Hey all,
So, this is neither a farewell or another re-introduction, that’s why this is here and not in that board, but regardless I felt it necessary to update the G&W state of affairs since I’ve been absent from the site all summer and neglected to make comment or update what was going on. I didn’t think it was that important and that I would get to posting sooner or later, but now we’re here and threads I’m in, including Absolution have been stagnant during my hiatus.
I didn’t anticipate this summer to be so busy for me, and I’ll go into details in a spoiler* below the rest of this article because I want to be brief and I know most, if not everyone, isn’t incredibly interested in what goes on in their fellow roleplayer’s real life. I still want to go over it for those who are interested since it gives reference to the position I’m in right now and like my boi Mikhail Gorbachev I’m the host with the most glasnost.
Anyways, as of right now, I will continue the threads that I’m involved with, but unfortunately that also means I can’t promise to start up or join any new threads until those are finished. Even then, I think I’m going to operate on a 4-5 thread limit, so that I can potentially keep pace. As such, any thread that I previously promised to do with other members are to be postponed, but to compensate for that, I can offer to give you a special slot in future missions I run, assuming that Absolution ever gets finished. Speaking of! I will be continuing my work on those threads, I have posts for those in the works, however, I’m not certain how quickly those will get done.

Welcome to spoiler territory! As I said, the summer was busy for me, I had summer classes to attend to and I also work. Biggest issue there was my work schedule, and just to give reference to how much I was working, if I hadn’t had last Sunday off I would’ve been working two weeks straight without a day off. In time my work schedule should be getting better, so I’ll have more free time to do posts around here, but in addition to that my final year in my program is coming up, but I actually don’t have to take as many classes as I initially thought. Originally this was meant to be my send off for the year, but my schedule is looking good in terms of making time for this place.
If there was anything that might put me back on my previous hiatus though, it might be this. So, I’ve recently got involved with another human being, and she has a son. Recent events have shown that I might need to step up my parent game (which is certainly odd for even me to consider). So, that’s a major uncertainty in terms of my activity around here, though I should still be fine with finishing up what I’m currently involved in. Fear not though, my daily voting on our topsites will live on.
