History On Li: Phosphora had been pretty laid back once the battle against the Underworld Army was over. Sure there were a few spats here and there with Palutena's Army, but nothing major. She didn't even have to get involved most of the time. She mostly spent time residing in the Thunder Cloud Temple, on the off chance anyone (mainly that cute little angel) actually did manage to get best of the Forces of Nature.
One day, however, a huge explosion rocked the temple, and Phosphora was blasted far away from it. By the time she had realized what had happened, she had been transported to Li. She tried to contact Mistress Viridi, but couldn't establish a connection. Phosphora merely shrugged, and started looking around the place to hang out for a while. Eventually she found her way to the Life Sphere, and considering that most of the rest of the planet was too dangerous to live in, she decided to stay here, for the time being at least.
Primary Attacks (3)
Electric Jolt: Phosphora throws a small electric charge at the foe. [DMG: 5%. 10 % chance of Paralysis]
Thunder: Phosphora throws a large bolt of lightning at the foe[DMG 15%]
Lightning Dome: : Phosphora charges up and releases a large blast of electricity in a 5 foot radius [DMG 25%, 5% chance of Paralysis, 3 turn cooldown]
Special Attacks (3)
Bolting Off: Phosphora transforms into a bolt of lightning, zipping around the battlefield in a blink of an eye, making her harder to hit [DEX +3 for 2 turns, 3 turn cooldown]
Arching Shot: Phosphora throws a bolt of lightning in an arc. If it misses, it hits the floor and three smaller bolts will fan out across the ground. The initial bolt and the smaller shots need to be dodged separately [DMG: 15% for the initial bolt, 4% for the smaller shots]
Electric Shield: Phosphora creates an electric barrier around herself, dealing a light damage to anyone near her. It will also blocks melee attacks, but an enemy is able to tank the hit and break the shield. [5% DMG for anyone near her. Blocks melee attacks unless one Rolls 10+ CON, breaking the shield
Final Smash (1)
Lightning Chariot: Phosphora summons the legendary Lightning Chariot and hops in. She rides around at blinding speeds, and runs over anyone who happens to get in her way [DMG 60%]
