(Another Cool Open Challenge. The last theme was Brawling so this one is Magic themed characters or characters with a heavy emphasis on blasting things with magic like energy. As per usual you can select any Special Rules you may like and it can be Singles or Doubles but it has to be a Grudge Match)

Another large group of people filled the Stadium as a group of a large variety hanged out for a challenger... not seeming interested in each other for whatever reason. Two twins were playing a game of patty cake with their oversized pens resting at their sides. Another girl that looked like Arle... got into a fight with a rainbow was sitting next to Witch with her arms crossed, looking away. Reimu was sitting on the edge of the arena overlooking the others, not getting too close for now and looking to Seriri singing a song with Zelda playing her flute to pass the time... Despite the rather laid back demeanor of the last three, there was only one reason people sat in the middle of the Stadium. It was a challenge to all those that dare punch girls with magic in the face.

Selicy held her hands in her pockets, a few clouds of chilled air flowing around her as she looked over the other magic girls. Her footsteps came to a sudden stop as she saw Princess Zelda, raising an eyebrow slightly and frowning at her. "Another princess, seriously? Of all the places to find one I didn't think they'd be in the arena too" Selicy seemed to look her over a bit critically for a moment, her eyes showing her perpetual boredom lately, that is until she seems to think of something, smiling slightly in a sneer. "Or maybe that mean's you're the cool kind of princess. You're here to fight right? I'll take you on." Selicy proclaimed pretty confidently, pulling a hand out of her pocket to point to her own chest. "You've got the honor of being the first one Queen Selicy challenges here!"

As the Princess looked to Selicy at her statement before looking to the others... yeah, she seemed to be the only Princess here. As the others scattered to their seats at her stopping her playing. "Heh, well a princess has to be able to protect her people and her kingdom. Then again, I guess I don't need to tell a Queen that, huh? Well, don't you worry, this Princess has learned that you can't always rely on there being a hero to save you," she declared proudly as she floated around Selicy for a moment, analyzing her. "You face Princess Zelda of New Hyrule and I'll show you the power of the spirits!" she declared as she pointed her finger towards Selicy. "Light!" she declared as small balls of golden light would form behind the princess and fire themselves towards Selicy in rapid succession.

During the barrage of light, Zelda would rush towards Selicy and enter her body... Well, she was a ghost, er, spirit so makes sense she could pass through solid matter. However when she was entered Selicy would feel a force compelling her body to act against her will. Zelda was trying to force Selicy to call lightning down upon herself! Typical ghost trickery.

After the possession attempt, Zelda would fly right back out. She pulled her flute back out and played a small tune. Just then a train whistle could be hear as a gate would appear in the arena. A train would then come out out of the gate in space and seemed to be designed after various sweets, filling the arena with a very sweet smell. A cannon in the shape of a honey pot would then fire a large ball of honey goop that would explode on Selicy and attempt to slow her movements with it's.... very sticky coating. The train would then exit through another space gate with a blow of it's whistle, returning to.... wherever the train came from.

Selicy grinned at the ghost princess and watched her floating around. "There aren't many heroes where I come from, maybe only Princesses get those. Eh, who needs them anyways?" Selicy giggled slightly to herself.

As Zelda suddenly shouted out she was caught off guard, eyes widening a bit in surprise as the balls of light started flying towards her, the young girl trying to jump out of the way, but going so long without a fight left her rusty, taking each and every hit with a groan at the impacts.

She shook her head and blinked a few times, getting the adrenaline running a bit as she focused back onto Zelda, only to see her charging at her! The Frost queen only had a brief moment to lift up her arms to try and block what she thought would be a tackle, just for the princess to go right through her! Caught by surprise she was completely unprepared to try and resist. "Hey where'd you--?" her voice was cut off, her body coming under control of Zelda as she raised her hand up to the sky and snapped her fingers... A brief moment later the sky lit up, a massive thunderbolt splitting the sky and landing directly onto the two sharing the same body, making Selicy's body jitter a bit and shake as the electricity ran through her.

As Zelda flew out she could practically see Selicy's eyes swirling, disoriented from the weird experience of being possessed, wobbling on her legs a little bit and blinking several times to re-orinet herself. The sound of the train coming was enough to snap her out of it, going wide eyed once more as a massive wall of ice came up to stop the train's cannonball.

"OWWWW" Selicy yelled out once the train was gone, pouting heavily as she rubbed her sore body a bit, her coat puffing up from the static of the electricity that just went through her, the girl trying to pat down it down and zapping herself a few times. "You really go all out, jeez... What did you even do to me there? That was gross" Selicy grimaces a bit thinking back on it, looking down over her body and making sure she was in control of it.

With a bit of a huff she raised her head again, looking a bit beat up but still pretty spry. "Now it's my turn!" Selicy's grin returns a bit, but her eyes are pretty serious, reaching into her coat pocket she pulled out a little blue bottle, suddenly reeling back and throwing it as hard as she could at Zelda! A little label on the side marked it as medicine. If it hits Zelda it would shatter, exploding over her and soaking her in chilly medicine, but also healing her slightly.

Following the Vial, Selicy raised one of her arms, aiming her sleeve at Zelda with a grin "Consider that a handicap, now for the real fight! And if you're gonna go full force to start out, so will I!" Suddenly from the girl's sleeve came shooting out a massive hunk of ice and snow! Wether it hits the princess or not, it explodes into a miniature blizzard, leaving a large patch of ice behind.

And following right after the ball of frost, Selicy raised her other hand, the air around her condensating and freezing into a brilliant blue spear, the grin on Selicy's face widening as she threw it as hard as she could in the ghost's direction, destined to chill the princess to the... Ghosts dont have bones do they?

"Ohohoho~! I'm simply not underestimating a queen, that's all," Zelda said before she was... soaked by medicine? The water splashed against her in her confusion and she just looked down. Most of the water did not touch her form as she raised a confused eyebrow. "... So your plan is to give me a refreshing bath?" she asked in confusion... However before she could raise more confusion she was forced to dodge the next attack as she was able to dodge the ice and cold. However before she could act again she felt a... horrible horrible chill. Ugh, that was spine tingling... if she had one as the spear passed through her, causing her to wince hard.

"... I think I should better dress for the cold after all..." Zelda decided as she pulled out a flute and played a tune, the Song of Healing. A ball of pink light would float around her as she felt her pain relieved somewhat.... More than the medicine could of offered. As she did so several swords made of light would appear before they would each try to slash at Selicy.

Just then a figure appeared out of a puff of smoke. An armored outfit that the Princess quickly flew into and possessed, the armor turning pink with it's eyes appearing as it propped up it's Chaotic Four Sword. She charged forward looking like she was ready to slash at her before she started to trip after the last one, curling into a ball as she hit the ground and then attempting to quite literally bow Selicy over with the Wrecker Phantom's Power.

"I do hope you didn't think a princess couldn't also be a knight~," Zelda declared as she unfurled and did a heroic pose... such a dork.

"You looked like you could use a bath, so I thought I'd be nice to start us off" Selicy grinned a bit proudly with herself, holding her hands on her hips in a smug power pose as she watched the ghost dodging through her array of snow blasts, thankfully being hit by the culminating strike of her spear. 

"Really? I'd thought you'd get ready for the cold right off the bat, I'm the queen for a reason" Selicy chuckled slightly to herself and gave a small wink, pulling her hands off her hips and hopping back and forth to weave through the oncoming swords, though the last one clips her shoulder and makes her stumble a little, her smug grin faltering slightly as she remembered to focus.

Of course seeing a suit of armor suddenly arive to the scene threw her for quite a loop, tilting her head in utter confusion until her opponent flew into it. Poor girl was spiraling into a deeper and deeper hole of wondering how ghosts work in her head before the hunk of metal suddenly rolled right over her in her distracted state!

Selicy groaned out from the ground she got smashed down onto for a moment before she hopped up with a grumpy huff, a puff of cold air blowing up around her face as she turned to face the now armored princess. "The royal systems of you guys worlds make, like, zero sense. Totally uncool" 

"I gotta give it to you though, you are leaving a bit of a mark." Selicy looked down over herself and brushed herself off a bit, reaching into her coat pocket and pulling out a purple thermos with an odd amount of casualness. She brought it up to her lips and took a few long sips, letting out a satisfied sigh and putting it away once more, a bit more pumped than before. (Cold Pressed Ice Tea activated for 3 turns)

"But... You've just made yourself an even bigger target, so I'm not complaining" Selicy giggles slightly to herself  and raised her arm to point it at the suit of armor, though this time nothing came from her sleeve. Instead the air above Zelda suddenly started to condense into a grey cloud, shooting out a series of thunder bolts! "You used my own lightning on me earlier, it's only fair I get to use it a bit too~"

But with her arm outstretched and the thunder coming down, the air above selicy suddenly seemed to thicken into a fog, the air chilling and the water precipitating as it slowly formed together into three pointed hunks of ice, her other hand reaching up to point to them for a moment before pointing at Zelda, the pillars suddenly flying towards her between lightning strikes!

"... I-it was a joke. I am not actually a knight. The Armor is just like a... form of servant that lets me use their powers..." Zelda lamely explained at the mockery of her monarchy. Seriously, a princess being a knight didn't even make sense, how did she take that seriously? However now she needed to deal with a barrage of attacks from Selicy's end... Which resulted in taking all the hits, the bolts and ice barrage sending her to her knees... but the armor looked completely undamaged.

"... You're right. This does in fact make me a bigger target... However..." she began as she rose to her feet. "You'd need to pierce it to get to me. And I'm afraid you'll find that this is a tough shell to crack. It is designed to safeguard holy grounds from demons after all. No weapon can get through it I am confident of that. That's not all though. If you think that this armor doesn't have some special traits to pack some punch behind the defense then you will be sorely mistaken!" she declared before disappearing in a puff of darkness. In the next moment she was by Selicy's side, attempting to slash her with a rising uppercut of her blade.

She then charged holy energy into her arm, causing the armor to glow a golden color. She placed the shield on her back before she would try and deck Selicy directly in the face with a heavy amount of divine energy. The strike would seem to rejuvinate Zelda's body and spirit as well as she got pumped up. Her blade burned bright... literally catching on fire as she dealt a powerful searing blow attempt.

As the icy pillars slammed and shattered over the suit of armor Selicy grinned and giggled to herself in satisfaction, standing up a little straighter and prouder as everything hit its mark.

The self proclaimed ice queen listened rather patiently as the princess explained her suit of armor, her confidence seemingly unquelled as she showed off a cocky smile. The sudden disappearance of her sparring partner left her confused for a moment, head slightly tilted as she looked at the smoke until she caught a glimpse of reflected light to her side, quickly recoiling backwards out of the way with a hop.

She was still blinking in confusion after the teleportation as the massive suit of armor suddenly reeled back for a punch. Selicy didn't have time to dodge out of the way, only trying to push herself backwards to reduce the force as much as she could as it sent her tumbling backwards until she caught herself with a few dizzy steps.

She let out a bit of a heavy breath trying to recover from it as the Princess was on her again, eyes refocusing just in time for her to concentrate and slip aside from the flaming blow with a little sound of surprise.

"Sorry to disappoint but it looks like you're a little too slow for us to find out if I can~" Selicy took a couple of steps back and rolled her neck a bit as she reached up and gently touched her sore face. Surely enough, that grin came back as she took a second to make sure everythings still in one piece. "%#$& man you really weren't kidding... Don't you know it's rude to aim for the face of royalty? I thought you'd know that bein' a princess and all." 

Selicy straightened out a bit and placed her hands on her hips. "But regardless, just cause that hunk of metal is tough doesn't mean you're invincible. Metal is pretty good at carrying the cold don't you know? Electricity too" With a final little giggle Selicy raises her arm to point again, those familiar clouds forming once more as bright flashes split the sky and tried to strike the metal suit in series.

Instead of a big attack between the flashes, instead came a hunk of frost shooting from Selicy's sleeve, exploding on contact with whatever it hits and blanketing the area in a frosty sheen.

And finally with the lightning cloud slowly dissipating Selicy raised her hand in the air as three pillars formed above her again, more and more ice quickly swirling and packing together into a much larger pillar than before. "Since were doin' experiments how about we test out that whole 'no weapon can get through it' thing~" Selicy smiles pretty widely at the odd match up she found herself in as she brought her other hand up and swung them both down, the pillar hurling towards Zelda's armor!
