The preparations had begun for the Ultimate Farce.  The planned and forced wedding of two people who should not be wed was about to go underway... but Count Bleck found himself in the wrong place after claiming the Chaos Heart.  It has become oddly unresponsive and the Void does not unwind the dimension's sky.  Count Bleck is incredibly confused.  Worse, the Dark Prognosticus seems to have abandoned him.  It no longer flies by his side.  B- He had done everything according to its scripture and... it is gone and nothing is as it should be.

It would seem the farce is still upon himself.

What good are happiness and hopes and dreams?  What good are the worlds?  Everything is dead and dark without...  ...not even the hope of letting everything shatter worked.  It did not even take the Hero of Legend to stop Count Bleck's work.  Just this strange world with... ...  Wait, wasn't that plant in a completely different dimension from the animal chewing on it?

It would seem the Count Bleck has to figure out whether this is the Void's deeper parts or if it is an illusion someone cast over his eyes.


Primary Attacks (3)

Scepter Smack: Bleck uses his scepter as a melee weapon.  [Light Strength Attack, DMG 8%]

Dark Magic: Bleck swings his scepter to send a dark magic blob at an enemy. [Medium Wisdom Attack, DMG 18%]

Twirl Scepter: Bleck reaches out and spins his scepter like a baton.  Bleck has a maximum reach of 9 feet with the tip of his scepter.  The diameter of attack along the axis is only 5 feet.  [Medium Dexterity Attack DMG 22%]  1 turn cooldown.

Special Attacks (3)

Void Cloud: Using his scepter as a focal tool, Bleck creates a dark cloud composed of Void to inflict Suffocation on a single target.  60% chance.  Roll 1d100.  If successful, someone has to disrupt Bleck's focus in order to break the effect.  (ex: shine a bright light in his face, hit him in the head or with a heavy attack, jostle his scepter, bring his damage to over 80%). 3 turn cooldown.

Dimensional Flip: Counter move. Roll against enemy attack with Intelligence for timing. If successful, Bleck appears behind the enemy and deals 1.5x the opponent's intended damage. Failure makes Bleck get hit instead. 2 turn cooldown.

Time Scepter: Scepter rises into the air and spins like clockhands. Bleck's temporarily moves faster to spams a cluster of dark magic blobs at a single target.  [Heavy Wisdom Attack DMG 22%] 1 turn Cooldown.

Final Smash (1)

Call of the Void: Count Bleck takes his scepter and carves a line through the dimensional fabric. With a quick fluid motion, it is torn open and the Void shines through. Everyone within a radius of 15 feet of Count Bleck is drawn into the black whirlpool. The Void crushes their bodies for 40% Damage. The fabric fixes itself as Bleck lacks the Dark Prognositcus's instructions or the Chaos Heart to help maintain it.


Other Info:
From before the game's events. On one hand, relieved that the Dark Prognosticus didn't predict this. On the other hand, what else did the tome fail to predict? Is the path that he was condemned to even real?
Said book isn't present.  This is causing Count Bleck low key stress.
