Shadow/Krystal/Vincent(Guest)
Through Shadow's efforts and barrage of attacks, the burning tyrant with a rage problem was slowly being dwindled down to nothing. With each strike of Shadow's spiny limbs the parts of the Tyrant's flesh kept ripping away. Spurts of blood shot from him at various times during each strike. Towards the end of his assault Shadow got a few charged heavier attacks in and nearly ground the enemy's head off. It staggered badly and could barely maintain its balance. Krystal finished it off with some grazing ice blasts and a spray of bullets shredding the thing apart with the fire scorching its body devouring the rest of it causing it to eventually fall to a heap.
Bleedout Chance Roll From Vincent FYXVS3YYp_1d100
Despite Vincent's bloody slash attack earlier, the creature did not bleed out. The fire simply charred it to nothing. As for the other nearly dead tyrant it had burned to death quite some time ago. The flames on it and surrounding it consumed it and its life quickly ended. With the beasts defeated the room began to shake even more violently and the fires began to grow hotter around them climbing up the walls and ripping through the rusted metal the various machines nearby were made of. Shrills and screams of other Tyrants and creeping beasts that were trying to come to the group's location and surprise them with a sneak attack were being burned alive in the vents and pipes they were attempting to travel in to reach the team. All paths were blocked by burning pieces of wreckage from the flames and consumed by fire to escape the area.
Vincent looked around trying to find any means at all of escape now that the enemies were taken care of. "We're trapped like rats! We took too long." Despite Shadow and Krystal's efforts, there was no way to flee from the flames. Vincent then looked directly above them, and noticed a weak spot in the ceiling; a part of the room the flames have yet to touch. He pointed his gun upwards and alerted the team. "You two. Come over here and grab on to me. I may have found a way out of here. It'll be a bumpy one however, but trust me, I'll see to it we safely escape and make it to the next floor." Vincent gestures to the others to latch onto his cape and fires a hole into the ceiling. He then clicks a button on Cerberus and a harpoon pops out of the gun. He was thankful they were all not trapped for a doomed fate after all.

Wolf/Ghor/Yumiko
The group overall decides to deal with the chained up Master Hand while the divided part of the team above were being surrounded by flames. It seemed between them all a few ideas of what to do with the Master Hand fluttered in their heads. Blowing up its chains being one of them; along with seeing about curing whatever disease it may have and setting it free in a more diplomatic way. One was more aggressive while the other was risky and close quarters. It would certainly be wise to make haste on whatever decision was decided, due to the crumbling room above and the danger the others may be in as the flames scorch through that vicinity. The Hand continues to breathe subtly and remains weak and suffering. No signs of aggression from its end is yet apparent; at least not in its current state. It wouldn't be too hard to free it from its binds without struggle.

Wolf listens to Yumiko's idea about the fire and a possible alternate route. He was admittedly intrigued where that other locked gate may lead them. It was the only path they have left alone. And climbing upwards into a burning room may lead to some major pain and hopeless efforts. With concern and a decision to make both about Master Hand and the route above, Wolf makes a judgment call. "I appreciate your thoughts on this matter lady, but putting all the pieces together, I honestly think freeing that Hand is the right move. Maybe it can rip that other metal gate we have yet to open over there and take it off its hinges in order to find us an alternate path to regroup with the others. I think if we were to try and climb that ladder now, the flames will be too strong, thoughts?" Aside from his current idea, he was fresh out of options.
Wolf then heard Ghor's suggestion of lobbing a grenade into the chained space and releasing the creature that way. Wolf immediately disagreed. "As much as I love explosions and alien body parts raining down around me reminding me of my days surviving Venom with a high kill streak, I have to disagree this time." Wolf remembered how calm in nature the Hand was and how much suffering the chained creature was going through. He didn't feel an explosive would help the situation other than anger it and hold a grudge with the team for the methods of its freedom being less than ideal. "We don't have the time to get into another battle right now, especially with a Master Hand. As weak as it looked, I am sure it is still capable of quite a bit of destruction. Besides...." Wolf touched on the matter of its nature. "It appeared...calling out for help in a way. It had a certain...sadness to it. I don't know. I just don't think blowing up its confines is the way to go." Wolf turns to the unlocked gate the Master Hand was resting in and makes his way there.
"Let me handle this." He gives an aside to the group with determination and confidence, then headed through the gate and finds the Master Hand exactly as it was before. Laying in pain, and its condition almost looked more dire than before. It was running out of time to be saved. Wolf slowly tip toes towards it and whispers to himself. "Ok there fella...nice and easy...let me get you out of there....please don't make this a thing." Wolf makes it to his chains until he was right next to the Hand and using his claws slashed with a quick swipe the weakest link on the chain. A subtle clink sound was heard and the Hand turned over on its palm and pushed itself up to a floating stance. It let out a groan of both relief and confusion. Wolf took a step back and gave a defensive pose.
"Shit did I make a mistake? What's your deal?" Wolf suddenly grew worried that his actions caused the Hand distress. But, after a moment of slight panic, the Hand stopped its commotion and pacing around the gated area and then faced Wolf; still flashing a purple hue and ended up pointing at his vest pocket. Wolf looked down and pulled out the black case holding the vials he received at the black market to cure the peculiar disease that seemed to riddle this place other than Starvia. The Master Hand then gives him a thumbs up.
Wolf, intrigued now, takes a vial out and attaches it to one of the syringes in the case and holds it out in front of Master Hand. "Is this what you want?" The Master Hand waves up and down confirming. Wolf smirks with a nod. "Alright. As long as you don't crush me to death. Then we're cool, ok?" The Master Hand turns his index finger upside down and presents it to Wolf. Wolf takes the syringe and injects it into its finger. It lets out a savage yell and the purple color began to flash around it excessively. It then began to squirm violently. Wolf jumps back even more creating space between the two.
After moments of discomfort, the aura around the Hand begins to dim. Its color returns to normal. It then calmly floats over to Wolf and pets him lightly on the head. "What...the hell..." He didn't like that gesture much. The Master Hand then began to psychically connect to Wolf's mind and speaks to him by raising his fingers in a pulling motion. Wolf freezes in place and hears a voice. Thank you for freeing me, dog. I am lucky to have been saved as my life force was quickly fading. We have much to discuss. I was experimented on by two powerful men that are atop this tower continuing their savage experiments on other beings and creatures they come across. Mixing a dose of Starvia with something...else. Something much more unpredictable and barbaric. Luckily the dose of Starvia they tried to inject me with wasn't strong enough to get me sick with that plague. But the other dose of what they used on me...that crazed drug....made me ridden with disease. I felt wild and careless. Craving things our species never have before. Flesh. Death. Blood. I was beside myself. Wolf listened with glassed eyes. He knew something was up here, just not to such a caliber.
"That's terrible. Insane. So I was right....something uncanny is going on around here. Do they just throw all their experiments down here after they no longer serve a purpose or don't produce the desired result or effect they want? How heartless." The Master Hand waves in agreement with Wolf's deliberation. I'm afraid so, canine. When they saw that I wasn't adhering to their commands and giving into their hive mind ways, they knocked me out, chained me up, and threw me down here. I was no match for their power. Their psychotic, evil power. More than what my own masters Galeem and Dharkon were even capable of. Together they have found a way to nearly perfect whatever concoction they are working on up there, and I fear they have Injected themselves with it. Now that I see what mindless power can do, I no longer wish to go down such a dark path. The Master Hand seemed completely serious in his statement. Staying firm to how little he did not want to go down that road.
"Who are they? And does this mean you'll help us?" The Master Hand hesitated, but ultimately gave Wolf an appropriate answer that would serve his needs, and the team. Yes. I will help you and your friends to get higher up this tower. As for whom those tyrannical individuals are. All I can tell you is they're human. They have unmatched wisdom and psychic power along with the effects of that drug they're making which would make any being much stronger than they were. And if they have mastered a mix of Starvia with this newfound savagery their making, they have already injected themselves with it and increased their strength tenfold. And they won't stop until they're powerful enough to craft an army and crush your precious Life Sphere. They want a land ruled by unpredictable chaos, not order. Master Hand makes a fist angered at their ideals. And I want my revenge on them. I want to break their insane machine up there turning the sky black. Then when I have it, I can continue my search for Crazy Hand and get a grasp on where his spirit is at these days. I hope they are well. Wolf exudes a sense of relief hearing the Master Hand's cooperation and offered aid in the battle here.
"That's fantastic. How is your ability for putting out fires by the way?" The Master Hand showed confusion and a bit of concern. Not something I can really do without my brethren Crazy Hand. Tornadoes and such are more his thing. And I am not entirely sure how that would help put out a flame. Wolf then went to Plan B and the team would have to follow along. "Right. Thought as much. Then, there's another gate over yonder. It's locked tight. Mind pulling it off the hinges so me and my team and find another way to regroup with the others?" The Master Hand obliges Wolf's orders. Now that I can do. Show me where we are to go, Fox. I will follow in return for saving my life. Wolf suddenly gets annoyed and shudders at the comment. "Wolf...it's Wolf." The Master Hand does not respond and simply follows him aimlessly. "Right. So, it's this way." Wolf guides him through the gate and then towards the group and introduces them.
"Hey you guys, told ya my way would work. This is Master Hand. A good one. Not a bad one. It's pretty grateful we saved its life." The Master Hand simply waves to the group and Wolf grins. "It can't talk, by the way. It communicates telepathically. But it'll help open that gate over there to find us another way to the rest of the team." The Master Hand gestures with a nodding motion as Wolf points to the other locked gate and it floats over to it. It then grips it tightly and with little effort rips it off the hinges and tosses it behind it. It then motions the group to enter. "This thing is awesome ain't it!?!" Wolf says this in hopes the team can trust it. But for now, they needed all the help they could get with the level of crazy they were dealing with.
"I guess we should get goin then. Unless one of you want to take the risk of climbing that ladder and hope you don't get burned by fire. Up to you." Wolf heads through the now gate less path and Master Hand follows behind him. There was alot more ground to cover, and with a new ally by their side, it's possible it won't be so hard to traverse. Maybe.
