So, this thread is for you to make your own Top DLC Characters for Smash in any form you desire. You can make it Top 5 for who'd you pick, a classic Top 10 for who'd you want, you can do Palutena's Guidances or Codecs for them, what Stages they could come with and a music track or two to accompany it. Your reason for including them. Or you can just list them.

So, one tiny little rule, NO ICE CLIMBERS!... They are already in Smash again. Anyway, let the Braviaries fly free as you make your list as you want. Or don't, this is a For Fun Topic. No Glory to be had.

Well, Here we are again. This time, i decided to play this a bit differently, and instead, I will make a Top Ten. Out of Two Top Fives!! I will make one Top Five for First Party Characters (Nintendo's only), And then a Top Five for Third Parties! One Character Per Franchise. With that said;

Number 5;

Berkut Lies down the Law!



Again, A Villainous Pick, due to the lack of Villains. Berkut is the Villainous Entity to beat in Fire Emblem Echoes, Shadows of Velentia. And Luckily (He's one of the only good Villains in FE COUGHCOUGH), He Provides a unique persepective, By being a Lance Fighter as opposed to a Close Ranged swordsman. Thus, Hopefully, Offering some incredible Ranged plays, with weaknesses close range. Even though i myself am sick to death of fire emblem at this point |D



"Remember, Pit, Berkut is a champion of the dark god Duma! Kind of like how You're My champion. So, You know, No pressure."



"Yeah, No problem! Dark gods are like breakfast...With a side of eggs!"

"Well, Luckily, He's not quite as well armed as you are...However, What he lacks in an armory, He makes up for in Skill. He's a Lance Champion, And in horse riding, He's hard to beat."

"Well, I could, But that means Duma could send down a Necrodragon or Two, So....Sorry Pit, Your out of luck. Just get close and Wallop his blind spot!"

Number 4;



Skull Kid Major's in Chaos!

Ever since Brawl, The Legend of Zelda series has so far been dominated by Good Guy's and Normal Normality. We got 3 Link's, A Pretty Princess and a Buff Gerudo! Hah! No more i say, No more! We Must remember that Zelda is, First and Foremost, WEIRD. And what better way to represent that, Then with the weirdest little guy, Skull Kid, Possessing the titular Majora's Mask! Lots of Floaty Controls, Mixed with Disruption Moves. While there would have to be an Exnay on the Moon, Seeing as its pulling Assist Trophy Duty, I feel there's enough good FS Material in a Majora Freak Out.

"Is the creepy mask whispering dark secrets ALSO part of the forest??"

Number 3;

Gold/Crystal Sparkle On!

Okay, Ill admit, A Biiit of a Niche pick. But, Personally, I really wouldnt mind a Kind of More than Echo-fighter of PKMN Trainer with Gold and Crystal. Because A. Gold is actually my favorite Trainer Design from my Favorite Region, And B....you ever notice how Johto is sorrowfully under represented in Smash? Pitiful. Personally, I'd like a team of Chikorita, Quilava and Feraligatr as there Pokemon, as an Opposite to PKMN Trainer's Squirtle, Ivysaur and Charizard.

Porky Means Business!

Look at this little turd. I bet he kicks puppies. I bet he makes pouty faces at people when they dont even look. Regardless, I feel like Earthbound has really been missing some representation in recent time, and with Ninten more or less likely to be an Echo of Ness (kinda like lucas cough cough), I feel like Porky Minch would be an Excellent Earth Bounder to bring into the Smash series! With Pig Masks, Giant Statues, Spider-Bot's, or perhaps a Giygas Final Smash.

Of course. Cause, you know, Its either him or Chrono for a Second Square Enix Rep. And frankly, Id rather have the Dopey puppet made out of wood! And if your wondering if this counts more as a Mario/First-party than a Third party...Square owns him. So there. Bleh.

(Literally any Tales Of Main character) Spins the Tale!

I like Tales of. Its a Fantastic series, But with how many main characters there are,I really want to see all of them in some way. So, Instead...Any of them. I'd prefer Velvet Crowe, Llyod Irving, or perhaps Yuri Lowell. Would be very neat!

Number 2;

Travis Touchdown Cuts down the Ranks!

IM PUTTING HIM AT NUMBER 2 CAUSE NUMBER 2 BROUGHT BAYONETTA, AND I NEED MY SWEARY OTAKU BOY. Again, Im really seeing an incredibly strong Standard Attack fighter, which becomes incredibly weak if his beam saber runs out of Battery, With which he will need to recharge.

I love SMT, Its probably my Pet series all things considered. And, To see it Represented in Smash, would be a true blessing on my cake. I dont care who, or how. It would just make my life.

OK, here's my unrealistic expectations in no particular order.

Amitie

I know what you're thinking. "But Looogeeeyyyy, Arle's the main protagonist!" Well, lemme give you the reasons I chose her. 1) Apping bias. 2) General Amitie bias. 3) Sure, she doesn't have a ginormous spell list to pull from like Arle, but she can be unique with the help of the Fever Mode she introduced. 4) I'm pretty sure basically all of the Puyo fandom is already rooting for Arle, so I'm just gonna go for the underdog.

Crash Bandicoot

OK, so Crash has some hist0ry as one of, if not, the most popular Sony 'mascot' in the early 90s. Seeing as he's currently property of Activision, the only...hurdle I can see here is getting them to cooperate. It's kind of a Cloud situation, except Crash actually has some history with Nintendo, I suppose!

Edelgard (Fire Emblem: Three Houses)

I need her for two simple reasons. One is because she is an axe/sword/magic user, which can lead to some amazing moveset variation. Second is because I will love drinking the Smash fandom's tears when they see her instead of Waluigi or Geno as a character I can already taste the saaaallltt....!!!

Rex (Xenoblade 2)

NOW LISTEN HERE PUNK, REX IS A GOOD BOY AND WHILE I UNDERSTAND SAKURAI DIDN'T MANAGE TO FIT HIM IN THE BASE ROSTER, A SPIRIT AND A MII COSTUME ARE NOT DECONFIRMING THIS SALVAGER OUT, SO REX MAY STILL HAVE A CHANCE PROBABLY MAYBE. I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT IF HE WAS PLAYABLE AT SOME POINT. THINK YOU CAN TAKE ME?! DON'T FORGET ME!!

Sure Dunban might be yet another swordsman, but come on. His Arts could make for some interesting movesets. Soaring Tempest? Tempest Kick? Thunder? Worldly Slash? Sounds like a good time to me.

And if that wasn't enough to convince you? You know those Mii costumes? Y'know, where K Rool, Chrom, and Inkling were before becoming playable? Yeah, Dunban is there too.
