Through the Facility gate, A Group of Mettaurs, Sniper Joe's and a few other various machines run into the building with Dr. Wily atop there heads and shoulders, Dr. wily tied up comically in a bundle of Rope, as Wily let out an angry array of shouting, Words like 'DISMANTLE' and 'HELP' and 'FKLJWSHGFAJKG' Being yelled-- Though that last one may need a German lexicon to figure out properly.

Regardless, Before the Front gate of this facility, Various Infected Machines walked back and forth in a Single File March, Organized one after another. The Front gate was clearly a no go zone, as a group of Robot Masters, Clearly unprepared for what was coming ahead, stared at the gate. "Hey guys? ...They look strong." Wood man would say in a Dopey voice, as Quick man patted him on the shoulder "Trust me big guy, We can see that."

"We dont really need to beat them. Just make enough noise that the second team can sneak in undetected." Air Man would say, arms crossed as he looked to Crash Man. "You planted the Bomb, Right?" Air Man asked, as Crashman nodded. "B-believe it or not, i can do atleast that." He said, With an air of disgruntledness he was even asked if he did his job properly. "Well, In that case...Time to make some noise. Crash, You start us off." Quickman asked.

"What?? Why me?" Crash proceeded to Object. "Because, You make the biggest boom. Perfect distraction." Quick man quickly added. "B-but, Then they'll just target me..." Crashman asked. "Oh, Like how that hazama guy one shot you?" Quickman asked, making crashman go silent. "Or that time a bunch of Cuccoo's saw you and pecked your eye out just cause?" Added Woodman. Crashman began to shake. "Yeah...Not gonna lie crash. You suck." Heat man finished, Just adding to piss Crash off, as Suddenly, Crashman's eyes flew into bloodshot.  




"...I mean, you REALLY Suck--"



"STOP SAYING I SUCK YOU STUPID FREAKIN' BUCKET OF BOOOOOOOLTS!!!"


Crash man screamed this out in a Fury, As he Charged down the Infected Robot Militia, As they shot at him repeatedly, Until Crash man made impact with the Gate and... KABOOOOOOM!! In a Rage, Crash Man....Crashed into the Front gate, in a Giant explosion of Crash Bombs and Drill strikes, as the Other Seven Robot Masters nodded among each other. "Good job Team...Lets go stop him before he kills wily too."

And like that, an array of Leaf Shields, Air Cannons, Bubble Lead's, Metal Blade's And Atomic Fire's flew about, Blasting through the Armies in the Facility, causing many more machines to come out to continue the sudden fight!

 KABOOM! ...Except, To less an extent on the front gate. On the far north side, A Second Explosion burst on the back wall, Which, Acted as a Convenient hole for a team of Megaman, Axl, and Fawful to sneak past the battlefield, and into the Main Building to go grab Dr. Wily. There was an Open Garage Door, which lead conveniently into the restg of the building, which descended down the cliff, and into the infected waters below. Somewhere in that whole facility, Was Dr. Wily. Time to go find them!


"T-that robot's kinda scary..." Kalinka would say, Sitting beside the wall and staring in to see--


"IM GOING TO TEAR YOUR CIRCUITS AND  STRING UP YOUR CREATOR'S MOTHER WITH THEM--"

Fawful is There!



Flying a strange green electrical hoverpad is an ever odder diminutive green man in elegant red robes. And staring through some hi-tech binoculars with telescopic lens embedded in them he spies what is going on at the front gate as the robots made by the doctor use their weapons to free their creator. He is certainly impressed by the craftsmanship of these robots and the power of their weapons from what he sees. He lets out a hearty chuckle.

"I have intrigue! I see that the doctor of Wileyness has crafted fine robots that create much of the devastation. Like a destructive tortilla chip dipping into the salsa of fury. Once this is done I am needing to be having the talk with them to share notes. My favorite has to be the one that throws those blades of metal, truly he has the most fury among them." Fawful said.

After that, he puts his hi-tech binoculars down and turns to Kalinka and the open garage door leading into their way inside. And then the others.

"I do believe I am not quite having acquaintance with you all. Allow me to introduce myself. I am Fawful the one who once brought fury to the Mushroom Kingdom. And yet that fury was snuffed out and now Fawful is turning over the new leaf." he explains.

He then does a jovial twirl as he chuckles some more.

"I also have gratitude. For letting me join among you for the mission. I assure you I will be the asset of most value and if you ever having the trouble with the hacking then I shall be the one to get us through. But may I ask the question? Exactly whose facility is this place being owned by?" Fawful said.

Axl was in the area, thankfully to help out with dealing with enemies while getting a certain mad doctor out of this place. "Axl, a pleasure. As for who could be running this place, I'm not sure." Axl said as he pulled out the Laser Pistols, then looking around. "We should be on guard in case of searchlights or patrols, just to be safe." he added as he carefully goes to the hole to go into the facility.

His trigger finger had that itch, an itch that could only be scratched by kicking the collective rear ends of his enemies.

Mega Man warped next to the front gate in a flash of blue, looking at the base with slight apprehension.

Rock would admit to himself that there was several reasons he wanted to save Dr. Wily. One of them was admittedly more childish than most - the irony of Wily being saved by the robot (or well, Reploid) he tried to destroy multiple times had a certain level of amusement behind it. On the other hand...there was a nagging thought behind his thoughts: what if this was a ruse? Wily was pretty smart, after all. Who's to say this wasn't an elaborate plan of his?

Well, if it turned out to be the case, he could take him down again. He glances over to Kalinka, Pharaoh Man, Axl and Fawful, giving them a nod. "DLN-001/DCN-04, Mega Man. Nice to meet you. I hope we can work together." he said...mostly to Axl and Fawful, because he already knew Kalinka and Pharaoh Man. "Mm...I think this faculty's been abandoned, and the rogue robots are using it as a sort of home or base of operations for themselves." he replied to Fawful's question.

The sound of Crash Man's Crash Bomb echoed as the front gates blew up, opening the way for them to save Dr. Wily. His Robot Masters should keep the frontlines busy for a while. "Alright, let's move." Mega said and nodded in response to Pharaoh Man. "Kalinka, stay next to Pharaoh Man." he gently instructed, before taking a couple of steps in, grasping his Mega Buster in anticipation.

As the sounds of war turned from loud kabooms into quiet background noise as the group of 5 entered the Garage, Pharohman nodded toward fawful. "I dont suspect we'll be getting out of here without meeting whoever is behind this. " Pharaoh man said with a warning as what may come, as They approached the First door into the Facility, Two glass pull doors. However, The team wouldnt quite get too far ahead with that, as Pharoh Man tried to pull the doors, only for an Almighty Push to cause the Pharoh to step back.

"Hard man? Dont suppose your here to h--"

Clamp! Hardman suddenly grabs Pharohman, And throws him flying overhead of the group, Making Kalinka squeak out a 'Pharohman!!' In surprise, as she ran to Pharohman's aid, as Axl, Fawful and Megaman would be left staring down Hard Man. Hard Man gave no words, And only began to Make way towards Megaman, To Grab him! Should Hard Man Succeed, He was going to flail Megaman around like a Sack of Potatoes, and throw him right into a nearby Tank!

Then, Hardman looked to Fawful, Raising his Fist, Which rocketed off of his arm with a Jet-engine fire and speed to Blast him away!

Fawful could only watch, more curious if anything. When they see the strong silent robot approach. After it threw Pharohman back Fawful sees a rocket fist going towards him. He tries to twirl out of the way.

 And Fawful manages to successfully twirl out of the way. As the room is filled with his iconic laughter.

"I have chortles! You really think someone as slowness as you can hit Fawful? You may not be able to feel the pain but Fawful can assure you you wish you were the dead!" he exclaimed.

 He then pulls out from his robes an odd helmet as places it on his head. The "head" on top of the helmet then "spits" out two energy balls towards Hard Man. As Fawful reaches into his robes to get out a gun as he changes the setting to "Starblast". As he shoots star shaped projectiles made with a little Dark Star Energy he still has absorbed within him.

"Fawful cannot be the waiting to study your insides robot!" he yelled at Hard Man.

"Pharaoh Man!!" Mega yelled as the other Robot Master was sent flying, the Blue Bomber glaring at Hard Man afterwards. "Why are you doing this, Hard Man?!" he asked...only for the Robot Master to look his way and try to make a grab for him. Oh no.

Mega Man slid away from Hard Man's grasp in a very close call. If he was just a millisecond late, he would most likely get grabbed and...who knew what else was gonna happen to him. "Alright then...you asked for it!" Mega Man spoke, knowing full well Hard Man was not going to listen. He would then slide by Hard Man's side, though during the way, he'd go and grasp the Robot Master's leg. His arm began to glow slightly as the Copy Chip registered weapon data...

((Using up an action for Mega Man's Variable Weapon System! He's gonna copy one of Hard Man's attacks!))

After this, he'd get back on his feet, loading weapon data from Charge Man before going for another slide, though this time, his legs were covered by an energy shockwave, the slide kick targeting Hard Man's feet, in an attempt to topple or...at least make him lose a bit of balance and take time to recover.

Axl would turn around and without exerting too much effort, walked to the left as Hard Man tried to tackle him with football style, having decided to not want to be mangled by such a move.

"So uncivilized...  Maybe a blitzkrieg of Bound Blaster shenanigans can whittle you down...  After all, it'll be my first time aquiring Robot Master DNA for my shape shifting capabilities." Axl said as he made good on his wanting to make Hard Man's DNA data his own.

And he also made good on his threat of Bound Blaster usage because he wanted to save the use of his more dangerous Spiral Magnum for when he needs to use it.

Hardman was certainly playing the 'Strong and Silent' Type, As Hardman watched Megaman slide closer, Preparing to nab him as he was Copied!

Following that, Some Kicks to his Leg and his Face, as well as an array of explosives by Axl caused Hardman's armor to Finally crack a bit, as he stumbled back at that third bomb, Stomping on the ground with a heavy Thump! Hardman stopped with a groan,  Rubbing the back of his head as suddenly, from the Smoke of Pharohman's Impact, a Giant Hurled ball of Solar Energy struck Hardman dead on!

"Now now, Those three arnt the reason Doctor Light made you so hefty. No need to take it out on them." Pharoh Man would sass, as Kalinka, Standing behind him, would gulp. "Pharoh, Maybe dont egg him on??"

"He threw me through a wall. I'd say he;s pretty much egged on already."


Hardman, Still silent as ever, suddenly crossed his arms as if in a body block formation, Before with a rush of power-- SCHING! His Armor Repairs itself, and reinforces itself once more!

Hardman restores 30% HP! As well, Hardman gains a Shield!

And then there came poor Megaman. To which Hardman suddenly reaches out to grapple once more, And further more, Attempt to Slam Megaman into the tiled floor on repeat.

Megaman! Roll a 16 in DEX to Dodge! You can shield this, however, Shielding causes the Grapple to Auto-succeed. If you fail to Dodge, You will be SLAMMED into the Ground for 20% Damage. If you fail to roll a 14 in STR, You take 10% Damage on repeat until you succeed, with a stacking +1 in STR Each failure.

"Fawful hates the fact that you are not the talking! How is Fawful supposed to be doing the delivering of the insults if you do not have reaction fink rat?! At least have a different face on your face!" he angrily asked Hard Man

After all that they achieved the mighty Hard Man was not down and out, but instead, put up a shield to protect themselves. And this caused him to be visibly flustered, stomping the floor of his hovering saucer and his glasses changing to an angry expression, as steam comes starts spouting from the sides of his head as if coming out of his tiny earholes.

"You think you are save in your shield but my fury shall break through it. You may have the layers of a hardy onion but my fury shall cut it apart and make a delicious blossom out of with the spicy sauce of victory on the side!" he boasted.

After he is done butchering the English language more than he already has done in his entire life Fawful's Vacuum Helmet head turns into a large blunt hammer. He then t-poses as the jets on the Vacuum Helmet turn to allow him and his saucer to spin until he is like a top. As he flies towards Hard Man to hit him with a combo of attacks from his might spin.

"Nailed it!" Mega said to himself as the data from Hard Man was successfully copied. Then his eyes widen as he looks over the attack he got. "...Reploid tech? How??" she asked himself. The only one he knew that could upgrade a Robot Master to a Reploid was his mom, Dr. Ciel! Did she upgrade Hard Man before? No...something about this didn't feel right...

Mega Man's train of thought is derailed when he feels Hard Man grab his leg. Oh-oh. Bracing himself, he gets slammed onto the ground with great force, the blue bomber grunting in pain as the damage registered on his body. However, before Hard Man could do it again, Mega wrestled himself free from his grasp, landing next to the group in a bit of a stumble.

"Ngh...alright then. Let's get serious! Power Gear!" Mega Man called, his body glowing a faint red aura as the Double Gear System activated. He didn't have a way to strike through Hard Man's armor, so the best alternative was to wear it down with hard hitting attacks.

(Power Gear activated! Mega Man's attacks deal 1.5x damage and he gets a +3 to STR-related checks for 3 turns!)

Mega then transformed his right hand into a Mega Buster, pointing it straight at Hard Man as he began charging the energy in the Buster before firing at the former Robot Master, the Power Gear helping Mega Man to fire a superpowered Charge Shot!

After the Charge Shot, Mega Man changed weapons. His body gained a dark blue and gray coloration, his helmet changed to slightly resemble Hard Man's, and his hands were replaced by bulky rocket-powered fists. "Reinforced Hard Knuckle! HI-YAH!" Mega Man shouted, shooting one of the rocket fists towards Hard Man...except it traveled at super high speeds thanks to the Power Gear.

...Whoa, that attack was something else. It was a bit more difficult to steer than the original, and Mega felt his movement be hampered slightly. Well, this is gonna be a tough one to work with, but he was up for the challenge. Right now, though...Mega Man rushed towards Hard Man and changed his weapons again, this time to Charge Kick. He then delivered a double supercharged kick to the giant Reploid, in hopes of whittling down his armor some more.

Tanking the Multitude of Spin attacks from Fawful caused the Shield across Hardman's body to shimmer brightly as he  took the blows, Standing tall against Fawful as he prepared to reel back, and...

Axl, Using his Magnum Revolver, Had the incredible intillect to blast cleanly through Hardman's Shield, Causing it to burst open in a Hexagonal array, causing Hardman to Stumble back and land onto his back foot. "...Damnit." Was all Hard Man would say to that, As an array of buster fire hit Hardman dead on, With Hardman hodling his arms up and blocking Axl's attacks quite decently. However, It was Megaman's Abilities that stunned him, as Megaman's Charge Shot blasted Hardman incredibly hard, Causing him to buckle onto his knee, Leaving him open for a taste of his own medicine, a Jet-boosted Hard Knuckle smashing Hardman's gut , Causing his armor to crush into peices, As a Charge Kick opened a hole to his power core, and with a charge Shot...

Kaboom!! Hardman exploded into pieces, as his body fell apart, and an array of Reploid Chips and Upgraded parts, Mixed with old, classic era parts landed across the field. Megaman may in particular notice a few key ones-- Incredibly Heavy and Hearty Armor, even for Internal gears and Peices, and...A Small, Red Gear. A Power Gear, Infact! These robots werent just upgraded, they were super duper souped up!



...Oh, and also Hard Man's Head, Who lands infront of Kalinka with a loud 'THUD!', as Kalinka jumps back and starts Kicking Hard Man's head repeatedly. "Ow. Ow. Ow. Please Stop. Ow." Hard Man's head spoke, Seeming t have a Power source in his head to keep his mind running.

"Looks like the first guard is down. Shall we Continue?" Pharoh man asked the group,. Gesturing for the Door that Hardman had come from. "Or, You know. Scrape up parts. I know how you mad sciency types work." Pharoh would say toward Fawful.

Mega Man made sure to gain some distance as Hard Man began to explode, and with him defeated, he saw the pieces of the fallen enemy rain down. Out of curiosity, Rock picked up a couple of pieces that caught his attention. Some pieces he knew from his time as Dr. Light's assistant, others that resembled the pieces Ciel had in her lab, armor fragments and--

"A Power Gear?" Mega questioned, picking up the broken part of the Double Gear System he was currently using. Hard Man's upgrade was a crazy mish-mash of new and old parts, with some added tweaks. This definitely wasn't his mom's work, which begged the question: who could have upgraded Hard Man to a Reploid..?

"...I've got a bad feeling about this." Mega Man mumbled, thinking back to Dr. Wily. Could he be the one...? Well, it was only a guess, but he was already having his doubts about Dr. Wily being actually kidnapped... "Be careful, everyone! There might be more Robot Masters with these upgrades deeper inside. ...Or, well, Reploids, since that's what they're called..." he warned, before moving towards the place Hard Man came from, Mega Buster out as he checked if it was safe to move onward.

Act on him, as Pharoh man, Strong in his gaze forward, looked to Megaman.  "...Upgrades? How much more upgraded can you make a Robot master like us?" Pharohman would ask, before shaking his head and progressing forward...

Inside the Facility, There was a very loud, very distressed voice. A Familiar one as well...Wily. 'Let me out of here you ingrates! I designed the blueprints for you, you lowsy no good disrespectful fools!!' Wily would loudly cry. Approaching the Voice, Megaman, Kalinka and Pharohman would discover that Wily was infact there, and trapped behind a Jail Cell. an Energy Barrier, keeping him sealed in his Cell.

"What the-- Mega Man?! And...Uh..."

'Kalinka!'

'Pharohman.'

"Whatever-- Help me, Now! These crazy things are off there programming, And they've got...Erm...Hey, is it...Hard to breathe out there too?? It smells like Smelting Iron..."

It was then, The group may notice that Wily's Cell was filling with a Black Smog...Starvia! He was being infected! Which means, They needed to get him out ASAP!

"Wait-- This looks like really old tech! I can probably hack the door if you guys can give me time!" Kalinka encouraged, as she huddled close to the Door's panel, Starting to begin the Process of Hacking it...

And then-- A sudden attack!

(Megaman! A Heavy Projectile is being thrown at you! DEX Check of 14, or, It hits and deals 22% Damage!)


That Projectile, Once revealed, Was...Hard-man's head, Stripped of it's helmet and flesh, Leaving only...A Mechanical Skull.
