Pound: Those flippers are for more than just cute flapping. Piplup literally pounds the opponent with its otherwise normally harmless looking extremities. (Light Str Attack; DMG 8%)

Attract: Piplup attempts to charm a target into losing their resolve to fight. This is a charisma attack that targets intelligence. If successful, the target is afflicted by Infatuation as described in Marin's Status Alteration Supplements. 3 Turn Cooldown.
Whirl Pool: Piplup attempts to trap its opponent inside of a raging whirlpool of water. This attack functions as a grapple using Piplup's WIS mod, dealing 5% damage should it hit. This attack must be used every turn in order to maintain the grapple; but on subsequent turns, if the enemy is already successfully being grappled by this attack, it does 10% damage and has a 50% chance of inflicting Soak. (Medium Wis Attack)
Rain Dance: Hopping around on its feet in a cute dance, Piplup calls forth rain clouds to bath the surrounding area in falling water. For the next 3 turns Piplup gains +5% DMG to its Water type attacks while also receiving -5% damage from any fire related attacks.
Final Smash (1)
Hydro Vortex: Flooding the area around them in a seemingly endless torrent of water, Piplup essentially explodes with Z POWAH as the tiny penguin pokemon assaults everything in the surrounding area in a violent liquid Vortex of death and destruction!!! MUAHUAHUAHAUH*cough*ahem. Sadly though due to the immense strain put on the little guy during the course of the attack, Piplup will faint at its conclusion and be rendered unconscious for the remainder of the thread/mission. Due to literally flooding the surrounding area, the attack also has a 20% chance of inflicting Suffocation as described in Marin's Status Alteration Supplements. To cease, the affected need to roll for CON higher than 10. (DMG 80% AoE)

Cinnawonn the Palkia
Beast God of all Space... Cutest thing alive

Primary Attacks (3)
Dragon Breath: Cinnawonn spits bluish purplish flames at a target in an attempt to scorch them with dragonic fire. This attack has a 30% chance of paralyzing the foe by suppressing their aura and making it difficult for them to move as a result. (Medium Wis Attack; Does 12% Damage)
Earth Power: Causes the ground underneath a target to erupt with raw power. Automatically crits inanimate objects, making it great for causing environmental damage. Cannot harm enemies who are more than 10 feet off the ground. Targets Dex. (Medium Wis Attack; Does 18% Damage)
Spacial Rend: Cinnawonn drags their claws through space itself. While this might appear to be a melee attack, this attack defies space and can attack enemies at a range, ripping space apart around them and causing enormous damage in the process. Critical Hits come more easily to this attack, and a natural 19 is to be treated the same as a natural 20. 2 Turn Cooldown. Consumes 2 actions. (Heavy Wis Attack; Does 30% Damage)
Special Attacks (3)
Avalanche: Cinnawonn opens a spacial rift to a very snowy place, dumping a ton of snow on the immediate area. As you cannot feasibly dodge the weather, enemies must roll CON to resist this WIS attack. For 3 turns, enemies on the ground must suffer through the slowing effects of the snow, reducing their dexterity modifier by 2 if they are unable to resist the attack. Allies are protected by this via Cinnawonn distorting space around them to avoid the snow. 4 Turn Cooldown. (Medium Wis Attack; Does 13% Damage)
Surf: Cinnawonn opens a spacial rift to a very oceanic place and seals off the immediate area with invisible walls, flooding it with water and removing all the air from the spacial bubble it has created. Enemies who have no way to breath underwater are then afflicted with the suffocation status as described in Marin's Status Alteration Supplements. In order to find a pocket of air to breath, enemies must beat Cinnawonn's WIS roll with a Perception (WIS) roll of their own, which cures them of this status for the turn. They are however afflicted again at the beginning of next turn. Allies are immune to this due to the Palkia spatially distorting air for them to breathe. Maintaining this attack costs 1 action every turn and it can stick around for a maximum of 4 turns, after which Surf has a 4 turn cooldown.
Trick Room: Cinnawonn creates an bizarre spacial distortion that increases the dex mod of Cinnawonn and its allies to +3 if it was lower than this, ignoring buffs/debuffs for 2 turns. Alternatively, it can be used as an offensive WIS vs INT attack to slow enemies down, lowering their dex modifier to -1 if it was higher than that ignoring buffs/debuffs. 4 turn cooldown.
Final Smash (1)
Black Hole Eclipse: Cinnawonn condenses space to forcefully create a massive (pun intended, it's not actually that huge in terms of volume [Marin is a nerd]) black hole that draws in every enemy in the immediate area, crushing them with overwhelming gravitational forces. How awful! Every enemy in the immediate area takes 50% damage and is then spatially teleported somewhere in the immediate area, either randomly or at Cinnawonn's discretion. However, this attack is very exhausting for Cinnawonn to use and they take 5% recoil damage, as well as being afflicted by the drowsy status.
Misc. Information:
- While Dawn is incredibly competitive, she can also be very stubborn at times. During a battle with her pokemon, in almost every circumstance she will never switch out her acting pokemon until it faints... for better or for worse.
- Dawn is extremely bad with money... no, like really bad. She can't save a dollar to save her life and spends literally any money she gets practically instantaneously on cheap things like repels or base pokeballs or cute accessories! ...she's not the most smart shopper...
- "Best way to win a battle is not fight a battle!" While it is true she is competitive, Dawn can go to some pretty unnecessarily convoluted methods of action in order to physically avoid encountering someone in her path that wants to battle.... This isn't exactly the best mindset for a trainer though as due to it for the longest of times, Dawn's pokemon were significantly weaker than the areas she ventured off to required; resulting in her having to challenge the Elite Four a total of 27 times before she was able to beat them... (and that's not even counting how long it took to beat Cynthia)
- Cinnawonn is extremely small for the regular size of the infamous legendary Pokemon of Space. This is due to the fact that Cinnawonn doesn't like going into his pokeball, and being the avatar of all space he is, it was a very simple task to destroy the capture feature from the inside and forcefully open it. Getting quite frankly annoyed at the cutely named pokemon, the beast finally settled on perching on or in Dawn's caps and pockets by distorting spacial rifts around it and transforming the Palkia into a chibified, '7 inch tall' form. It can transform back to its 13' 9" height at will.
