There he was. Red, the first of the the 'Reset Trainers' as Resetti so elegantly put it. Trying to catch infected was stupid so of course he was searching the area for uninfected Pokemon to add to his team, as rare as they may be. Behind a rock on a hill overlooking the trainer was Resetti with his 'new recruits'.

"Okay there he is. One of those Reset Trainers. Be careful, any form of reseter is a huge threat. Could rage quit at any moment and come back like nothing happened. However, a legendary like you should teach him. And the Wolf brought the paper, excellent. Go and teach that cheater the punishment for breaking the rules of life!" Resetti says before going back into the ground as his hole disappeared.

Mewtwo was most likely the only pokemon that could understand this, being the only soiught-after Kanto Legendary by trainers the world over, only these trainers would catch their Mewtwo with a Master Ball and leave it at that, where as all others tried to greatly weaken him in an attempt to put him in other ball types, the only exception being the standard Pokeball. Maybe that was the reason for the rage-quit method if they failed to catch the legendary.

But unlike the Mewtwo of old; This Mewtwo was more sentient and would be harder for a cheater to place in a Master Ball, especially since Mewtwo was decked out in his PFA{Psychic Focus Armor} which he personally salvaged and restored to his personal tastes. "Let us see how spineless this coward is when he sees a Level 100 that is impossible to catch with the Master Ball, my fellow reset hunter." Mewtwo telepathicly advised to Amaterasu, silently gliding down to sneak up on the unsuspecting trainer in the hopes that a little scare would make 'Red' jump out of his boots.

Resetting powers was a new one. Used by the mischievous or more devious of beings could result in a never ending problem. When mentioned Amaterasu dipped her nose into her astral pouch, which evidently looked like her nuzzle was disappearing in space, and pulled out a thick parchment scroll nicely tied with a red ribbon. Ears flicking to the side signaled a turn of the wolf's head to gaze up at Mewtwo while he 'spoke'.

A gruff noise rumbled in her throat as a response before the two set off to face this Red character. She padded just behind the large pokemon, taking care to keep quiet during the approach. Once nearer Ammy broke off to come at the trainer from the side so she could slip around to flank once their presence had been made apparent.

'Red' was apparently not as easy to sneak up on as Mewtwo would of hoped. As he was coming down Red turned around on the spot towards Mewtwo before looking confused. He looked from his backpack to Mewtwo back in forth as if he did not understand something. After a few seconds though he seemed to snap out of it. He had no idea what Amaterasu was but it may be some new pokemon... or an oddly colored Mightyena. Either way he found something finally so may as well make the best of it. "..." Without saying a word, the trainer threw out a Pokeball and a Pikachu came out. Apparently the trainer was more into the weakening method than Mewtwo thought. Either way, Mecha Mewtwos is probably on his mind.

The Pikachu came out with a double wave saying, "Pika Pika!" Before it noticed Mewtwo that is. When it did it got onto all four and pulsed with Electricity. From the color and power emanating from this Pikachu's electricity, it was probably a safe bet it was lvl 100 as well... As widely used a Pikachu is used among trainers, this Pikachu was obivously trained to its highest potential and it sure looks happy to finally see something worth a challenge. Speaking of challenges, a closer look at this area shows a lot of trophirized Pokemon laying across the place. It seems this Pikachu has slain a lot of infected to still be in top condition.

Mewtwo scoffed, a psychic glare telling the 'rodent' that even if it was at the highest possible level, it still could not compete with those who reached the pinacle.

"I have no qualms or quarrel with you, rodent, but with your handler. And unless you want to become a black mark on the floor where you stand, I would suggest that you stay out of this." Mewtwo spoke telepathicly to the pikachu, unleashing a fully charged Shadow Ball at it.

Even if a Pikachu was speedy, it was gonna learn sooner or later that it was way out of its league.

Ammy continued padding along, stopping only when the trainer had taken a few moments to look her direction. Obviously she had been spotted but Red didn't seem to care that much. Instead all of the focus was on Mewtwo, which may not be all that bad. The canine covered the distance between herself and the trainer in a trot, making sure she looked as calm and friendly as possible. As she got closer she would slow herself so as to not startle or make Red uncomfortable; if he even paid any attention that is.

If allowed she would casually make her way to his side and lightly paw at his leg, white tail wagging happily as she assumed a seated position. Her onyx eyes stared up at the human, tongue flapping as she panted before releasing a bark. Basically she would employ the cute and insistently friendly dog act to distract him from the battle. Considering the assumed skill level of his pokemon Amaterasu would rather avoid fighting them head to head in her weakened state. A less direct approach may be better here anyway considering Resetti's warning.

The Pikachu was quick to reflect Mewtwo's Shadowball back at him with an Iron Tail. As the ball was sent back at Mewtwo, the Electric Mouse fired a bolt of thunder, Thunderbolt, at Mewtwo. It seemed the Pikachu did not care about Mewtwo's claim. This Pikachu seemed certain it could take down this legendary. The Pikachu showed no interest in Amaterasu since she did not show herself as a threat.

Red watched Pikachu do its work, though he was still silent. Red looked down though as he felt something paw at his legs. Oh, its the wolf. "..." Red thought for a few seconds before petting Amatersu on the head. Though he still maintained some focus on Pikachu's actions.1d20+5

Mewtwo simply put up his Bubble shield against the electric attack, and redirected the Shadow Ball -with a little affort and a mildly damaged center finger- with confusion, this caused the ghostly ball of energy to fly right at the Pikachu's trainer instead of the Pikachu. hoping to startle the reset trainer into reacting on his own without being too dependant on using his pokemon to pull him out of this situation.

"Will you continue to strike at me, or will you take the shot that I fired at you only for you to redirect it at me to be re-redirected at your owner. Either way you look at it, your blood will be on his hands, as will his blood being on your paws." the Mew clone said slyly to the Pikachu, goading it into trying to protect its trainer from a potentially dangerous strike.

And hopefully Mewtwo's partner would know to either evade or block the attack as well.

Amaterasu panted happily when the boy pet her head, though began a vigilant processes of observing him. He seemed ordinary enough, and what she knew of these people was that they were; it was the pokemon that were the interesting ones beyond personality. Red didn't particularly smell magical, not that all magic had a scent. Perhaps it was some device he possessed that allowed this 'resetting' ability? That seemed likely, however other than some pokeballs nothing really stood out. In a pocket perhaps then.

While the wolf ran through all these thoughts she happened to glance over to how the fight was going. She felt a little guilty for not joining in to aid her companion in battle but it was a one-on-one fight and he reeked of power so should be okay. That little mouse wasn't one to be trifled with though either.

More interestingly Ammy noted the dark pulsating ball heading right for them. Thinking quickly Amaterasu tipped her head upward and nipped Red's sleeve, then pulled down in a couple jerking motions. Hopefully she would catch him off guard, cause him to hit the ground so she could nose around his pockets while under the guise of saving him from an attack.

Pikachu reacted quickly to Mewtwo reflecting the Shadow Ball at his trainer. As Mewtwo gloated, Pikachu jumped in front of the Shadow Ball and returned the Shadow Tennis Ball back to Mewtwo. This time however, Pikachu would not allow Mewtwo to reflect it again. Pikachu dashed at Mewtwo faster than the Shadow Ball as he was covered in electricity to form a powerful Volt Tackle on Mewtwo. Whether it hit or not Pikachu did a flip jump as his fist charged with Electricity and attempted to land a Thunder Punch on Mewtwo, these attacks were mostly to distract or knock Mewtwo offbalance for the Shadow Ball.

Back with Red and Ammy, Red was caught offguard and brought down by Ammy's sudden motion to drag him down. Red rubbed his head as Pikachu returned the Shadow Ball before it got in range. The wolf checking his pockets would just find various items meant to aide Pokemon during battles like Lemonade, Milk, Potions, Antidotes, the works. No trace of his resetting ability though.

(Volt Tackle deals Massive Damage and can cause Paralysis, but damages Pikachu if it hits. Thunder Punch deals great Electric Damage and also has a chance to paralyze.)1d20+5

Mewtwo deflected the re-re-redirected Shadow ball, but this tim by using his tail, to send it careening skyward. then doing the same tactic against the Pikachu's Volt Tackle{its ultimate in brawl/3ds/Wii U}, to send it crashing behind him, then unleashed a pummel by grabbing the poor electric rodent and pounding it three times, and doing a touchdown throw at the end of it to hurt the rodent more.

"Now that I think about it, I believe it is time to tell you that you should try to make an attempt at seeing IF you can curb your urge to ragequit and find a more benificial way to get a rematch with a legendary. I hear that if you fail to catch one because you accidentaly KO the poor bastard, you can always return to the pokemon league to beat them. Though I might suggest you use a bit more variety if you hope to beat them again." Mewtwo said, growing bored with the Pikachu and just simply keeping eyes on it like a hawk ready to dive at a new meal.

There were several interesting items but how was she to know what was the source of the problem they were here to rectify? Of course there was always the possibility it was an inherent mystical thing of the boy... or that it was his electric mouse there. But as long as she was able the canine thought it best to pursue her initial investigation. Through huffs and grumbles Ammy's nose was eventually pushed away from Red's inventory, but not before she nabbed whatever random item was nearest her muzzle.

Lightly clamped in her jaws Red would see the familiar pink bottle of ice heal. Ammy withdrew a few steps to drop the bottle on the ground and inspect it. It didn't have any buttons or anything, it was just a solution of some sort that felt really warm to the touch. With a quiet half bark she pawed at her unsuccessful attempt to get to the source.

Once again she split her attention between Red and the battle; contemplating her next move. Realistically she wasn't going to be able to nose through all of his pouches and pockets to find it if it was even an object to find. So perhaps she should just try to take it all? That didn't seem likely either considering the vast number of pockets he seemed to have. Amaterasu would have to take all his clothes. During all these thoughts the white wolf eyed Red's belt rather hungrily, the ice heal at her feet.

Pikachu got out of the way of Mewtwo's attack before he could start slamming Pikachu. Mewtwo's words did set in to Red, not only was this Mewtwo clearly cheating, it is claiming superiority just because it apparently can cancel and stop attacks at a command because it wants to. Seriously? He acts like Pikachu is his only Pokemon and is apparently bored for no reason?! That was it! No one acts so confusingly proud and gets away with it. He wanted variety? Oh he was getting Variety alright.

Pikachu instinctively returned to Red as he picked out another ball and tossed it to reveal an Eevee. If Mewtwo was already underestimating this choice of the team, he was in  for a big surprise. The Eevee instantly evolved into a Glaceon to freeze Mewtwo with an Ice Beam before turning into an Leafeon and executing a Quick Attack into Leaf Blade before evolving once again into an Umbreon and firing a Shadow Ball, staying as an Umbreon to cancel out Mewtwo's Psychic Attacks.

This was no ordinary Eevee, it was an Eevee experimented on to be able to evolve and devolve into any of its evolutions except Espeon at will by Team Rocket. It was created to counter any Pokemon imaginable but Red saved it from Team Rocket and has been trying to evolve it into an Espeon to eliminate its freakish ability, much to the Eevee's Approval.

NOTE: This Eevee is based on Vee, Red's Eevee, from the Pokemon Adventure Manga, hence why it can't evolve into Espeon at will.

Mewtwo dodged the Ice Beam, but failed to avoid the Umbreon, ironic seeing that despite his sentience, he was still weak against Dark Types.

the reason for his 'claiming' superiority was the fact that he was sentient, even then he would claim this attribute outside of missions.

"Nice... but that is not the variety I'm refering to... filthy hume." Mewtwo said, actually ignoring the pokemon and aiming to take the trainer itself out of play by throwing his own pokemon back at him.

The battle raged onward while Ammy took steps toward the trainer in mild hesitation, thinking hard on what she should do next. When she had finally decided on the beginning of a plan the electric mouse scuttled its way to Red's side. Curses! Amaterasu huffed lightly, pausing her approach momentarily. The prospect of stealing anything from the trainer seemed less likely now that he had a bodyguard at his side. She glanced to Mewtwo following his retort to the agitated silence of Red and decided perhaps the simplest thing would be to just go for a trainer knockout.

Amaterasu watched at a short distance, moving herself to circle around to just offside the trainer's back while Mewtwo attempted to grab the umbreon and throw the dark dog into Red. It seemed a rather solid grab so Ammy set forward. The wolf planned to jump into the aftermath and smack the trainer with her divine mirror and attempt a knockout.
