History On Li: Toadette woke up in the barren wastelands of Li. Well, Toadette didn't... her powered up alter-ego Peachette did. Once she had finally managed to unravel herself from her enormous upturned frilly skirts, the former mushroom girl was startled and baffled at her appearance, and it didn't seem to want to go away like it used to when she removed the Super Crown from her head. Something was wrong. What had she last been doing before she woke up here? She couldn't remember... had she gone to bed? Was this a dream? Peachette's naturally floaty movements and random spangly puffs of pink magic certainly didn't help with proving otherwise. When pinching her own arm didn't help wake her up, she remembered her survivalist training and decided to explore her surroundings. 

Peachette's movements could cover a lot of ground quickly compared to Toadette's quick but stubby legs and diminutive height. After some time reaching key vantage points, she discovered the Life Sphere and encountered the survivors within recognizing a lot of old friends from Toad Town. However, even with her frantic explanations about her appearance, they treated her with an odd amount of deference due to her Peach-like demeanor. When she learned of the fate of the Mushroom Kingdom, coupled with the weird way that those she knew were treating her, her face crumbled and she wept and they huddled with her, joining in with their own tears.

After some time consoling those she knew, Peachette searched for her Starshroom crewmates (whilst attempting to avoid any embarrassing clashes with Princess Peach while she was stuck looking like her) but failed to find any of them within the Life Sphere. Survivors reported that they had not seen any of the Toad Brigade within the kingdom before the incident that brought them here. Peachette felt an urge to go out in search for them but first she needed a professional opinion on why she was stuck as Peachette. A solid explanation might help persuade the Toads from clinging to her skirts and calling her by a name that wasn't hers whenever she tried to leave the Life Sphere.

Lightweather Hospital couldn't give a medical explanation and the scholars at Hylia's Grace Academy couldn't help either. One suggestion was to seek out a Bonneter as they were experts in hat-related magic. She was introduced to Tiara, a Bonneter survivor who was already a friend and ally of Princess Peach, and the hat spirit offered to spend some time within Peachette's Super Crown to see what could be causing a seemingly permanent transformation effect. Over time, the two became good friends and though Tiara was still working through the cause of Peachette's form she was able to cause very temporary transformations back into Toadette for short amounts of time which was a start.

With Tiara's encouragement, Peachette felt more confident about going back out on an adventure in search of the Starshroom's captain and her crew. She just knew in her heart of hearts that they had to be out there somewhere. 

Primary Attacks (3)

Graceful Combat: Peachette has inherited some skills in combat through her Super Crown. She can punch, slap, kick and play a game of hop-scotch on heads from above with a series of stamps and stomps of her feet. [Light STR - 6%]

Bonneter Boomerang: Peachette tosses her crown and works with Tiara the Bonneter living inside it to guide the crown magically into a series of damaging hat tricks in her surroundings before returning to her hand. [Medium DEX - 16%]

Super Pickax: Now at a size where she can wield it properly, Peachette makes powerful swings with a glowing pickax from her adventures, which can grant surprising amounts of enchanted strength as it moves with a magical might of its own. [Heavy WIS - 22%]

Special Attacks (3)

Toadette Form: Tiara temporarily overrides the Super Crown's effects. The transformation takes a little time wrapping Peachette in enchantments throughout the experience. Gain a +4 buff to CON for rest of that round but afterwards take a Mini effect. While under Mini effect from this move, Peachette is temporarily Toadette using lesser versions of existing moves but she recharges Bubble Shield at 8% per turn. Lasts for three turns as per Mini effect. Three-turn cooldown.

Super Crown: Tiara uses her Bonneter magic to land the Super Crown on a target's head and temporarily possess them. If a ranged WIS grapple on the target is successful, activate this move to make use of grappled character’s moves in your turn instead of your own for rest of grapple. This doesn't spend grappled character's actions during their own turn. Effect gives target Peach-like attributes and "-ette" on end of their name. Once grapple is broken, effect ends. Two-turn cooldown.

Puff Pirouette: Peachette can magically propel herself on a burst of sparkly spore magic and float on her enormous shroom skirts. Puff Pirouette can be activated to add Peachette's WIS modifier to her DEX for a turn. If used to contribute to a dodge roll that succeeds, the dodge also deals 12% WIS DMG with a 20% chance of Blinded status on the attacker as a counter to their failed attack. One-turn cooldown.

Final Smash (1):

Ancient Cannon: A large, naturally-grown cannon blossoms out of the ground armed with either a Life Mushroom or Ancient Turnip. Life Mushroom will heal one target 60% whilst Ancient Turnip will damage one enemy 60% DMG. Peachette has to choose which ammo the cannon has before firing. Ancient Cannon disintegrates after firing a single powerful shot.
