The crowds were few, with many more coming, the capacity crowd filled the stadium, the lone wolf that was in the arena itself was clearly in the mood to have a spar with a worthy adversary that wasn't from his realm, though he also had his own reasons for this fight, as it was to see how he matched up to an opponent.

He was currently waiting for said opponent to enter the doors to the arena.  The one known by those in Hyrule as Ganondorf.

And darkness will spread like fire.... when light falls to desire....

The arena doors slowly opened to the roar of the crowd. Light began to peer through the open doorway to reveal the standing figure. A great metal boot stepped forward onto the dirt floor of the arena. It was followed by another step as the figure was bathed in the light of the sun. A smirk was upon the dark face as he began to walk slowly into the arena. A black cape trailed slightly behind frolicking in the light breeze, attached in a set of black metal armor. Bright red hair dressed into a golden headpiece offset the dark color tone of the rest of his out fit. A large sword sat in its sheath as the man folded his arms behind his back. 

The man stood on his side of the arena, smirking all the while. The sky began to bleed with dark clouds as the slight crackle of thunder emanated across the air. For the Dark King had arrived. Ganondorf. He had accepted this man's challenge to combat out of curiosity. He had never heard of this man, but clearly the man had heard of him. Ganondorf had helped defeat Tabuu after all. A certain reputation came with that sort of thing. His reputation was much greater than that, but only a few would know of that. People from his world.

As two fighters had finally entered the arena to battle, a referee needed to come before the fight could truly get started. Jumping from high above the crowds was the mystique puppet creature known as Geno and landing in the middle of the arena. He looked at both fighters and knew this would be an exceptional battle "I'll be the referee for this match up, the rules are simple in Sunshine Stadium. You get five moves each against one another, and whomever is down before that looses otherwise I decide the winner.

Remember this is merely a match and no one will be aiming to kill the other, at least I'd prefer you not go that far. If I find any you in breech of the rules I'll be sure to deal with you" informed Geno who pointed a finger at the feet of each player and let off a devastating beam towards their feet. He gave a glare to both"If you get the rules and the consequences then you can commence the battle" expressed Geno before he jumped and flipped onto on the walls of the arena to keep an eye on the battle, with a chop of his hands and the sound of his voice "Fight" added Geno as the battle was now on.

Ragna noded at geno to give him his acceptance of the rules, and unsheathed his Bloodscythe, looking at his opponent.

"Looking at you, I see that you might be worthy as an opponent, maybe even better than an old foe I have an axe to grind into." Ragna said as he got into the battle stance, prowling in a fashion akin to that of a wolf searching for an opening to strike.

Ganondorf glanced over as a small puppet like creature jumped down. It declared itself the referee for the battle and explained the rules. Ganon's brow furrowed in slightly annoyance. They were fools if they thought he was going to abide to some silly set of rules if he didn't want to. Luckily, he wasn't in the mood to be disruptive. 

The puppet flipped back declaring that the battle was to begin. Ganondorf looked back at his opponent who pulled out a fairly large sword. The outer edges were iron he believed, or perhaps steel. The inner parts of the blade were a unique reddish black. Ganondorf could sense a great magic lied within the blade. This would be interesting. The man, Ragna, then declared that Ganondorf might be a worthy opponent as he began to prowl. 

Ganondorf's face was unreadable for a moment. His arms were still folded behind his back as he was nearly expressionless. Then the silence was broken by a great and hearty laugh.

"AHAHAHAHAHA!!!""

Ganon's laugh echoed across the arena as the thunder above began to crackle and roar. He unfolded his arms and began to walk slowly forwards. He held the great grin upon his face as one of his hands came to rest upon his sword's hilt. As lightning flashed, he drew his great sword and held it before him in two hands. The sword the Sages had attempted to kill him with. He now used it as his own weapon. A symbol of his power. 

"I appreciate your analysis.... but it simply is off base. For it will be I deeming whether you are worthy in this little bout of ours. Come..... show me your power!"

Ganondorf stood about halfway across the arena with his sword held out before him. The big lumbering man seemed fairly slow. But Ganondorf had this battle planned out steps ahead. Ragna would find that appearances aren't everything.

Despite his puppety exterior Geno was a person once, and as such could see the contempt on Ganon's face. Weather this was related to him or the whole thing of rules in general was uncertain, but he knew of the monster named Ganondorf through words of the life sphere and the friends in hi places he still held. He was a villain from the place called Hyrule where the time warrior link and the gender crossing Zelda resided, he knew little of the other man save he had a big sword and seemed to show even enemies a mediocre of respect.

For now it seemed that the two were not making their moves right away, he wondered if their banter and words were masking a plan in motion or egotism. Geno kicked up a nearby stone and used it as a makeshift chair, waiting for these to stop blustering and start fighting. He only took this job because he thought it might be interesting, but so far he wasn't so sure. He hoped he at least got something out to it other then boredom, cause he may avoid taking the job again in the future otherwise.

Ragna was certain not to disapoint, and charged foreward, letting the blade of his weapon reveal what it actually was.

Ragna had then unleashed a Blood Scythe Spin Attack in attempt to suprise the Gerudo male, hoping to damage him and set him up sor a Melee range assault. "You should study more on what powers you never knew existed beyond your home field." Ragna said as his spin attack came within striking distance ov Ganondorf's right arm.
