Motto: "This world...it is drowning in evil. I shall aid those humans in their quest of making this place habitable!"

Backstory: "There is not much for you to know about my origins."
History On Li: Arceus had been warned by a fellow legendary that several Pokémon had been vanishing from the planet. The PokéGod assumed Giratina was having strange problems with his powers. However, after a visit to the Distortion World and a talk with said legendary, he discovered the Pokémons were being pulled in to a different planet. Whether or not was it morbid curiosity or just a desire to rescue his 'children', Arceus 'projected' his existence on Li. Horrified by the evil that plagued the land, Arceus plans to bring back Li to it's former glory, starting with the eradication of the malicious virus that plagues it, while also planning to restore the world back to a more natural state.
Primary Attacks (3)
Basic Atk 1: Hyper Beam. A very powerful raw energy laser beam. [19%]
Basic Atk 2: Psyshock. Arceus summons thousands of tiny crystals with psychic energy and flings them using that same energy. [17%]
Basic Atk 3: Giga Impact. Arceus furiously dashes towards his foe as he is enveloped by a veil of energy. Once he rams, cue explosion. [22%, 1 turn cooldown]
Special Attacks (3)
Special Atk 1: Blast Burn. Arceus summons four pillars of fire that group up and explode below an enemy. Has only 25% chance of burning an enemy, however it can bypass any Burn Immunity spell/trait that exists. [30% damage, 6 turn cooldown]
Special Atk 2: Hydro Cannon. Arceus fires a huge whirlpool of water. [26% damage, 3 turn cooldown]
Special Atk 3: Swords Dance. Arceus uses a frenetic dance to uplift his fighting spirit. This gives his next attack 1.2x damage or a +2 roll on any kind of healing ability. While Arceus only wastes one Combat Action with this move, it has a 3 turn cooldown before Arceus can use it again.
Final Smash (1)
Judgement: Regardless if have been a literal saint or not, Arceus will make you feel the weight of terrible actions. Arceus hurls up a ball of energy into the air that explodes and scatters rays of scalding light upon the battlefield. [AoE, 40% damage]
Other Info: Despite Arceus looking like he's physically present, this is simply a projection of Arceus' true self. This means that whenever Arceus falls in battle, he himself doesn't become a trophy, instead, his projection trophifies and after a while, disappears. The projection still abides to the rules of the trophies, however.
Arceus can fly and/or float.
Similarly to other Legendary Pokémon, Arceus communicates with telepathy.
