Teleos Harekuni
Earth, Paris / Original Universe
Alignment: Neutral Good
Motto: "Follow your heart. Always."
Allies/Friends: Mimi, Paradox King
Enemies/Rivals: Aki
Backstory: Japanese Born, French Raised Teleos had it rough his life. He grew up in the wrong sides of France, subjected to gang activity and generally unsavory urban lifestyles. With a struggling family only still plagued by an immortal threat who lived just to spite their bloodline, Teleos was quick to learn about this 'Aki', and his trickery. The world he comes from is not the Earth we know, and is filled with beings known as Vessels. Beings who are capable of harnessing the power of their strength of spirit and willpower, manifesting it into a spectral being known as an Astral Guardian. Aki, using his own to terrorize the Harekuni family for generations, had no clue that their son, Teleos, was next to be given one - thanks to a blunder on his own part. Aki had sullied the family with his Guardian, the King of Tricks, in order to pretend to be Teleos' intended father that fateful night he was conceived, and it eventually brought the boy into the world as a illegitimate son. With the power of a Vessel in his veins, Teleos was capable of harnessing his own Guardian - Saint of Might, strangely designed to combat Aki specifically. Years after the young man spent fighting this eternal threat, unknowing it was his real father. Their final showdown at hand, and the two are snatched from their world by some outside force. Now in Li, Teleos sought out his eternal rival again.

History On Li: Arriving on Li was not an easy thing for Teleos. Awestruck by the clash of powers, and the ideals therein, as well as the general timeframe of some, it took quite a deal of fortitude to overcome. As always, however, Teleos persevered by his strength of spirit. Still chasing after his eternal nemesis, and with the help of people such as Mimi to help him, Teleos is sure to find his rival and tear him down. After that, he plans to take on those affected by the Starvia, confident in his abilities to fight. His unshakable resolve is likely to inspire others to his side.
NOTE
'Hybrid' attacks refer to attacks made by Teleos' Astral Guardian. While it cannot be normally countered, akin to a ranged attack, or reflected given it is a melee attack, both can happen if the reflector/counter is a magical element. I.E. Someone strikes back with a magic sword or reflects the Guardian's punch with a mystical barrier.

Primary Attacks (3)
Tendency To Fight: [CHA/STR - 6-16% Melee/Hybrid] While his Astral Guardian is Active, Teleos may use his Guardian instead to make this attack. The user strikes with a swift series of blows, or a heavy strike with their limbs. Usually it's the hands. While used by Teleos, this attack has a -1 Modifier and is considered melee. When used by his Guardian, this attack is considered a Hybrid attack, and gains a +1 Modifier.
- This attack can be boosted twice in the same instance of a Medium attack by Soul Charge, but only when Saint of Might is not active.
Ocean of Fists: [CHA - 5% Hybrid - 4 Hits] Teleos commands Saint of Might to deliver a flurry of blows to the opponent. The being dashes in with a near-teleport and, in channeling Teleos' inner strength of spirit, delivers a fast crashing wave of fists. When Saint of Might is not active, this skill is inaccessible. The flurry of blows strikes incredibly quickly, but each can be summarized into a burst of four blows. The first 'hit' guarantees the other three. Can consume an additional action to deal 5% additional damage per use. Damage mitigation against this attack is applied to each hit. [Cannot activate without Saint of Might]
Celestial Crusher: [CHA - 16% Hybrid] Teleos commands Saint of Might to charge in with an overhead slam. The slam is likely to 'dunk' foes, or strike them so hard into the floor they bounce up. If a foe is hit by this move, they suffer a -2 Roll Mod Vs the next attack made by an Astral Guardian or an equivalent (such as a familiar or Persona). [1 Turn Cooldown - Cannot be activated without Saint of Might.]
Special Attacks (3)
Spirits Are Unbreakable: Teleos' unbreakable willpower is beyond impressive, and grants him inhuman abilities.
- Teleos has ten charges of 'Soul Power' at the beginning of any thread. These are unmodded 1d3s and 1d5s that can be rolled twice, and added to anything that turn, in or out of combat, to boost a roll or the percentage of a used skill respectively.
- Soul Power cannot be used twice on the same action unless otherwise stated.
- Soul Power does not regenerate naturally unless outside of combat. When outside of combat, Teleos gains 1 Soul Power per turn.
- Soul Power regenerates on a critical roll, if it is a dodge, hit, or action of any variety.
- Soul Power can be regenerated in combat if Teleos 'deactivates' Saint of Might (see below).
- While inflicted with Mortal Wound, Poison, or any other damage over time, Teleos regenerates 1 Soul Power per every 5% damage he takes while under the effect.
- Teleos has one bonus action per turn that can only be used on commanding Saint of Might for non-attack purposes. Each Bonus Action can be listed at any point during his turn to grant him a special effect, and have stipulations for each use.
- Dodge - Teleos orders Saint of Might to dodge an attack that can target it, using his DEX mod. Magical attacks, or attacks made by Personas/Familiars/Other Astral Guardians can target Saint of Might.
- Any physical status condition dealt to Saint of Might is guaranteed to proc, and if it is already guaranteed to proc, gains 1 additional turn of duration. This does not apply to mental status conditions, and are resisted normally.
- Summon/Dismiss - Teleos uses his bonus action to summon or dismiss Saint of Might. This has no roll modifier, and is considered a toggled effect.
- Saint of Might is FORCED into a 'dismissed' stance while Teleos is out of Soul Power.
- Dodge - Teleos orders Saint of Might to dodge an attack that can target it, using his DEX mod. Magical attacks, or attacks made by Personas/Familiars/Other Astral Guardians can target Saint of Might.
The World Stops: [CHA Vs. DEX Debuff] Teleos taps into the great power of Saint of Might and uses its sheer power to briefly halt time on a given target. Foes hit by this skill are briefly stopped in time, and are inflicted with the Debuff Time-Stopped. [4 Turn Cooldown.]
- Time Stopped - Foes who are briefly locked in time find it difficult to continue their actions against a now advancing foe. If the foe is hit before the end of Teleos' turn, they suffer a -3 to their next dodge roll vs Teleos. If Teleos uses it at the end of his turn, the foe's next attack has a -3 Modifier.
Will To Live: [CHA - Heals Variable%] Teleos taps into his inner strength, that completely unshakable power of his spirit to restore his health. Teleos rolls a 1d10+CHA and restores that value in health. [5 Turn Cooldown]
Cerulean Wind - Final Smash(1)
Teleos taps into all his strength and fires off a single, incredibly powerful blow. This attack draws upon the full might of his strength of spirit, and the power of Saint of Might simultaneously. This attack can be used by itself as a Final Smash, or can be coupled with up to 3 Soul Power rolls, each dealing recoil equivalent to the damage added. This attack inflicts 70% damage in one hit to a single target, and disables Saint of Might for 4 turns.
