History On Li: Lucas had done it all. He had pulled the final needle, and society was being reborn with him as the figurehead of the New Mother Earth. He had lost so much, but now, he finally knew peace. But...he missed his brother. He'd do anything to grow up together with him.
He got a call from Flint, saying to meet him at New Merrysville, so he PK Teleported away. But, as his power was near unlimited at this point, the PK Teleport backfired and sent him to Li, where he awoke on a bed in the Life Sphere. A robot looked at him intently.
"Where am I? Who are you?" he asked. "My people need me!"
"NOT TO WORRY, HUMAN. I, R.O.B., WELCOME YOU TO THE LIFE SPHERE IN THE WORLD OF LI. WE WILL SHOW YOU THE WAY AROUND. FIRST, THOUGH, WE NEED TO KEEP YOU SAFE WITH A SHOT. IT WON'T HURT."
"Huh?! O-ok.... OW! That smarts!...wait. It's over!"
"YES HUMAN. YOU ARE FIT FOR LIFE IN THE WORLD OF LI. WHAT IS YOUR NAME?"
"Lucas, sir. Lucas Tazmily. The gracious king of New Mother Earth."
"AFFIRMATIVE."
Lucas then head out of the med bay and into the foyer. He was going to enjoy it here.


Primary Attacks (3)

Basic Atk 1: PK LOVE Slap [DMG 15%]


Lucas slaps forward and zaps the enemy with PK LOVE from his palm. Has a 10% chance of inflicting Paralysis.
Basic Atk 2: Downward Kick [DMG 6%]


Lucas kicks low. Can be comboed.
Basic Atk 3: Good Stick [DMG 20%]


Lucas slams forward with a stick. Has a 1 turn cooldown.




Special Attacks (3)

Special Atk 1: PK Freeze [DMG 15%]


Lucas guides a bolt of ice towards the enemy. Upon bursting, everyone in a 10 foot radius has a 35% chance of being Frozen. Lucas must cool down for 1 turns afterwards.
Special Atk 2: PK Fire [DMG 5%]


Lucas shoots a bolt of fire, bursting when it hits an enemy and Burning them.
Special Atk 3: PK Magnet [DMG N/A%]


Lucas manipulated gravity, pulling all items within a 100 foot radius towards him 10 feet per turn with the magnet active. 




Final Smash PK Starstorm (1)


Lucas summons meteors cascading from the sky to fall onto the earth. Enemies within a 50 foot radius suffer 35%.

Hello, I will be your trusty app reviewer for this evening, and I have a few simple balancing issues I’m going to have to go over with you before we can approve this app. Going in order:

Good Stick
Does too much damage for only a set back of a 1 turn cooldown. An attack like this would be doing 22 at maximum for a 1 turn cooldown, if you’re looking to do 25, you’d need a 2 turn cooldown instead.

PK Freeze
We don’t do half turns for cooldowns, first off. Second, even if we did, the setback would still be a bit too low to make it acceptable. You essentially have three options here, lower the chance to freeze by 30%, make the cooldown longer by 1 turn, or reduce the damage output of this attack by 3. Any one of these would make it acceptable, but it wholly depends on what you’re looking to sacrifice.

PK Starstorm
Even for a Final Smash, this damage output is a bit much. All AOE Final Smashes can only do a maximum of 40 damage. Stun is also a pretty nasty secondary effect, so if you wanted to keep that, the damage output of this Final Smash would also have to be particularly low, 20 damage at most.

Everything else here looks to be in order though. Just fix those up and we can move this into the approved section!

After reading through this app again, more specifically your History on Li section, I realized that you're using R.O.B. without their player's permission. Considering the role that the character plays in your backstory, you could very easily use a nameless NPC for the role. In the future, please ask for a player's permission before using their character in such a way. Common curtesy and all that jazz.

There's just one other thing that needs adjustment:

PK Freeze: I actually made a slight error in my first evaluation, Freeze is a greater status, so this move will require a bit more balancing than I initially realized. Again, there's three choices here; lower the damage by 7, lower the chance of Freeze by 35%, or increase the cooldown rate by 2 turns. Apologies for my oversight.
