The Blue Vessel walked into the center of the Life Sphere, Life Sphere Central, carrying a piece of paper, a pencil, and a tiny foldable bench. They found a good spot before setting up the bench and setting the paper on top of it like it was a table, pulling out their sign and writing over it for a few seconds, finally setting it up on the table too.

Hello! I am gathering signatures for people that would like to join a new group in LI, The Small Stars, a group for those who aren't as tall as the others on LI. There are only a few requirements: Be smaller than 5' tall Don't try to hide your height Show that you are able to protect and work with your fellow members

With their sign set up, the Vessel leaned against the bench and waited for people to arive

"A short people's club huh? Sign me up. I'm not exactly short in my world but compared to everyone else here I guess I could be pretty small if you think about it. Still I hope you guys like movies because I got plenty of them for the club to watch in their spare time."

The Vessel perked up at the first person to arrive, raising their hand and giving an excited wave to Joe. They reached out to their sign before hesitating as they realized they'd need to erase everything to use it, reaching back into their cloak and pulling out an old piece of paper instead to write on.

I'd be happy to have you! It's okay if you aren't the smallest just smaller than average is good. Having some movies to watch sounds very nice! The only requirement then if to show that you  can help protect guild mates out in the field. The requirement for that is pretty simple,  just show me some of your moves!

The Vessel perked up a bit excitedly, looking to Joe with some eager anticipation on their face.

Wait did this person seriously ask Joe to show off some of his moves? Well ask was not really what they did as they wrote on a piece of paper instead of talking to him. Welcoming the fact he had movies to share was nice but Joe was asked to show his moves out in public, which he was more than happy to do of course! "Okay time to show you how rockin' the amazing Viewtiful Joe can be!"
Joe backed up a bit before striking a pose and calling out his signature phrase. "Henshin-A-Go-Go-Baby!" he said as his V-Watch started to glow and then would transform him into his superhero outfit.



Joe would try to show off something that was not going to harm anyone. "Let's go to Mach Speed!" Joe would say as his movements became much faster and he moved around the bench at least a hundred times in under a minute. Stopping all of a sudden he would take a break and see if that was enough to satisfy the guild leader. "How is that? Pretty sweet right?" Joe said showing off.

As Joe called out his signature phrase the Vessel  leaned over their little bench a bit, head slightly tilted as they eagerly waited and watched to see what he could do. The Vessel perked up a bit as they saw Joe change forms, bringing up their hands and clapping for them at the flashy display.


Even more impressive than the speed itself was the stamina of keeping the speed up, the Vessel's eyes lighting up as they smiled to Joe and clapped enthusiastically.

That was so cool! I'm not sure how your watch  became an entire suit but its impressive Someone fast like you is exactly what i'm looking for here, I'd love to have you join!

The Vessel stepped back to the bench and pointed a hand to the paper and pencil on the table, a title on the top simply stating "Names of Members".

Hat Kid, the juvenile alien adventurer herself, stopped in her tracks when she noticed a familiar face in Life Sphere Central. It was Blue Vessel, or just Vessel, BV, or any other shortened version of the name you prefer. They seemed to be set up for the time being in LSC, with just a bench and some paper with something written on it. With equal parts jubilation and curiosity, Hat Kid stepped towards them.

"Hey there, BV! Remember me? It's Hat Kid, from the arena!" Hat Kid approached, waving enthusiastically. She took a glance at the piece of paper on the bench.

"Hmm... Small Stars? Sounds nice! I think I'd fit right in. Although..." Hat Kid paused, placing a finger on her chin in contemplation.

"Actually, I've been thinking of getting into another group here on Li. Something called the Magical Girl's Society. I hear they have nice benefits. They can teach you how to talk to other girls better, and can even give you a discount on love spells!" Hat Kid then pointed the finger on her chin towards Blue Vessel, addressing them directly.

"So tell me BV: What are the benefits of joining the Small Stars?"

The Vessel turned to Hat Kid, immediately lighting up as they saw them, raising a hand and waving enthusiastically themself before grabbing their writting paper and running over.

Of course I remember! It was alot of fun!

The Vessel tilted their head a little at Hat Kid's hesitation, steadily smiling as they nodded.

I've heard of them too! I thought about joining but turns out being neither boy or girl doesnt qualify. We offer something similar actually.  We teach you to fight people larger than you more  effectively and use your size to your advantage. We also offer some discounts on moves that are  more effective against people larger than you. Things like Bind, which I showed you in the arena.

The Vessel smiled a bit hopefully up at them.

Joe took notice of the Hat Kid entering the area recognizing them from the Hand of Fate card he decided not to pick. That was the only way he recognized her however as she matched the description of said card before he ended up picking something else. Either way Joe looked over to Blue Vessel and smirked. "Sure sounds good. We can use my house as the base of operations until we get a proper guild house." Joe would suggest before looking over to Hat kid and offering his hand for a handshake.

"Name's Joe. Good to meet you." He would say politely as he waited for her to shake his hand.

Hat Kid took Vessel's words in as best she could. If what BV was saying was true, then the benefits could certainly come in handy. She wasn't the tallest, being a small child and whatnot, and the only way she could match the height of most other people was with her top hat. Being able to take on big opponents more easily sounded like it'd be pretty useful in most situations. She could even learn some new size-related moves, like Bind.

"Bind, huh? Isn't that that move where you wrapped me up in thread? That sounds useful... alright then. Count me in!" Hat Kid nodded in approval, before turning towards the third figure and shaking his hand.

"Hey, Joe! Name's Hat Kid." She then looked back at BV.

"So, BV, am I in?"

The Blue Vessel nodded to Joe and gave a thumbs up before turning back to look at Hat Kid with a bit of anticipation on their face, they nodded slowly a bit to confirm it was what they used, clapping excitedly as Hat Kid accepted to join. They nodded excitedly and walked back to the table, lightly tapping the pencil next to the sign up paper.

I've already seen your moves You're good to go!

Hat Kid was glad to know that she could, at some point, learn how to use that Bind move that Vessel used in the arena. Heck, it was so good, it was practically the deciding factor in the battle. If she could get her hands on that move, who knows what she'd be able to do?

"Sweet!" Hat Kid was accepted into Small Stars, just like that! Awesome. All she needed to do now was sign her name. She stepped forward and began signing her own name on the signup sheet. At least, that's what she seemed to be doing. She wrote in some sort of alien language, and even drew a little doodle of herself doing a peace sign next to it. Once she was done, she stepped back.

"Glad to be on board, BV!"

The Blue Vessel clapped their hands together happily as Hat Kid signed the paper, the little bug walking over to the bench and grabbing the paper once she was finished with it as they grabbed their sign they wrote the advertisement on, starting to write over it.

That's the last signature I needed! Alrighty, I'm going to go to the certifications department When it gets approved I'll let you both know!

With that the Vessel gave an excited thumbs up to both of them before they ran off, leaving the bench in it's spot and the two new members beside it.
