[Doctor Ciel]

The setting is Ciel's laboratory. It's late evening, of course, and she's up late working hard again, this time on the guardian. Four enemy combatants right in her lab... This was probably hazardous to her health, but she felt compelled to do what she could. She'd just have to be cautious with how she approached them once she finished her repairs. Phantom was the only one of them that was fully intact, and he was watching her in uncomfortable silence. He'd declined to allow her to operate on his body, and it was implicit he was here to make sure she didn't do anything wrong to his siblings, even if he hadn't said so. As much as she was a bit concerned about an energy kunai finding its way into her back, she kinda doubted he wanted to kill a human. Perhaps he had less lethal plans for if she did something.

One by one, she worked on each of the remaining guardians, each of them laying on operating tables. Leviathan would have a hard time seeing exactly what was going on with her brothers, but she could definitely hear them.

For Harpuia. 

“ ...I know you probably don't want me to work on you, but there aren't many people qualified to work on reploid bodies in the Life Sphere. ...And of those that are, I don't think any others are qualified to repair damage this bad. It'll probably take a while before I'm finished though. I need to hunt down some replacement parts. I sure hope I haven't attracted attention from the mafia with all this part hunting... ”

For Fefnir.

“ ...Sorry about your arms. I'll have you up and punching good as new soon, okay? ...Please be gentle with me and my family, though. You're welcome to visit whenever you need repairs. ”

"Tch... Don't baby me, Doc. I need working arms, not a mom." Fefnir replied, mildly indignant.

For Leviathan.

As Ciel stopped before Leviathan, she turned and smiled at her sweetly. “...Sorry about the wait. I'm ready to repair your arm. I know I asked your brothers and they said no, but I might as well ask you too. Would you mind if I did some work inside of you? If you're okay with it, I'd like to do a general checkup throughout your body, just to check for micro or internal damage and do some minor repairs to make sure you're doing okay.” Ciel politely requested, before beginning to work on Leviathan's arm. Her brothers had been to proud or indignant to work with the former resistance leader to accept any unnecessary help. However, perhaps Leviathan's feminine qualities would result in a different response? She could only hope, anyway. She did worry about damage you couldn't see  or wear and tear. As she began working on repairing Leviathan's arm, Ciel continued. “...You have a beautiful body, by the way.” Ciel commented. “Much more solid and  durable than your appearance might suggest. I feel like I'm restoring art.” she added in a very casual tone, not even slightly shy about the words leaving her mouth. This got a leer from Fefnir, who picked up on how it sounded like flirting, however since they were both girls he decided it was probably just girl talk and chose to not to assume there was anything more to it. Phantom, as usual, was difficult to read and silent. “...You're welcome to stay here or visit any time you need repairs too. I know we weren't always on the same side, but I do care about your wellbeing. Has anyone ever admired you that way before?” Ciel asked, curious as to how Leviathan would react to the praise. She knew reploids were often treated poorly, like tools or weapons rather than people.  So she wasn't sure if she'd be used to interpersonal admiration like that.

Leviathan tried to glance at what was going on with her fellow Guardians but it was hard to sneak a peek at the moment. Still, sounds like they are being difficult as ever. She gave a light laugh at that. Fefnir and Harupia never change... or Phantom for that matter assuming he was still here. Probably was. He never showed it very well but she could tell he cares. "No need to worry about it, I know these kind of things takes time. I was enjoying the background noise anyway," she remarked as she listened to Ciel. She stayed quiet at first by the suggestion of working inside her... Well, chances are Ciel probably already knew how a body like hers worked pretty extensively.

"Heh, well just because I'm a girl doesn't mean I can't be both beautiful and sturdy you know. The arctic waters can be rough and I like to think I handle it with my appearance... Although you know about keeping up appearances surely," Leviathan lightly flirted back. "... The Reploids under my command do give me respect... But they certainly don't give it to me in the same way you do. Pretty flattering, wouldn't mind visiting more often. Admittedly the humans we protect aren't the most... grateful but still, we do our duty for them regardless," she added before pondering a second... technically Ciel fell under that line with the whole rebelling thing.

 

"... And you're pretty forward too," she added a bit teasingly. "... Yeah, you can do your inside maintainance. I would rather know everything is still intact than having it get worst somehow. We may of not had the best past but being stubborn will just make things harder in the longrun..." she explained and deduced before speaking up a bit. "Speaking of repairs and stubborness, didn't you die to Zero, Phantom? Mind sharing your secret of immortality?" she asked... not really expecting an answer honestly but it was kind of bugging her since the Scrapyard.
