Welcome, fellow warriors of the fray, to Super Smash Brothers: LIFE ITSELF!
We are the original SSB RP forum, and are a dedicated, friendly, community.
Years after the Subspace Emissary collapse, a mysterious explosion forced Nintendo Universes to a planet called Li.
A mystical force is said to be the cause of bringing everyone into a trap of noxious gas known as Starvia.
It is up to the new Smash Brothers of Li to step up and change the world through their actions.
Will you make the right choice?

EVENT MISSION Dark Emerald Coast Mission Creator: Professor E. Gadd
Rolling Required? (Y) Variant Rules:
• There will be a 1 week deadline between mod posts. Anyone who falls short of the deadline before my next mod post will be skipped and, in combat, your character is likely to be hit by all attacks coming their way. Failure to meet this deadline three times in a row will get you booted from the mission and your character may be subject to an embarrassing defeat, bringing much shame. If you know you will be incapable of meeting a deadline, let me know beforehand. • This is an event mission, so it will not count towards your current mission count. • Signup with as many characters as you like, and without worry of how many slots are taken. All Time Travel event missions will have their rosters carefully picked through so that every member will have at least one character involved in at least one mission.
Rank Required: N/A Adventurer Slots:
• Nobody • Shadow • Donkey Kong
“Oh ho ho ho… Seems I made a fatal error in making this a public invitation… Come, I’ll show you what I mean. I present to you, the Past Pack! My latest foray into time travel technology. Its snug, easy to wear, and quite fashionable if you’re going for that high tech look. Oh, its also capable of sending the wearer back in time, but I assume you got that part. If you look at the back here, you’ll see a little window showing you what its being powered by, each of them is something different, this one has a Chaos Emerald!
Ahem, now then, with show and tell over, I suppose I should tell you why I set you aside from the others. Getting the Starvia samples is certainly important, but we had another problem. Someone broke into my lab, without any of us knowing, almost like they appeared from thin air. They came in and stole one of my Past Backs! Normally I could remotely bring it back here, along with the user, but it seems they overrode that safety lock.
Whoever it is, we can’t just have them warping around through the timestream, who knows what they’re after or what they plan to do. They could be an Absolutionist going back to retrieve the ship before it was destroyed, could be an old crime boss from Gang Wars trying to recover their lost army. All we do know is that they went back in time to that confrontation between Eggman’s forces and Black Doom on the old derelict Egg Carrier in the Dark Emerald Coast.
Whatever it is they’re up to, you need to put a stop to it!”
Objective: Stop the time thief.
• Eye of the Kremling: A mystical trinket said to be crafted in the Kremling’s home of Kremland. It takes on the form of a closed crocodilian eye. When the user encounters a situation of extreme bad luck though, it opens to reveal the Eye of the Kremling. The eye will only open after the wearer rolls a nat 1, after which, the wearer will be bestowed with a boon of good luck, making the next roll of their choice an automatic nat 20. After its gift of luck is given, the eye will close once more, resting for the next day or so before its power is rejuvenated (in other words: this item can only be used once per thread). • Healing Field • Ink Bottle

"On the hunt for a thug with stolen time tech? Finally something just my speed."
"Call me Nobody. Best mercenary, assassin, and odd-jobber around. Dimensional disturbances happen to be a specialty of mine, so your guy's as good as 'got' if you put me on the case... For a not-so-modest fee of course."
Nobody is making his services available to help capture the time thief!
...i'll make a new one soon... I swear *shifty eyes*

PSYCHcynda1Blade Unlimited Heyo, so it has come to my attention that this period of time is not super convenient for most people involved in these threads, so for the sake of easing the load, I will be extending the deadlines from 7 days between GM posts to 10 days. It isn’t much, but my NX missions are a little bit behind when compared to the other missions. That’s in large part my own fault, considering that my missions had a month-long delay. What’s done is done though.
I have another proposition to make though. Seeing as I am behind, I do want to incentivize people to post more quickly, if they can. So, here’s my offer. See my phat wallet. After my next mod, I will pay you 100 coins if you post within 3 days of my GM post, 50 coins if you post within 5 days. If you post within 5 days for 5 post rotations in a row, I will buy an attack for any character of your choosing, that’s a one time deal though.
