History On Li: Rundas woke with a start, with no idea where he was. The last thing he remembered was the Space Pirate attack on Norion, and then a mission on Bryyo, but after that there was nothing. Rundas shook his head, trying to clear it, and his thoughts wandered to where exactly he was. The entire place seemed to have a run down sort of look to it, and everything looked a little worse for the wear. Rundas activated his communications system, trying to contat the Galactic Federation. All he got was static. Wherever this was, it wasn't in reach of Galactic Space. Rundas wandered around for a while, in search of signs of life. Eventually he came upon a city that seemed no be teeming with life. After asking around a little, he learned this place was called the Life Sphere. All Rundas knew was that this was a good a place as any to find some more bounties, and that he might as well get comfortable, because it didn't seem like he was going anywhere for a while.

Primary Attacks(3):
- Ice Beam: Rundas fires a beam of freezing cold to attack the foe. 10% chance of inflicting Frozen. Wisdom based (Light attack. 5% per shot)
- Ice Missile: Rundas fires a Missile, which he then encases in ice. Explosive, but can also inflict Frozen (5%) Dexterity based (Medium attack. 12%)
- Ice Blade: Rundas creates a sword out of ice, and slashes the foe with it. The sword breaks after one turn, and cannot be remade for 2. Strength based. (Heavy attack. 26%, Cooldown of 2 turns)
-Diffusion Missile: Rundas charges his Missile launcher for 3 turns before launching a powerful Missile that, when it explodes, lets loose a large blizzard in the immediate area. Rundas mustn't use any missiles while he is charging, or he'll lose the charge.(Heavy Attack, DEX based, DMG 32%. Must be charged for three turns. If Rundas uses an Ice Missile, the charge is delayed for another turn. In addition, Rundas cannot begin recharging for 1 turn after use)
Special Attacks(3):
- Ice Surfing: Rundas creates a path of ice in front of him and surfs over it a la Iceman. This allows him to get to areas that others cannot reach, allows him to hit airborne foes, and gains DEX+2 for any dodges Lasts for 3 turns with a 4 turn cooldown
-Frozen Armor. Rundas freezes the air around him to make a thin layer of ice armor. Gives him a +3 CON buff. Has a weak point in the neck, which can be utilized to tear it off. Naturally melts after 3 turns, and has a 4 turn cooldown. Cannot be used if recovering from Hypermode
- Ice Pillar: Rundas forms tall ice pillars out of the ground, making platforms to reach higher areas or to trap quicker opponents
Ultimate Attack(1):
- Hypermode: Activates his Phazon Enhancement Device on his suit and enters Hypermode. In this form all his moves become Phazon based instead of Ice based, inflicting sickness instead of frozen. In addition, any attacks get plus 10%. Lasts for 3 turns, and leaves Rundas with a -2 CON for 2 turns so he can regain his energy.
