Bismarck


This boss has no stats attached attached to it. Instead all damage it inflicted to it that it inflicts is instead dealt via separately spawned adds or mechanics that have no use for stats.

Call the Vundu: Bismarck Summons two Vundu troops to defend it from the raiders.  Summons 4 Vundu when used in Phase 2 (Used at the start of the encounter or when it breaks free of the Dragon Killers) Call Sanuwa: Bismarck Summons two Sanuwa to destroy it's attackers. This replaces Call the Vundu when it's at 200 or less Armor. Is disabled when it enters Phase 2 Island Ram: Bismarck slams into the Island, inflicting 10% to it's HP and reducing the total number of actions that all party members can make by one for the turn. (Bismarck performs this every 2 turns, the counter resetting when it's hit by the Dragon Killers) Tornado Call: Bismarck Summons a massive Tornado that sweeps across the battle field. forcing 3 players to expend an action to dodge the coming attack, or else suffer 20% Wind Damage Torrential Downpour (Phase 2 only): Bismarck calls down a deadly rain of massive water droplets. Causing all players to either spend an action dodging the attack or take 20% Water Damage and be soaked (Cannot be performed two turns in a row.)	Sluggish Beast: Bismarck only performs actions once every 2 turns and only has 2 actions a turn.  Aggro: Enemies in this boss fight determine their targets by looking at how much damage/healing they've done this round. When a character inflicts damage to an Add, the damage dealt is attributed to them as their aggro score against the target. At the start of the turn, each add selects whoever has the highest Aggro value for their attacks. Healing also adds to this value, but instead of just the targeted Add receiving it. All Adds will receive the aggro generated by a heal.  Adds: Bismarck spawns enemies for the raiders to fight every few turns. These adds take 2 Actions per turn, are automatically hit by all attacks, and have an HP value equal to (300 + Con Mod x10) Adds determine their attack targets based on what target has generated more Aggro. Adds will always face the target they are currently aggro'd too Island HP: The fighters in this battle aren't fighting in the usual stadium. Instead they are battling atop a large, floating island that is being dragged by an airship! The Island has a total of 200 HP. If the Island's HP reaches 0 then it crumbles, instantly killing the party and ending the encounter as they fall to their deaths. Dragon Killer Harpoons: A set of Harpoons are mounted on both ends of the island. Every 2 turns, these Harpoons will be readied, two fighters must spend 2 actions each to fire the harpoons. Dragging Bismarck close enough to be attacked at the start of it's next turn. Bismarck does not take actions the turn these harpoons strike it and breaks free at the start of it's next turn. Magitek Forcefield: A device that projects a forcefield. Reducing the damage that Bismarck inflicts on the island by half the turn it's activated.	Corona/Chitin: Bismarck does not have it's own stats or even an Armor Class that has to be hit. Any rolls made to hit the primal is made solely to determine if a crit occurs. There is no Crit Confirm if you roll a nat 20. Bismarck has two HP meters, One that represents it's Chitin carapace called Armor. This must be reduced to 0 before you can attack it's HP directly. When the Armor is reduced to 0 the monster's Corona is revealed. Entering it into Phase 2. Attacking the Corona while Bismarck is pinned to the Island inflicts damage to it's HP. Final Smashes inflict double damage. Destructive Weather: Upon entering Phase 2 Bismarck Destroys the Magitek Forcefield. Removing the ability to reduce the damage it deals to the island. More Active: Bismarck becomes far more active now that it's shell has shattered. The beast taking one action every turn alongside the actions of it's summons. It's action total every 2 turns increased to three now.

This bonus cannot be applied to Bismarck itself. Second Wind: As an action you heal yourself for 10 + your Charisma Modifier. This does not Generate Aggro (5 turn cooldown True North: By expending an action you gain the flanking bonus damage regardless of whether you're actually behind the target for 2 turns. (5 turn cooldown)	Tank Stance: You give out an additional 20 Aggro to all enemies you attack. Each attack you perform gains this bonus.  Provoke: Expend an action to transfer the Aggro that all allies have gathered against a single enemy unto yourself. (3 turn cooldown Rampart: By expending an action you reduce all damage you take for the next 2 turns by 10% (7 turn cooldown)	Cure: By expending one action you target one alley and heal them for 1d15+ x2 your Charisma Mod. So, The main thing that prevents Bismark from getting an OK from me, is that 'Aggro' Isnt a thing. Its just not a mechanic that we have on Li. You need to explain what aggro does before we can consider this boss ready to go. Its a technical boss, after all, We have to go in knowing all mechanics in full detail before anything else.

Drill Attack: The Lingering Will performs a three-hit combo, the finisher consisting of the Lingering Will Formchanges its Keyblade into a drill, and thrusting forward. 1 turn cooldown after use. Each part of the combo needs to be rolled for each hit. (STR; 15% damage for the first 2 hits then 20% damage for the finisher.) Ultima Cannon: The Lingering Will Formchanges its Keyblade into a cannon, and fires one giant sphere of energy that follows a single target around the battlefield, causing a powerful explosion when hitting that target. The bullet can be deflected back at the Lingering Will by hitting it for a DC check of 14 instead of trying to block it. This attack cannot be dodged but can be blocked or deflected. When deflected back at the Lingering Will it will do the same amount of damage it was intended to use if it hit a party member. Keyblade Armor calculation does not happen when this attack is successfully deflected back at the Lingering Will, as it will take full damage instead. (WIS; 30% damage upon hit.)  Rush Attack: The Lingering Will leaps in the air, and performs three dashing attacks. (STR; 10% damage per dash landed.) Wave Rider: The Lingering Will Formchanges its Keyblade into a Keyblade Glider and dashes across the field. At 120% health or lower, it can shoot icicles that deal an extra 5% damage per hit but also has a 40% to Freeze. (STR; 18% damage plus the other effect at low health.) Whip Attack: The Lingering Will Formchanges its Keyblade into a whip, and swings it around itself. Radius is 15 feet around the user when this is used. This is an AOE attack. (STR; 22% damage.) Command Seal Attack: The Lingering Will attempts to seal away its opponents attacks for 2 turns using two different seals. Lingering Will rolls a 1d2 and a random seal will appear before the party. This will automatically take effect if those that it targets fail a CON roll. The CON save needs to be at least 12 or higher to prevent this from happening. Lingering Will can only use 1 seal at a time, this affects the entire party and this attack has a 2 turn cooldown after use. 1- Orange Seal: This seal targets all Primary Attacks of those that it hits.  2- Blue Seal: This seal targets all Special Attacks of those that it hits.  Command Change Attack:  The Lingering Will uses Formchange on its Keyblade to turn into a bow, and fires three light arrows. When hit by an arrow, the target's attacks are temporally changed to Release and Fall. After this is done the target must roll a WIS save to attempt the Release ability. Release when used gives back all the attacks they had sealed away. Fall when used damages the user by 10% for every failed attempt. Those affected must keep rolling until they get the Release ability or choose not to use there actions for the turn. Fall is automatically used when the user rolls an Odd number on their save. Release is automatically used when the user rolls an Even number on their save. Can only Command Change one person at at time with this ability. All arrows of light will target a single user and if none of them hit or are blocked then they do not activate the Command Change. If all of them are blocked at once instead of dodged, the cooldown to this attack is lowered by 1 turn. (DEX; 5% damage per shot, 3 turn cooldown.)  Bit: The Lingering Will summons several Bits, which shoot light projectiles at the party. These bits hover around the party and follow them wherever they go. These move independently from the Lingering Will and have 20% health per Bit. The Lingering Will can summon 3 Bits at a time for 2 turns before entering a 2 turn cooldown. Each Bit can only fire once per turn. The Bits can focus fire on 1 target or split between the party. (WIS; 15% per shot fired.) Super Wild Dance: The Lingering Will enters a berserk state, and uses several powerful attacks in a row, these attacks cannot go any higher than 5 at once. Has to roll for each separate attack. Cannot use Command based attacks in this combo. These attacks don't need to be listed and all use the STR stat for varying damage from 15%-20% for each separate attack. This attack can only be used when Rage Awakened is activated. Cooldown 2 turns.	Indomitable Will: The Lingering Will automatically succeeds any attempt at breaking a grapple. His strength and dexterity stat cannot be lowered. Keyblade Armor: Every attack that hits the Lingering Will, will have its damage reduced by an amount equal to a d15 roll plus his CON mod. However, attacks cannot be reduced lower than 10% total, meaning if the Lingering Will reduced a 30% damage attack by 20% it would not be able to lower it anymore than that even with Rage Awakened activated. For attacks against it lower than 10% total damage, the damage is halved then rounded down instead of reduced by a CON roll. This halving part of the ability cannot be activated at the same time as the CON roll and is only used on weaker attacks against it. The status chance of all statuses is reduced by 50%. Keyblade Formchange: The Lingering will has a unique Keyblade that can change forms for different attacks. Using these form changes counts as a free action whenever one is used.  Command Sealing and Changing: A unique mechanic that allows the Lingering Will to either Seal away certain types of moves, be it Primary or Special types of the entire party if they fail a save. Where as Command Changing takes away all of a single target's moves and replaces them with two new ones until they succeed a roll with an Even number. These can also be negated if the Small HP Bar is depleted. Small HP Bar: A temporary health bar that becomes like temporary health for the Lingering Will. When activating a Command Seal or Command Change this bar will appear. When it is depleted the Command Seal or Command Change is released from the ones it affected. All damage done when this ability is active only goes to this bar of health after activation. If a Command ability is on cooldown then this bar vanishes, however this bar will re-appear if a different Command ability is successfully used. Small HP Bar doesn't use the Keyblade Armor in its damage calculation.	Rage Awakened: Activated when at 120% HP or lower, does not count the Small HP Bar. A powerful red aura surrounds it. While in this state, The Lingering Will makes its Keyblade Armor rolls twice, this also causes all of its attacks to ignore all forms of damage resistance except invincibility. However, it can still afflict knockback on invincible enemies. This also increases his damage output by an extra 5% but only for 3 turns while in this state and starts when Rage Awakened is first activated. The damage bonus ceases after those 3 turns.

I am reviewing this app following examples of other tech boss apps as well as our balanced moves thread we recently updated...so bare with me as I dig deep on giving you the best evaluation possible following our rules and regulations for them to the letter which are actually quite lax.

Drill Attack - Is this attack one roll for the whole combo or does each part of the combo have to be rolled for to see if that specific part hits or not? You would need to state that. The damage percentage is OK due to how a previous boss was approved with the same damage threshold for an attack it had.

Cannon Gun- Please be very clear with this move in terms of dodging. Can it or cannot it not be dodged? The wording is wishy washy and you should include a statement saying it absolutely cannot be dodged but can only be deflected. Because right now it is reading as unsure. And when it comes to the deflection, how much damage would it do back against the enemy if it is successfully rolled for, and can every character do this despite not having a deflecting move? For example, my character Wolf, who has a deflection attack, has a description in the move that if rolled successfully against an enemy, the enemy attack can get deflected for the same amount of damage it was intended for. But other characters may have more specific damage thresholds or mechanics for their deflecting moves. So you see why having more details on that is dire.

Wave Rider- Please be specific what "low health" means. What HP percentage or point amount exactly? You mention a gravity pull effect, what's the radius? Can it fail or be dodged against? You also mentioned the word "or" and an icicle attack. Please select only one or the other. Being able to pick and choose would be quite unfair. Is it going to be the gravity field or the ice.

Whip Attack- What's the radius? Does it hit everyone?

Command Change Attack- This can be worded better me thinks. When you mention 'seal' are you referring to Command Seal attack? You need to state that specifically in the Command Change description. Sealing one person at time, yet there are three arrow for three different targets? Or just one target? Please specify and clean that up a bit. If the boss can only seal one person at a time, those three arrows would really only make sense for one target. I am referring to the Command Seal ability in conjunction with this Command Change. Or when you say 'seal' do you mean the arrows sealing the enemy with their ability? Please be more specific.

Super Wild Dance- Again, are you needing to roll several different times for each attack or is it all based on one roll? Please specify also what "several" is. 2,3,4? Having 'several' being random would be a bit too unfair and able to be manipulated in your favor. A randomized threshold between 10 and 30% would also be a bit much. Maybe add a special required roll to determine how much damage each part of a combo does? For example if you roll a 10 or below, one of them would do 10%, if you roll between 11 and 15, it would be 20%, if you roll 16 and above it does a full 30% if that makes sense on TOP OF the initial combat turn roll. Or simplify it further and make each of the 'several' attacks do a set amount of damage not give a threshold that can be easily manipulated. Having them each do damage that stays at exactly say 15% or 20% at its highest would be fine.

Small HP Bar- Please specify while this is active if all damage is ONLY targeted at it and not the actual boss's health until it depletes. If that is not the case and attacks can still damage this health bar and the boss's as well, that needs to be clearly stated. Does it go away automatically even if its not depleted when the Command Change and Seal moves are on cool down? Or does it stick around until it is damaged to nothing?

Everything else looks pretty good to me man. Fix those things and I can take a look again.
