Variant Rules:
• Uncontrollable Transformations: Any character with transformations will have access to all of them. However, they do not have free reign of them in the Distortion World. At the start of every 3rd turn, the character will transform into a random one of their forms. Details here.
• This mission takes place after Volcanic Valoo Meltdown, which is considered Shaymin's latest mission in time, like Moroboshi's Rescue, for plot reasoning.
Rank Required: Any (Preferrably a character Shaymin has interacted with)

Mission Brief: A Froslass has appeared in the Life Sphere calling to help, seeming to be able to talk to humans' minds and those that speak their tongue as well as Pokemon. "Help... After Shaymin found the Dragon's Ruby... a portal opened up and took them in... Frost jumped in after them and told me not to follow... I... Don't want to deny Frost's orders but... Giratina was the one that took them. I know it. Please, I can't go, but can anyone help Shaymin and Frost?" The Froslass pleaded as she seemed desperate.
Objective: Help Shaymin and Frost escape the Distortion World
Sub-Objective: Learn more about Shaymin's and Frost's past
