The entrance to the Police HQ seemed to have been redirected a tad bit. With chairs pushed up against the walls and other things to make it a bit more church lobby like than normal. It was in the next room the trial over the blue dinosaur's guilt will take place. With their limited time and small amount of evidence, it seemed the defense was going to have to pull as many miracles as they could possibly pull to counter the statements of the perfect AI.

It was a few minutes before the trial now though. It was up to Vector and Hades to put there stories together now while they still had the time to. It was time for the ultimate kind of verbal violence, Court Debates. Shall our heroes succeed and find Toshi to turn out to be truly innocent? Or will things take a turn for the worst and Toshi will be marked with the murder of his brother. Stay tuned and find out.

Vector rushed immediately after hearing the news from the detective Pichu. He knew he didn’t have a lot of time before the case went to court, but he thought he would at least have enough to bust down one more person’s door. Oh well, he would have to roll with it. Frankly the thing that he hated the most about this situation was knowing that while he had to stress and run at his top speed, Hades would just be able to simply teleport to the court with ease. Sometimes, he really hated gods.

The crocodile swerved around a street corner and like a beacon of hope, he spotted the Police Station. It looked like people were still filing in, so he had a bit of time to prepare his case before the trial. He hated to say it, but he was hoping to see the big purple moron inside, because whether he liked it or not he still needed information from him. So far, all he’s learned is who the murderer wasn’t which would only really help him out if he was debating for the other team. He had to find a new lead or a different suspect in a matter of minutes.

He threw on a calm guise as he gently wandered through the front entrance, disguising his stress since it would only make matters worse, especially if he bumped into the opposing trial. He went through a mental role call as he casually waited by the door for Hades. In this venture, who has he met? There was Toshi, but suspecting the one you are trying to defend was counterproductive. Linex Might, the thing may be an intelligent computer, but he had his doubts that it would be capable of creating a poison as strong as the one that was used against the suspect. As Captain Guy said, it would take someone with skill in hocus pocus nonsense. What was the name of that first culprit Pichu said? Boshi? A simple hotheaded bully in a tribe of Yoshis, it seemed like too clever of a set up for some petty revenge for beating him in a race.

Wait, he scrolled over the Pichu. It couldn’t be the detective, he was the one who pointed them… into the direction of innocent people. Vector quelled over this thought for a moment, then remembering what the creature stated when at the crime scene. He stated that he didn’t understand potions and what not, but instead he had some sort of ‘special ability’. That should have sounded suspicious to the crocodile at first, but he was hardly one to question the abilities of Pokemon, especially ones that could talk. It would make even more sense of how he was able to just stumble across a vile of the poison. And during their last meeting, he did seem rather distressed about Hades and him splitting paths, which might be because he was trying to stall them for time. Although, one thing puts all this into a hole, and that was the trinket. If Pichu was lying, why didn’t it activate? Vector would shrug that one off if anything, he was never one to rely on magical doohickeys 100% of the time. He could argue semantics about this with himself for hours on end, so he might want to start looking for some answers.

Vector pushed himself off the wall and began to approach the front desk of the police station. “Ahem, good evening sir, I would like a bit of information on a detective of yours, I don’t quite know his name, but he is a talking Pichu, so that should at least narrow it down.”

Hades bust into the room, bellowing out loud laughter as he made his way to his team, that being the oh-so lovable company Vector T. Crocodile. "Oh snappy, i'm back, and i brought good news!" Hades said, casually walking over to vector, interrupting his current conversation of trying to find Pichu. "After raiding the science Cafe, i learned 2 things. One, People in dragon armor cant takes jokes, and 2, the recipe to the poison the killer used." He said, showing the small note book which listed the exact ingredients.

"Must be made actually lethal by some form of potent magical spell."

Hades handed the notepad to vector, grinning. "I figure this could narrow our choices down a bit, as Toshi couldn't possibly have easy access to these things. And assuming he didn't just hire someone, we can also assume they are a spell caster of some kind, hm?" Hades said, grinning and clasping his hands together, before patting vector's back. "Ok, here's the plan lizard breath! You do all the deduction with the evidence, and i'll be the one shouting Objection at people, and making toshi seem like a good guy, hm? Just pass me the info as we go along, and i'll keep my face steady and pokery" Hades said, knowing no one could resist his cool charms.

The Toad sat at the front desk, bored out of his mind. There was very little he had to do that was fun. No one to talk to most of the time sitting here... And then some crocodile talked to him... Wait... CONVERSATION! "Yes, sir! I'll look it up right a-" The Toad began until Hades burst in with his info. The Toad started looking. Before he could talk when Hades stopped though, a rolling sound was heard.

With that rolling came their opposition, Linex Might, Ace Prosecutor. "No need, good Toad. With how doomed these two are I can share this small tidbit," the computer said, his moniter showing a smug face. "Pichu, that is the Pichu Detective's name. I have no info on why his name is so unoriginal but I am sure parents can be blamed... If he has them. Truth be told, his backstory is a near mystery. He came seemingly out of nowhere very recently and was hired for this case by Vanish T. We tried asking where he came from but he goes silent everytime. We have never been able to get it out of him. He is a Pokemon... but somehow a bit different from the average. How so? No one knows. Sorry it is not a big help but it's the best tip you can get," Linex Might said, displaying a concerned face.

"Well, I must go into the court room and have a talk with the judge. Come in when you two are ready. Good luck. You will need it," Linex Might said before rolling into the Court Room.

"..." The Toad went back to silence after being interrupted and continued fiddling with things.
