History On Li: Willy was chilling in his mansion, admiring his Scrooge McDuck-like stash of treasures, when he saw one he hadn’t seen before. He touched it, and ended up in a world so incomprehensibly - REALISTIC! And POST-APOCALYPTIC! He decided to wait for a cab and put in a pipe and sat on a bench in the rubble streets. Eventually, a ramshackle truck drove by. He hitched a ride, since it wasn’t slowing down. He ended up in the Life Sphere, now penniless. He decided it was time to be the Sphere’s spelunker, in order to acquire treasure deep within Li’s crust, for getting back to billionaire status and helping the people of the Sphere.

Willy pokes his cane to the left, then the right, and finishes by swinging his cane like a bat.

Willy sweeps upward with his cane. 1 turn of cool down. A powerful, reliable attack.
Basic Atk 3: Downward poke [DMG 10%]
Willy pokes downward with his cane in a similar manner to Marth’s down tilt.

Willy jumps on his cane like a pogo stick and bounces across enemies and obstacles. Every 3 actions taken bouncing = 1 round of cool-down.

Willy hails from another pre-SMB game series, one that was the pinnacle of evolution of single screen platforming in the first game then a prototype to the Metroidvania genre in the second. Most well known to British gamers, being the mascot of their retro gaming system of choice, the ZX Spectrum.
