History On Li: Soldier was rocket jumping as usual, then he had an idea. What if, we use rocket jump technology, to go to space? Surely no one else has thought of this and it is a BRILLIANT idea! He contacted the Manns, and they gave him the tools to build a gigantic US rocket to the moon.
However, once at the moon, his ship drilled through the core, revealing a portal to Li. Soldier fell all the way off the rocket, into the portal, and into Li.
The first thing he did was blast every Starvia he found to bits. They were different, they die! He went around generally being a nuisiance to the Life Sphere. Unfortunately, his felonies ended up with him in the Life Sphere prison. But he didn't wanna be known as the bad guy. So on working release, he strived to be a defender of the people, for they were his America now.

Basic Atk 1: Forward Shovel Swing [DMG 14%]

Soldier takes out a shovel and swings it it front of him, causing decent damage. 20% chance of inflicting Paralysis.
Basic Atk 2: Mantread Stomp [DMG 7%]


Soldier stomps the ground 3 times in quick succession
Basic Atk 3: Chokehold [DMG 9%]


Soldier puts the enemy in a chokehold. 70% chance of Gagged/Silenced.

Special Atk 1: Rocket Launcher [DMG 20%]


Soldier fires a rocket that can be angled. If at an enemy, it takes 1 post to reach them. If at feet, Soldier takes 5% damage and is launched 20 feet in the air. Landing on an enemy will deal 20 percent damage next round and have a 2 round cooldown.

Soldier waves his banner and buffs every ally in a 15 foot radius with advantage on attack rolls for each of their next posts.
