to create a powerful disaster whether this be the form of meteors, causing quakes, a hurricane, or other forms of Arcane Terror she strikes the foe with pure power. However she requires a lot of concentration doing this, lowering her next dodge by 2. [Heavy WIS Attack, 30%]
Thorns of Torment: Creates spiked thorns from the ground that deals pretty good damage. For an extra action Maleficent can use the conjured roots to grapple her victim in a ranged hold that targets STR with her WIS. 1 turn cooldown. [Heavy WIS Attack, 22%]
Special Attacks (3)
Dragon from Hell: Maelficent, usually as a last resort, uses her powers to turn into a huge and terrifying black dragon, changing her mental stats for more physical oriented ones and an array of dragon abilities different than her usual magic.
Death's Kiss: A curse that drains the life force of the victim and transfers it to Maleficent for a very strong life transfer spell. The Curse is physically unavoidable but those with strong wills can resist the spiritual pull. Has a -2 to her next dodge but deals massive damage and heals her for half the damage it deals. 1 turn cooldown. Targets INT. (Heavy WIS Attack, 30%)
Powers of Hell: Maleficent summons the powers of Hell itself into her body. Darkness represented by green flames flows through her but her Heart is strong enough to endure it. For 3 turns her WIS Mod is increased by 2 and all damage she deals is increased by her WIS Mod. If she switches to Dragon Form while Powers of Hell is activated this switches to benefit her STR Stat. After three turns she can keep the darkness flowing but at this point it becomes a burden to her body inflicting Severe Fatigue for every turn she keeps it up. 3 turn cooldown.
Final Smash (1)
Immortal Fairy: Some villains are harder to put down than others and Maleficent is no exception. If she hasn't used her Final Smash but her HP is put below zero, her body is destroyed her cloak is left behind. On the next turn Maleficent's HP will be set back to 0 and she will regain 80 HP as she rises once more. For the cost of 10 less HP she can activate Powers of Hell as a free action. However this revive puts an additional turn of cooldown on all her moves for 3 turns as she is still recovering her strength.

Dragon Maleficent
Appearance:
Primary Attacks (3)
Claws of Terror: Maleficent swipes at a foe with her fearsome claws. This attack is probably her most basic form of attack. [Heavy DEX attack, 19%]
Hell's Flames: Deadly green fire breathed from a fearsome dragon. While it does not inflict burn like Maleficent's, it still does a high amount of damage, however she has a -2 to her next dodge while expewing the flames on the battlefield [Heavy DEX Attack, 30%]
Mortal's Bane: Maleficent bites at a foe with her jaws. Her mouth contains a deadly toxin that you certainly don't want to be victim to. Poisons the foe and for an extra action can be chained into a Grapple Initiation. However she takes a -2 to her next dodge. [Medium STR Attack, 17%]
Special Attacks (3)
Evil Fairy: Maleficent calms down her rage and reverts to her more magic based Evil Fairy form.
Maw of Despair: Maleficent proceeds to use her dragon form's strength to plunge her victim to everlasting darkness... Specifically the Dragon's Stomach. This inflicts Devoured to her target and for an extra action can also inflict Disabled as she unleashes a cursed bite first. 2 turn cooldown.
Obsidian Scales: Maleficent's scales start glowing with a dark sheen, deflecting the next three attacks that hit their mark, cutting the damage in half. 3 turn cooldown.
Final Smash (1)
Harbinger of Hell: Maleficent lets out all her fury at once as she gives the enemy no quarter, a thick veil of darkness coming from her as she lets loose an empowered barrage of vicious strikes. This buff still applies if she switches back to her Evil Fairy self mid buff. For 4 turns her Stats are increased by 6, her damage is boosted by 5 and any damage she takes is reduced by 5.
Other Info:Maleficent can call one of two Heartless to her side. These function as Companions and last the whole mission or until it is killed. Only one can be chosen. Every two rank ups she gets a new Heartless she can command.

-Cerberus Bite: The Defender bites the foe with his dog like shield. (Medium STR based attack, 18%)
-Cerberus Fire: The Defender fires a Ball of Fire from his shield, dealing damage and having a 50% chance to burn. (Medium WIS Based attack, 10%)

-Defend the Queen: For the cost of one of it's actions the Defender moves in front of Maleficent to shield a hit, causing it to take half the damage it would of normally in her place. 2 turn cooldown.
-Cerberus Frost: The shield unleashes a frosty breath that chills the opponent trapped in it's wake. 2 turn cooldown. (Heavy WIS Attack, 26%)

-Gravity: Unleashes the power of the stars to crush their foes. The foe takes a -2 to dodging the next attack aimed at them and they can not shield it. 3 turn cooldown. Targets CON. (Heavy WIS attack, 20%)
-Cure: Heals Maleficent's HP with a healing move. What an annoying enemy. Heals Maleficent for 1d15+Charisma. 3 turn cooldown.
