History On Li: 

"Velvet....Velvet?? Can you leave out the Spinach in the Curry this time...?"
"Velvet, Can i tell you about my Compass??"

Velvet would wince, in a deep nightmare as the Van Elita slowly cruised across a Midnight lit ocean. The Voice Velvet heard, was of her late little brother. Laphicet Crowe. She tossed in her bed, gripping tighter onto the covers. All she could see in her dream was some mysterious place. Desolate, Destroyed...All there was, was a metal factory. Behind her, was a dome, where a bright light shined.

Velvet, in the dream, would look deeper into the light, as Laphicets voice grew fainter, and fainter. That was, until a sudden, Loud voice from Laphicet was heard.

"Velvet, Arthur's waiting for you...In Li."

Velvet would snap awake, gasping as she clutched her head with her left hand, Eyes wide as she panted, suddenly standing up and getting dressed in her tattered, ruined clothes, storming through the ship's deck and onto the Dock, Staring at the empty ocean. 

"That...Thats the first time those nightmares ever said something new to me...Something ive never heard before." Velvet would mutter, looking at her Map...There was no such place as Li on the world Map... "...Li. We have to go to Li. If he's there...!" Velvet would speak, as she turned around, a Strange haze would emerge from the ocean, Making her stop and glare at the surrounding fog.

"You dont know what you ask, Strange girl..." A Voice would ask from the Fog, As the White mist turned a venomous Purple, Three masks emerging, with a bright yellow orb in its center. A Portal.



"HeeHee, Does she really wish to abandon all of her friends to try and find one man??"

"I think so, She's practically chewing through her Jaw!"

"Kekeke...What do you say, Velvet Crowe? We Admit, we know not why were here ourselves. The Spire works very mysteriously like that...However, You seem the kind to wish~ What say you?"

Velvet would narrow her eyes at the three... "If i walk through there. I will find Artorias Collbrande, and this Li?" Velvet would ask, as the masked figured giggled collectively. "Oohh yes, And much more! You'll find it all. We tell only the truth~" The Daemons would speak, as Velvet would look forward, taking a moment of hesitation, as if to think for her actions...Before stepping in. Her quest was to find that man, and murder him...And all was meaningless in that goal.

Velvet would step through the portal, and arrive before a strange machine...A Giant computer screen filled her vision, as she arrived in an unknown location. Velvet swallowed a bit of nervousness, turning around, to see the portal she entered in from vanish. Velvet sighed, walking to the computer screen, as it read 'POKEY HACKED DESPAIR.EXE FILES! ENTER NAME:", With a blank space. Velvet looked at the keyboard in confusion, before trying a random guess.

Typing in the letter A, an A appeared on screen. Proceeding forward, Velvet would type our the name 'Artorias' after a few minutes figuring out the space bar, as the computer processed the files, and suddenly showed two results.

"Sir Artorias - Location ; Life Sphere - Race: ? (check later for Result) - Age: ?"

And then...

"Artorias Collbrande - Location ; Life Sphere - Race: Human - Age: 32"

Velvet's eyes widened....

"...Life Sphere. I know where to go now...Artorias. Your days are numbered!!" Velvet roared loudly to herself, Echoing through the halls of Porky's Factory, As she suddenly ran off, to find an Exit, and find her way to the man she seeked Vengeance on.





Primary Attacks (3)

Gauntlet Blade: A Steel blade, Made for assistance in Hand-to-Hand Combat that Velvet is personally familiar with. A Blade that extends from her Gauntlet, and a Blade that extends from her metal Boot. (8%-18% Damage, Melee STR Attack.)


Swallow Dance: Velvet Flips upward, and using her Foot Blade, Creates a Sommersault slash upward into the air, to persue a stronger attack! (19%+(DEX MOD) Damage. 1 turn cool down.)


Searing Edge/Scarlet Edge: Velvet's blade extends, Igniting and becoming Red Hot, Before she sends a forward slash out, dealing Fire Damage! 10% Damage, Guaranteed Burn. Can NOT crit.

At an Additional 1 turn cool down, Use Scarlet Edge, A Much larger, More Explosive variant that Burns a target deeply. Deals 18% Damage, Guaranteed burn.



Special Attacks (3)

Consuming Claw/Break Arte: "Bites into a foe and steals their strength!"

Velvet's Therion Arm appears, as she cleaves downward, Slashing a foe with incredible force, and Theoronic Power! This move Costs Two actions per use. When used, Velvet deals 10% Damage onto a target, And drains the very essence of Soul from a target. Velvet gains a 'Break Arte' From the target, Based on an attack that the target has, Or could potentially use, More or less acting as an exact copy of the move in question. But its not only a Copy, Its actually a Stronger variation, that is Unique to Velvet! These attacks gain a unique name when used by Velvet (For Instance, a Falcon Punch would become 'Phoenix Destroyer')

You see,  This 'Break Arte' That Velvet Obtains, Can only be used Once, with Velvet able to store up to Three Break Arte's an any given time. When Absorbing a break arte, Velvet may apply One of Three Effects to the break Arte:

- Add 1d10 Extra Damage to the attack.

-If the Attack deals a status effect, Swap it for a Status effect of Equal or Lesser Value ( Lesser Status's can only be swapped for Lesser Status's, Greater status's can be swapped for Lesser or Greater Status's, And Variable Status's can not be swapped)

-Magically Re-align STR Attacks into WIS Based attacks, or make WIS Based attacks into physical STR Ones

Velvet can only use Break Arte's She obtains in the thread she obtains them in.


Shadow Flow/Thunder Blitz: "A hidden arte that binds a foe with a gravity orb. Especially effective against Amorphous Foes."

Velvet uses a Hidden Art, Which summons a Large Orb of Shadows before her, Before kicking it forward, Where it Explodes! This Slow, Short range Projectile has a -1 to hit, But in place, Causes the target afflicted by it to have there own shadow weighted down by Gravity, Thus afflicting the Slowed Status effect! Afflicts Slow, 10% Damage.

At an Additional 2 turn cool down, Velvet may Thereonize this attack into Thunder Blitz, Unleashing a Massive  Orb of Electrical energy to electrocute a target! This Slow Projectile has -1 to hit, But strikes the target with electrical force, Dealing Paralysis and 20% Damage.


Zero Impact Vest/ Mystic Arte; Lethal Pain: "Wounds that wont heal, Carve into flesh-- Lethal pain!"

Zero Impact Vest causes Velvet to dash forward, Her Blade in full extension in order to stab a target in a vital organ! Deals 10% Damage, with Mortal Wound Affliction.

At an additional 2 turns of cool down, Velvet unleashes a Rapid, Wild set of Slashes and Stabs, Before diving down with a Deathly Strike of her Claw to Gut the target! Requires a Break Arte to Perform. Consume a Break Arte, and use the Damage of that Break Arte for this attack, and Afflict Mortal Wound. 

Mystic Arte; Impulse Desire

Velvet Suddenly lunges for a Target, and unleashes a barrage of Claw strikes and gauntlet slashes, Consuming them with each strike, Until leaping high into the Air, and creating a orb of Black energy into her Claw, Slams it into the earth, Breaking it apart and unleashing a massive pillar of Therion Energy in its purest form, And Consuming all enemies caught in its blast!!

Deals 40% Damage. If Velvet has empty slots for her 'Break Arte's, Fill them with moves by those caught in the attack.

Other Info:
Velvet can not taste food. Despite this, She's actually a pretty good cook.

Velvet is quite a Motherly girl, Always taking care of those weaker, Cleaning and cooking happily for others, and acting as the Hug-Friend whenever possible.
