Electro Shock - After eating so many Electric Pellets, PAC-MAN is able to produce electricity from his palms. This can be used two ways. One is to let out a continuous current into an enemy or he can electrify himself, causing his body to surge with electricity.

(New) Power Pellet - Laying down a trail of pellets in any direction of his choosing, Pac takes on his retro form and munches down the trail. While eating, he will not suffer from knock-back and will continue until reaching the end. If the initial roll is 15 or higher, the power pellet will heal 2% of his health. This healing bonus is only available once per post.

Rev Roll: PAC-MAN runs in place at high speed then takes off, speeding forward as a yellow sphere. This move can go forward like normal or he can jump at first then continue to roll. Damage is dealt when he collides with an enemy. It can also be used as an alternative way of dodging, a way to roll through tunnels, up ramps, and other such things.

New Moves:
Primary, _
Strangle - Hood Sickle reaches forward and seizes his victim by the throat, crushing their airway with his bare hands. This uses his Strength as a grapple and applies the Suffocation effect, located in Marin's Status Alteration Supplements, if the target fails to dodge it. Characters the size of a normal humans or smaller can be choked with one hand the with other being free while larger characters need both hands to be subdued.
Sensei - Being a master of the sentinel class, Hood Sickle's teachings are capable of being learned... as long as you don't fear his teaching methods. Fighting alongside Hood Sickle gives allies a boost of +1 in their Constitution modifier along with an increased shield regeneration rate of +3%. Allies must be within reasonable range of Hood Sickle in order to receive the boost.
Black Seal - Hood Sickle lays a curse on the target, causing a black fog to consume either their mouth or eyes. This can be used to inflict Silence or Blind, his choice.
Skull Cracker - Hood Sickle slams his fist onto both sides of the target's head, rattling the victim's cranium and leaving them with a serious head-ache. This attack can leave the target with the Mind-Melted status that has a _% chance of occurring.

Hypnotize - Who's to say a teacher can't learn from their students? This technique is one that Hood Sickle had taught to the numerous Imaginators. Hood Sickle takes his scythe and spins it towards his target, sending forth a strange yet soothing vibe of energy capable of lulling them to sleep. The target must make an Intelligence roll in order to resist.

Scythe Scycle - "May the void have mercy on you!" The ultimate sensei technique! Hood Sickle summons a gravity well beneath him that sends him into a spinning fury as he sends out dark projections of his war scythe in every direction. The scythes will auto lock-on to targets and slash them with before exploding into dark energy.

Love Ray - The Love Ray was a prototype of mind control that failed as it's subjects fell in love with Cortex rather than became his slave. Realizing that it could somewhat do the same, he kept it in hopes of ironing out the flaws one day. Targets hit by this will fall in love with Cortex (the intensity of such depends on the character's controller) and obey his commands. ---Elaborate more this---

Flame Ray - Setting his ray gun to "Flame", a line of heated energy will protrude from the end of it and act like a whip. Unlike a whip however, it doesn't need to be swung that hard to put the hurting on someone. Simply gracing your finger along the line will leave some serious burns.

Stun Ray - Setting his ray gun to "Stun", this sucker shocks like an officer's stun-gun times twelve! You really do not want to be caught by this thing when it goes off. Along with muscular contractions and the inability to move, it applies the paralysis debuff and removes an action on the target's next post.

Mastermind - Cortex puts his mind to the test and begins to conjure up a mental storm. When used, it will safely raise his Intelligence modifier by one for the current post. If doesn't use it on the next post, it needs a two posts cool-down. If he DOES continue to use it, it will raise his Intelligence mod by one for every post it continues. There's a catch though. Past one use, the chance of getting a head-ache will increase each post it is used. If a head-ache happens, Cortex will lose all Mastermind charges and be stumped to +3 for the amount of posts that Master mind was activated.
Special, Buff, Heavy, Increases Intelligence with a increasing chance of backfiring.
Dual Ray - "Don't cross the streams? Bah! What could possibly happen?" This allows Cortex to mix the effects of two of his ray gun abilities. The product will share properties of the parents. A list of possible dual rays is listed below although only three can be kept on hand at once where Cortex must be out of mission in order to switch a new one into his ray gun.

Headache Medication - "Consider renaming this into something much more sophisticated, will you?" Cortex has a problem of getting bad headaches when he thinks too hard or too much. Using this drug will negate any negative alterations to his Intelligence and prevent some damage from attacks that are mind-based. CONSIDER REVAMPING
Kazatsky - A Russian dance Cortex picked up during his world-wide destruction marathon. Aside from giving the doctor rad moves, the kicking section of this is particularly powerful. Using this, Cortex is able to deliver a series of quick kicks all while dancing around his opponents (literally).
