...X approached the gates of the Sunshine Stadium. He clenched his hand. Truth be told, he wasn't very comfortable with the idea yet. A duel against a fellow citizen on the Life Sphere within the sanctioned grounds of the Stadium. He wasn't a fan of fighting, even in the context of a friendly competition or sparring session. But he saw little other options to see if his skills were up to par to his home world. He would sooner or later run into a Maverick or a human with bad intentions, or perhaps one of the infected, and he'd rather not go unprepared.

Gazing at the big stadium, X opened the gates, and began to make his way towards the battlefield...he took a deep breath as the sunlight shone on him, with his foot set in the arena--

“ Hey, hold on a sec! ”

"Huh?" X looked around him before he noticed a girl appearing next to him. "What are you doing here?"

"Well, I was looking to challenge somebody to a fight...and it looks like you two wanted to do the same thing!" A third voice replied - this time from a childlike Reploid(?) that looked...kinda like a tiny version of him. "I want the battle experience so I can improve my abilities."

“ Yeah, same here, actually. ”

"If the three of us are looking for an opponent..." X spoke. "...then let's have them decide who they want to face instead of ourselves." he suggested. Both Aile and Rock looked at him for a moment before nodding in agreement of his idea, and the three looked towards the gate from the other side...

Out onto the field of battle strode a familiar face. Ashe presented herself.

“ Yo. How's it going? You two look a little familiar. Are you related or something? ...Speaking of familiar though, hey Aile, do you mind if I test out what you're capable of in battle? It's been a long time since I had a chance to feel out Model A, or wield a weapon for that matter. I need to get my groove back on if we're going to be hunting Model W. ...Megamerge!! ”

“ GRoOoVy ”

Ashe glanced at Model A, giving him a look of WTF at his remark before megamerging kicked in.  Cue a magical girl transformation. When she finished, she announced herself with a playfully competitive bet/threat.

"If I win, I'm taking you out for drinks~!"

...Ashe that's not a threat. You just said it in the tone of voice of a threat.

“ Looks like I'm up. Sorry, you two! ”

"It's alright. I'll have my chance another day." X reassured, waving to the two contestants before turning to make his leave. "Good luck!" Rock stated, flashing a thumbs up towards Aile, before moving to leave alongside X. "By the way...she did bring up a good question. How come we look so much alike?" "Hmm..."

As the small robot and the Reploid both left the arena, Aile turned to look at Ashe.

“ Well, I'm always happy to help out a friend, Ashe! ”

When she said that, she picked both Biometals Model X and Model Z, one resting in each hand. She brought her arms together in a cross fashion.

“ Model X! Model Z! You both ready? ”

“ I'm ready, Aile! ”

“ Let's do it! ”

“ Well then...Double! Rock On! ”

At those words, the two Biometals began to glow. Cue another magical girl transformation. Once that one finished, Aile looked at Ashe, and replied to the other's 'threat'.

“ Oh no! Not the drinks! You devious gal!! ”

After an overblown response and letting a giggle escape from her mouth, Aile took a moment to take a deep breath before drawing the ZX Buster, still smiling at her opponent...

"You ready, Ashe? Because here I come!"

As Aile advanced towards Ashe, she pointed her ZX Buster at her before shooting three shots. She hadn't announced this at large, but she planned to start simple, help Ashe ease back into fighting.

Once she got close enough to the Mega Man, she quickly switched her weapon to the ZX Saber, the plasma blade forming rapidly before Aile attempted to strike Ashe with a vertical and an upper slash.

As Aile moved to megamerge, Ashe was beaming at her somewhat competitively, waiting for her to be ready. However, when it actually came time to megamerge... Ashe's eyes widened a bit in surprise. She'd seen double megamerging before.

Hey Aile, Ashe is watching you closely with wide mystified eyes while you transform. ...Which is weird, considering she knows how biometals work.

To say that Ashe had a certain grace to her movements would be an understatement. She moved like  water, bending and contorting her body in ways that frankly looked difficult or even painful to the average joe, ducking and shifting off balance to weave her way through the buster shots.

She even managed to duck right under one of Aile's saber slashes, without even taking a hit to that glorious gravity defying ponytail of hers. However, the followup slash got her good, leaving a gash in her side. She briefly fled from Aile, dashing away from her to put a little bit of distance between them. She didn't like being up close in stabbing range like that.

“ If you think that's devious, just wait 'till you see how I fight~! ”

Ashe's playful taunt was accented by her drawing her laser shots and taking aim at Aile. She let one charge for only a moment before firing off a small laser shaped blast at her opponent, using the time this bought her to finish charging her other laser shot and release a fully charged shot!

She then took careful aim at Aile's wrist, Model A's targeting systems assisting her in picking out some weak points for her to shoot. All of a sudden, a couple of bolts of plasma shot out of her buster and arc'd its way over to Aile, attempting to injure her wrists!

Ashe paused for a moment to consider something. 

“ ...I hope you're not holding back, because I'm giving it everything I've got! ”

Ashe lowered her busters slightly toward the ground, a bright light emitting from the barrels moments before two large blasts of plasma shot out ripping up the stadium floor and sending debris flying in various directions as the twin blasts rushed out to meet Aile with their destructive fury!

This left smoke coming out of the sides of Ashe's laser shots, and even an aura of heat radiating off of her body. It almost looked looked like she was burning, and if she were a human she might've. But she was just a little tougher than that. She staggered back to her feet, looking very slightly wobbling on her feet but not that much worse for ware.

“ ...Looks like all those work outs in prison kept me fit to fight!  A little strenuous, but nothing I can't handle. ”

Noteworthily, the gash on her side from Aile's z-saber strike appeared to be starting to heal at an unnaturally fast pace, fast enough to be observed by one's eyes. But not so fast that it was already gone--just noticeably smaller.

"Whoa, she's fast!" Aile thought to herself as she saw Ashe dodge her way through her initial strikes. She was actually kind of surprised when she got a couple of hits in, but there was no time to muse on that, they were in the middle of a fight!

The laser shot was dodged easily, but by the time Aile realized that the attack was supposed to be a feint, the charge shot hit her spot on, sending her back a bit. By the time she was trying to recover, she received a shot to her wrist. She had almost let go of the ZX Saber in her hand, but she forced to grip it harder, grasping onto the weapon tightly.

...Oh, looks like Ashe was kinda on to her. Aile giggled a bit awkwardly as she got back up, the saber still hanging on her injured wrist.

“ Sorry, sorry! I thought it was better to start off simple, to help you get used to fighting again. But if you wanna skip the warm-up, alright! ”

Aile dashed and leaped forward, moving out of the way from Ashe's charged blasts and closing their distance with surprising velocity. She held the ZX Saber down as she descended towards Ashe blade-first! After the blade plunged to the ground, an energy wave would spread across the arena!

The ZX Saber began to charge up as Aile removed it from the ground, the usually sharp triangular blade flaring up. Aile moved towards Ashe and tried to go for an overhead slash, the blade becoming large and serrated!

Now with the space between them closed, Aile moved to attack Ashe a couple more times, this time with a sword combo of vertical, upper and overhead slashes.

Ashe was knocked off her feet by the blast, sending her to the ground where she was caught by the charged saber attack across the chest and shoulder, and then another across the matching arm as she tried to protect her head.  A moment later,  she dropped onto her opposite, uninjured arm and planted her respective foot against the ground, activating the boosters in her boots to send her flipping through the air in a wildly acrobatic fashion! She landed nearby, sliding into a kneeling position before getting back up. One of her arms looked pretty bad, a messy crescent cut from her shoulder to her chest and a gash along her arm adorning it. However, she still seemed to be able to use it, testily rolling her shoulder to confirm that although it hurt, she still had full control.

“ ...Course I am! When the cookie crumbles, everyone wants a munch~! And I am no snacc. ”

Ashe performatively put up her fists. Come at me, sis.

( ...I don't have a single nerve in my body to feel pain and that still hurt me. )

“ ...You got me real good there, but I can take a lot of abuse before I go down, so don't count me out yet. This cookie is ready for Round 2. ...Or three.  And I'm rebounding hard!! Juuust like my Reflect Shot. ”

A burning intensity glew in Ashe's eyes, a tomboyishly sharp competitiveness that left little doubt as to whether she was taking this seirously in spite of her ........way with words. At that last bit though, it was possible for Aile to notice that her reflect shot had indeed bounced off the stadium wall a couple of times and was now making its way back toward her!

Ashe promptly raised her laser shot, attempting to discharge another reflect shot at Aile, putting on the pressure from both sides!

Ashe kinda waggled her brow a little from where she stood, playfully teasing Aile with the same tone one would use to discuss a magic trick.

Just as she noticed what Ashe meant by that, the attempt at dodge came too late, as the projectile hit her ankle. Despite the nasty blow, she quickly got up and swerved out of the way from the new Reflect Shot, as well as the following Homing Shot. She pants a bit before striking conversation.

“ H-heh...I usually rely on my Buster. That's why I've been using the sword so much - I wanna get better with it. But y'know... ”

The saber retreated as Aile pressed on it, changing it into a Buster.

“ Maybe I should change it up a bit! ”

Aile began dashing to the left, shooting a volley of plasma bullets at Ashe with the ZX Buster. She kept her eye trained at the other girl as she got closer...

Ashe deftly dodged most of the buster shots, using all the grace bestowed upon her by years of training and honing her body and mind to weave through the shots, her hair defying gravity as she did so. She looked pretty good moving like that!

Or well--She did. She made a poorly timed dodge away from Aile's saber and next thing she knew she was caught in a three hit combo. A soft whimper of pain escaped her and she staggered backward, only to fall over. There was a deep cut in one of her thighs, and she appeared to be having trouble getting back up. She got back onto her knees, but standing up properly wasn't coming to her and she fell back down.

“ --Ow..! Nn... 'M not done yet! ”

Ashe grit her teeth and, with considerable effort, forced her weight onto her strong leg and stood back up. Though her body was failing her, she had other bodies. A way to continue this fight.

“ It's time I showed you what Model A and I can really do! A-Trans! ”

Energy coalesced around Ashe, whose form changed and began radically shifting to become ... well... rather circular. When the white energy faded, there was a pizza monster standing before Aile.

“I'm back, with Cevenngence!”
...It's a cheese pun.

Ashe then stretched out an arm made entirely out of melty cheese with bacon bits mixed into it in a cartoonish fashion, moving to grapple Aile and pull her back to her! “Embrace Etorknity!!” Ashe remarked in her best impression of an action movie one liner. ...Only with cheese puns. How does she say such dorky puns in such a faux, silly serious tone without laughing??

Aile watched in surprise as Ashe initiated her A-Trans. Sure, she kinda did see what it was all about with Grey, but...weeeeell...she didn't wanna delve into that. Nope. Rather, she stood at the ready, preparing herself for whatever form Ashe was gonna transform int--

oh.

“ ...Jeez, couldn't you've picked a form that didn't make me hungry? ”

A wistful sigh escapes Aile as she dodge rolls out of the way from the gooey cheese arm coming straight towards her. Of course, the new food frame Ashe sported proved to be distracting enough to provide an opening for the rebound shot, with it throwing Aile to the ground.

“ Nngh...I'm not done yet!! ”

As Aile got back up from that shot, she transformed the ZX Saber back into its Buster form and begun to unload plasma bullets onto Ashe again!

As she shot at Ashe, she recalled something...the gloves from her mom! She said they could distort space, right...? Well, she had an idea! Aile continued to shoot, but got going to close the space between them. Once she got close enough, she leapt towards Pizza Monster!Ashe and extended a free hand towards her, the glove's circuitry glimmering slightly as she tried to get a hold on the other! If touched, Ashe would notice everything around her grow bigger...or would her be getting smaller? Looks like Aile's plan was to shrink Ashe!

...There would be a small hiccup with Aile's plan though: if she managed to touch the pizza monster and shrink him down, an unfocused motion with her hand would cause a bit of spatial instability around Ashe, warping her towards...well...let's just say Aile's dinner was covered today.

((So uh--According to the mechanical text of the Pizza Monster's form, being swallowed whole should instantly KO him and heal the person who did it for the damage done. So... Aile is healed for 48 HP!))

Ashe sorts shifted in a clumsy fashion, dodging some but not all of the shots before finding herself being grabbed! A moment later, glomp! The entire forbidden eleven cheese pizza finished into Aile's belly, no doubt leaving her looking a bit rounder about the mid-section. Given that was a giant pizza, she probably tasted amazing! And Aile would no longer find herself hungry. A little muffled yelp of surprise could be heard from within her belly. And she can observe and feel Ashe squirming against the binding walls of her stomach, causing it to sway back and forth and little hand bumps to briefly appear on it. However, this would feel weird at worse and perhaps a little goofy, resembling a belly rub from the 'wrong' side more likely. Her barely solid pizza form really couldn't put up the fight it needed to in there, subjected to its natural predator. She could also feel a rush of energy coursing through her as her body absorbed it from her latest meal.

The crowd, meanwhile, cheers! They're quite impressed with Aile's tactics, even if she might have somehow done it without thinking. After a good minute or so, Ashe's squirming dies down and her energy fails her. She winds up de-megamerging, instantly forced to curl up into a ball. You can't see the intensely red blush on her face, but if you're observant enough you can kinda feel the heat radiating from her face~ ...And hear it in her intensely flustered, stammering voice.

“ Bwhum--...hwha'did you... ”

After that minute or so passed, a strikingly beautiful young woman made her way out onto the stadium floor to greet Aile.

“Hey there, champ in the making~! You really had me worried there for a bit! But that last maneuver was all sorts of quick thinking! I really didn't think you had her in you~!” Blue pauses to wink at Aile in a knowing manner at the pun. “If this were a professional match, I would award you an extra thunder badge just for putting someone under you on the food chain while being cyute~!” Blue fondly remarks. “--That's a top tier funny, y'know--But since it isn't, I'll just have to 'entrust' you with dinner's thunderbadges, since I can't exactly give them to her right now.” Blue adds, handing Aile all 16 thunderbadges for the match. She made a point not to refer to Ashe by her name, lowkey teasing her. “Guess she's taking you out for drinks and dinner after all huh~? That's good. I was worried she was skimping on the date! You seem like you're worth more than just a cup of coffee~ Speaking of which, I thought I'd bring you the drink you were promised! This one's on me. I'd stay and keep you company, but I don't want to be a third wheel. Enjoy your dinner~!” Blue finished, handing Aile a chilled pepsi bottle with her other hand.
